If there is one player in international cricket who can be described as the epitome of patience, it’s Cheteshwar Pujara.
A classic Test match batsman, Pujara likes to occupy the crease for long hours and tire out the bowlers and his old-school tactics have helped not just him but also his teammates batting alongside him.
In the ongoing World Test Championship final against New Zealand, Pujara's patience once came to the fore and he faced 35 deliveries without scoring a single run.
While this might frustrate other batsmen, Pujara isn’t bothered at all, in fact, his confidence increases with each passing delivery.
However, this time around he couldn’t make the most of the opportunity and got out cheaply.

While Pujara’s patience on the cricket field is second to none, the same can’t be said about a bad haircut.

Watching him play might give many fans a false perception that all he cares about is his batting but that’s not true. Like others, he also cares about how he looks, including his hairstyle for which he has set very high standards.
During an ICC interview, Pujara sat down with TV presenter Sanjana Ganesan and answered a few questions about his favourite Instagram memories.

In one such Instagram post, he was seen getting a haircut from his wife during the lockdown and Pujara revealed how he felt about it.
Reacting to his wife’s hair-cutting skills, the Saurashtra batsman said despite her best effort, he wasn’t fully satisfied and never took a chance again with her.

“Only once, I’ve only tried this once and after that, I never tried this again. It’s not up to the mark. I always like high standards for my hairstyle. She tried her best, it wasn’t bad but it could have been better,” Pujara says in the video.

In the video, Pujara also expressed his desire to learn photography as he loves clicking pictures and wants to prove his wife wrong who keeps reminding him that the images he clicks are never nice.

He also spoke about the memorable win against Australia at The Gabba earlier this year, where despite battling with so many injuries, the team managed to come out on top and register their second consecutive Test series win Down Under.
Pujara failed with the bat in the first innings of the WTC final, managing only eight runs. He faced 54 deliveries during his brief stay out of which 52 were dot balls.
India saw a dramatic collapse and were bowled out for 217 runs in their first innings, handing the advantage back to the BlackCaps.

There are many health issues that are linked to our lifestyle. While getting them might not be in our control but making some changes in the way we live our lives might be able to keep it under check without relying heavily on medication.
One such health issue is high blood pressure. For those who don’t know, blood pressure is the force at which blood pumps from the heart into the arteries. A normal blood pressure reading is less than 120/80 mm Hg. When blood pressure is high, the blood moves through the arteries more forcefully. This puts increased pressure on the delicate tissues in the arteries and damages the blood vessels.
Known as a “silent killer,” it usually doesn’t cause symptoms until there’s significant damage done to the heart. Without visible symptoms, most people are unaware that they have high blood pressure.
While those who have high BP are advised to stay on constant medication, there are some changes you can make in your lifestyle that will help keep it under control as well.
    1. Exercise RegularlyRegular physical activity for about 30 minutes on most days of the week can help lower your blood pressure. It's important to be consistent because if you stop exercising, your blood pressure can rise again.
    __ECOMPRODUCT__1910__
Some exercises that one can try to lower blood pressure include walking, jogging, cycling, swimming or dancing. Strength training can also help reduce blood pressure.
    2. Eat A Healthy Diet__ECOMPRODUCT__1911__
Eating a diet that is rich in whole grains, fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy products and skimps on saturated fat and cholesterol can lower your blood pressure. This eating plan is known as the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension (DASH) diet.
    3. Reduce Sodium In Your DietEven a small reduction in the sodium or salt in your diet can improve your heart health and reduce blood pressure. We Indians are used to eating food that is full of salt and masala, but that can have harmful effects on your health.
    __ECOMPRODUCT__1912__
Start small like switching to pink salt/sendha namak, cutting down on salty snacks and slowly build up to reducing the salt content in your everyday food. These changes can prove extremely beneficial to your health.
    4. Lower StressIn today’s fast-paced world that’s filled with increasing demands, it can be hard to slow down and relax. It’s important to step away from your daily responsibilities so you can ease your stress.
    __ECOMPRODUCT__1814__
Stress can temporarily raise your blood pressure. It helps to identify the trigger for your stress. It may be your job, relationship, or finances. Once you know the source of your stress, you can try to find ways to fix the problem. You can also take steps to relieve your stress in a healthy way, by trying meditating, therapy or practising yoga.
    5. Eat Foods Rich In MagnesiumMagnesium is an important mineral that helps blood vessels relax. While magnesium deficiency is pretty rare, many people don’t get enough which is why eating a magnesium-rich diet is a recommended way to ward off high blood pressure.
    __ECOMPRODUCT__1913__
You can incorporate magnesium into your diet by consuming vegetables, dairy products, legumes, chicken, meat, and whole grains. Magnesium is an essential mineral that helps regulate blood pressure. It can easily be found in whole foods, such as legumes and whole grains.
    6. Try meditation Or YogaMindfulness and meditation, including transcendental meditation, have long been used and studied as methods to reduce stress.
    __ECOMPRODUCT__1763__
Yoga, which commonly involves breathing control, posture, and meditation techniques, can also be effective in reducing stress and blood pressure. Studies show that yoga practices which included breath control, postures, and meditation were nearly twice as effective as yoga practices that didn’t include all three of these elements.
    7. Indulge In Dark Chocolate__ECOMPRODUCT__1914__
The sweet is rich in flavanols, which relax blood vessels and boost blood flow, and research suggests that regular dark chocolate consumption could lower your blood pressure. Experts haven’t determined an ideal percentage of cocoa but the higher you go, the more benefits you’ll get. Chocolate can’t be your main strategy for managing blood pressure but when you’re craving a treat, it’s a healthy choice.
    8. Limit AlcoholDrinking too much alcohol can lead to high blood pressure. For women, that means no more than one drink a day, and for men, no more than two, according to the AHA.
    __ECOMPRODUCT__1915__
Reducing your alcohol content is a good move for your overall health. It helps reduce calories and also keep your body and mind sharp.
To Wrap UpTaking care of our health is the one thing that should always be at the top of our priority lists. Our body is currently helping us survive a pandemic and the only way to thank it is to make sure that it gets the care and attention it deserves.

Maybe a briefcase is too formal for your office so most of your co-workers settled for a messenger bag or an unattractive, back-to-school backpack that comes with a laptop.

But you want to break the boring trend and try something more fashionable yet convenient.
Perhaps a backpack that doesn’t make you look like a student, allows you to use both hands while accessing a device and doesn’t put all the weight on one of your shoulders.
Great idea! But can a man have all 3?
Thanks to the ever-evolving fashion brands, there’s a backpack for every mood—from travel backpacks to military backpacks to business backpacks.
As long as you know what to pick from the backpacks for men collection, you’ll live happily hands-free ever after.
Steer Clear Of Bright Colours, Patterns Or PrintsWe might have started experimenting with bright-coloured smart casuals at work but we’re not there yet when it comes to backpacks. It is important that in a professional setting, you keep the silhouette, fabric and colour in mind. Pick the timeless shades—the ones that won’t get stained easily—like black, greys, blues or beiges.
They’re simple, efficient and they never fail to impress.
    __ECOMPRODUCT__1906__
Skip The Nylon… Hello, Leather!Leather backpacks give you the benefit of looking sophisticated which a nylon backpack will not. Remember to not overfill it as that will disturb the silhouette of the bag which is equally responsible for its elegant appearance.
    __ECOMPRODUCT__1907__
Extra Straps & Buckles? No, Thank YouBuckles and too many straps hanging in all the directions don’t reflect professionalism. The impact of buckles is such that it adds to the informal aspect of a design. While magnetic closure makes a backpack appear tidy.
    __ECOMPRODUCT__1908__
No Mesh Water Bottle HolderYou would never wear a mesh T-shirt to work simply because it doesn’t fit any sort of formal dress code. The same rule applies here. Even though mesh covers a small section of a backpack, it’s more suitable for a casual outing.
    __ECOMPRODUCT__275__
Max One Or Two Visible Pockets You have a lot of things to keep in your backpack. But the more you fill it, the more casual it’ll begin to look reason being its stretched silhouette. Having a lot of visible pockets will make it look like your good old rucksack, which we don’t want. Minimalistic designs work the best in formal settings.
    __ECOMPRODUCT__1909__
Final ThoughtsWe say: Long live the backpack and may the number of pockets in it continue to increase. But to ensure its survival, we must respect each type of backpack and wear it keeping in mind the occasion.
Avoid bringing backpacks to something where it’s important to make a good first impression. Like a job interview or a business meeting.

Nepal's caretaker Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on Monday stirred a debate by saying that Yoga originated in Nepal. He also added that India wasn’t even around when Yoga was started in the world.

PM Oli said, “Yoga originated in Nepal, not in India. At the time when Yoga came into existence, there was no existence of India; it was divided into factions.”
Mr Oli said this while he was addressing a program held at his residence Baluwater on the occasion of International Yoga Day.
Not only this, but he also said that Indian experts have been 'hiding facts' about it.
"India that exists now wasn't there in the past. India at that time was divided into different factions. Divided into factions, India at that time was like a continent or sub-continent," he further added.
Naturally, this statement was met with a lot of strong opinions on Twitter:
And the world will award him an appropriate award! India, while heartedly welcomes such prescience and wisdom
    — Dr. Srikanth Sundararajan (@SundarSrik) June 21, 2021 Oli was the first person to climb Mt.everest
    — Dilip (@AbhayR1982) June 21, 2021 ये कुछ अलग ही फूंक के बैठा है 🤣🤣🤣
    — Harshvardhan Sharma (@harshvibs) June 21, 2021 Elections are round the corner in Nepal. So be prepared for more such gems.
    — KRISHNA MOHAN (@krismohan2001) June 21, 2021 Actually, they had offered to become part of India. So was Baluchistan. But our chicha has said no.
    — Parth (@Parthas67339067) June 21, 2021 My friend from a suburb in Mumbai says that yoga originated in his garden when his grandma started stretching herself to loosen her body during winter. And when his mom saw her doing it, she too started doing the same. Her friends followed and yoga spread all over the world.
    — Mumbeye (@AmitavaSumat) June 21, 2021 International Day of Yoga has been celebrated annually on June 21 since 2015 after its inception in the UN General Assembly in 2014.
PM Modi had suggested the date in his UN address, as it is the longest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere and shares a special significance in many parts of the world.
Earlier, in July last year, Mr Oli had said that Lord Rama was Nepali and Ayodhya, the birthplace of Lord Rama is in Nepal.
He said, “Although real Ayodhya lies at Thori, a city in the west of Birgunj, India has claimed that Lord Rama was born there. Due to these continuous claims even we have believed that deity Sita got married to Prince Rama of India. However, in reality, Ayodhya is a village lying west of Birgunj.”

According to a leaked internal document, OnePlus is becoming an Oppo sub-brand after the company announced further integration with the Chinese giant. The document was leaked by Evan Blass which detailed some interesting talking points for OnePlus employees.
Just received these talking points on the new relationship between Oppo and OnePlus. Might help to clear up some confusion. pic.twitter.com/mIVyjcmeKD
    — Evan Blass (@evleaks) June 18, 2021
The leaked document is seemingly aimed at the public relations staff on how to respond to questions from journalists and users about the recent use. While the documents reiterate the same announcement made by Peta Lau in the OnePlus forums, there was one piece of information that somewhat confirms OnePlus becoming Oppo’s subbrand. When a representative is asked about the finer details of the relationship between the two companies, the representative is expected to respond with “with the integration, OnePlus becomes a brand within OPPO[,] however, [it] will continue to function as an independent entity.”
While we already had a feeling that OnePlus was slowly becoming another brand by Oppo, this document confirms our prior assumptions. The nature of this relationship is more public now especially after the announcement and will work similarly to how Realme functions in relation to Oppo.
    © Oppo,OnePlus
The document does say that OnePlus and Oppo will operate independently and will even compete with each other in markets both companies are present in. Customer data stored by OnePlus will still be stored by the brand and won’t be shared with Oppo. OnePlus already announced the integration of the Research & Development department with Oppo earlier this year.

    © Reuters
OnePlus users evangelise OxygenOS, the operating system used in OnePlus phones however there were concerns after the announcement that the OS might be integrated as well. OxygenOS is considered to be far superior to Oppo’s ColorOS even though both share many similarities. However, in the leaked internal document, OnePlus employees were instructed to “not respond to any OS or ColorOS questions that target the integration announcement.” It also instructed that OnePlus employees use the following response “We currently do not have any updates regarding the operating systems. Please stay tuned to our official channels.”

While not officially confirmed, it could mean that we will see OxygenOS get heavily influenced by ColorOS or see further integrations that the company is not ready to talk about yet. OnePlus already uses Oppo’s ColorOS software for its smartphone in China so it doesn’t seem far-fetched that we might see future OnePlus phone in other regions use the same Android skin.

Former India opener Virender Sehwag, known for his explosive batting throughout his playing career, continues to hit the ball out of the park, albeit on a different playing field.
The destructive opener always played his shots irrespective of the bowler he was facing or the format he was playing in and it created fear among his opponents.
Continuing with the same trend, Sehwag continues to be as fearless as he was during his playing career and always speaks his mind regardless of the consequences that might come his way.

Despite a massive build-up, the World Test Championship final has proved to be a huge flop, so far, and with each passing day, the match is headed towards a draw and the world cricket’s governing body’s lack of foresightedness has come into question from a host of former players and cricket experts across the globe, with Sehwag being one of them.

Like many Indians, Sehwag was expecting to see a tough contest between bat and ball with two top sides competing but the inclement weather in Southampton and poor batting performance by the Indian batsmen have killed that excitement, to an extent that nobody really cares about the outcome of the game anymore.
    © Reuters
Sehwag took a dig at the ICC for messing things up with their poor planning and likened their performance to that of Team Indian batsmen who failed to capitalise on the solid start and were bowled out for 217 runs in the first innings, handing the advantage back to the Kiwis.

Batsman ko bhi Timing nahi mili dhang ki, aur ICC ko bhi#WTCFinal
    — Virender Sehwag (@virendersehwag) June 21, 2021
“Batsman ko bhi Timing nahi mili dhang ki, aur ICC ko bhi #WTCFinal,” read Sehwag’s tweet in Hindi, which roughly translates to “Neither batsman nor ICC got their timing right”.
Sehwag wasn’t the only cricketer to have issues with ICC’s mismanagement, Kevin Pietersen, VVS Laxman, Shane Bond, Sanjay Bangar were all furious with the global governing body.
    © Instagram Indian Cricket Team
Pietersen went ahead and suggested that ICC should never host a one-off important game like the WTC final in the United Kingdom, because the weather there is so unpredictable.

Not a single ball was bowled on the first and the fourth day which was a complete washout, while the remaining two days saw only 141.1 overs due to rain and bad light, leaving us with only two more days in the game, including a reserve a day on June 23.

KRK is on a mission to get in trouble with as many noted names as possible and nothing is stopping him.

He has been overtly dissing Bollywood and the celebrities recently and things just seem to happen randomly when it comes to KRK and his Twitter wars.
What started it all was Salman Khan’s legal suit for the review of Radhe by KRK. He has been continuously poking the celebs and this time around, he wants a few actors to come on board to act in his film.
Now, KRK has said that he will stop reviewing movies if Kartik Aaryan, Abhishek Bachchan, John Abraham, Varun Dhawan, Ayushmann Khurrana, Emraan Hashmi, Ajay Devgn, and Hrithik Roshan come together for his project.
He tweeted, “I genuinely want to stop reviewing films. I will stop reviewing films on The day, I will launch my film as a producer or director. So I request to @Riteishd @juniorbachchan @iHrithik @TheAaryanKartik @ayushmannk @Varun_dvn @TheJohnAbraham to help me and the entire Bollywood pls.”

    © KRK Twitter
He attacked the Bollywood industry once again and tweeted, “If one of you can’t do my film to save entire Bollywd from my reviews then it’s clear that you ppl don’t love Bollywood. Fir Aap Chahte Ho Ki main review Deta Rahun Aur Aap Maze Lete Raho.”

    © KRK Twitter
After his tweets started to get traction, people started to react and gave mixed reactions to his comments. While some people want him to continue doing reviews, others are bashing him left right and centre.

In the past, KRK has produced and starred in Deshdrohi and the Bhojpuri film Munna Pandey Berozgaar. Currently, he is being sued for defamation by Salman Khan.

For the uninitiated, Salman filed a defamation suit against KRK and the legal team has claimed it was because the self-proclaimed critic has been badmouthing about the actor.
The full statement from DSK Legal, Salman Khan’s legal team, reads, “Mr. Kamaal R Khan, the Defendant, has put out a series of tweets and videos alleging that Mr. Salman Khan has sued him for defamation because the Defendant reviewed the film, Radhe. This is incorrect.”
“The suit has been filed as the Defendant has been publishing and endorsing defamatory allegations, including that Mr. Salman Khan is corrupt, that he and his brand Being Human are involved in fraud, manipulation, and money laundering transactions, that he and Salman Khan Films are dacoits. Defendant has been spreading malicious falsehoods and defaming Mr. Salman Khan consistently over several months, clearly intending to draw attention to himself. Mr. Kamaal R Khan’s lawyer made a statement in Court today that Mr. Kamaal R. Khan “will not put any remarks of defamatory nature against plaintiff on social media till next date.” The Hon’ble Court has been pleased to pass an order taking into account this statement made by Mr. Kamaal R. Khan’s lawyer,” the statement concluded.
What do you have to say about all of this? Let us know in the comments section below.
KRK maintained that it was after a negative review of Radhe Your Most Wanted Bhai, that Salman’s legal team sent him the defamation suit.
