Does the perfect beard exist?
We think so. Just open Instagram and there you’d have it – proof that some men really know what they are doing!
Beard grooming is an extremely personal choice, but that doesn’t mean you can’t take inspiration when it’s right in front of you.
So that’s exactly what we did – one look at Rana Daggubati’s social media handle and the inspiration was right there (as well as the secret grooming products!)
View this post on Instagram A post shared by Rana Daggubati (@ranadaggubati)
Talking about his beard style and secret grooming hacks, Rana went on to reveal the most important addition to his grooming routine – the King C Gillette.
Gillette
Gillette has always been a leader in the grooming space. After more than 115 years of innovation and leadership, the brand introduced a new one-stop-shop grooming range for all men with facial hair.
What’s so special about this new range of products?
They are not only the best but are also a dedication to the founder of Gillette. This new range bears the name of the founder King Camp Gillette and covers almost everything from KCG Beard and Face Wash to Beard Oil, Beard Balm, Beard Trimmer, Transparent Shave Gel, and a Neck Razor. Sound like a complete package, doesn’t it?
What’s more is that this exciting new range has been optimized specially for facial hair with P&G’s best cleansing and condition technology.
Not just Rana, but his B-town buddy Arjun Kapoor too took to the ‘gram to flaunt his new set of King C Gillette products. Arjun talked about taming the unruly beard and the products that work best for him.

B-town hunk Dino Morea too joined the grooming debate with his set of King C Gillette. His favourites include the KCG Beard Oil and Beard Balm.

We can’t help but agree with the boys of B-town!
What do you think? If you are inspired enough, head here to grab your set of the all-new King C Gillette products and get grooming.

Let’s be absolutely clear about one thing - having a healthy relationship with porn & masturbation can be a blessing in disguise. It is only when we go overboard, do things start to deteriorate fast.
© iStock
In a society where *** is such a big taboo that a healthy discussion about *** between parents and their children, or teachers and students is non-existent, for most of us, the first avenue about *** education, is internet porn.
No points for guessing what all can go wrong.

Porn addiction is one such thing that often does go wrong.
A few users on Reddit, who believe that they are porn addicts, share what difficulties do they have to live with, and the struggles they face, every day:
1. Inability To Focus At Work © iStock
“Focussing on work, or anything for that matter becomes a task,” says one user. “Every now and then, I get this urge to just go the washroom, put on my earphones, watch a clip, and bump one out.”
Several studies have established a link between addiction to porn, and an addiction to masturbate, both of which seriously damages one’s sexual health.
2. Difficulty In Holding On To A Real Relationship © iStock
“My addiction to porn is one of the major reasons why I have difficulty in holding on to a real relationship. It always a pattern, I meet someone, they come to know about my condition, I promise to control myself, I fail, and then, they leave,” said another user.
“No matter how great a person you are dating, at some point, they will start judging you for your behaviour,” said the same user.
3. Unrealistic Expectations © iStock
“I am aware that what I am watching is not real. However, that doesn’t mean that I don’t carry the same expectations into the bedroom. Of course, this is not intentional, it just comes out in the spur of the moment,” said another user.
4. Intimacy Issues © iStock
“I hate myself after I watch a clip and get off. However, I find it much easier than opening up to women about my issues. I don’t think I have it in me to invest in a real relationship, I find it much easier, to just take care of my own needs, by myself,” said another.
5. Performance Anxieties © iStock
This one is quite similar to the one where the user had unrealistic expectations about ***, but in the completely opposite direction.
“I have started to feel that I will be inadequate. I think that if I ask someone out, the person may end up laughing at me, and this thought cripples me,” said a user.
6. Waned Interest In Real-Life *** © iStock
“I just don’t find regular *** that interesting anymore, and given that I am a bit of a control freak, I find it hard to let myself be bossed around. This is the quagmire that I am in,” said another user.
“Porn excites me. The prospect of having the real thing sure gets me hard, but I am not excited about it, I am not very keen about it,” says the same user.
7. Skewed Social Skills © iStock
“I find it much easier to just go online and get off, rather than speak to someone, and try picking them up,” said another user.
“It has come to a point, where I actually don’t remember how to approach someone, and just try to pick them up, it is as if I have lost that skill. As a result, I have difficulty in starting even a normal conversation with women at times.”
The Bottom Line…
Just like any addiction, porn addiction too is treatable, provided you seek help and are willing to put in the work to overcome this.
If you’re finding it difficult to deal with this problem on your own, there is absolutely no shame in asking for professional help. Consult a psychologist, or better yet, a sexologist to better understand, what needs to be done.

Once again a comment made by Pakistan PM Imran Khan drew a lot of flak on the internet. He once again blamed a rise in the cases of sexual violence on the way women dress in the country.
He said in a recent interview, "If a woman is wearing very few clothes, it will have an impact on the men unless they are robots. It’s just common sense.”
He also said, “This is cultural imperialism. Whatever is acceptable in our culture, must be acceptable everywhere else. It's not.”
Check out the video here-

Now, his comments have stirred a massive outrage on social media and people are expressing their anger on the misogynistic ideology of Pakistan’s PM Imran Khan.
One user commented saying, “Imran Khan is r*pe apologist and hates women.”
Reema Omer, a legal advisor with the International Commission of Jurists, also expressed anger after PM Imran Khan’s comments.
She took to Twitter and wrote, “Disappointing and frankly sickening to see PM Imran Khan repeat his victim-blaming regarding reasons for sexual violence in Pakistan Men are not “robots”, he says. If they see women in skimpy clothes, they will get “tempted” and some will resort to rape.”

In another video, Imran Khan blamed ‘obscenity’ for the rise in sexual violence in Pakistan on a live television interview and also advised the women to cover themselves up. He suggested this so that the men wouldn’t get tempted. He said, “This entire concept of purdah is to avoid temptation. Not everyone has the willpower to avoid it.”
Here’s what people have to say about Pakistan’s PM’s comments-
He think he is somehow correct
— Gyanpapi (@Gyanpapi1) June 21, 2021Why would someone ask that question to a PM ?
— believe me (@Rahul420sihag) June 21, 2021So he's a staunch conservative. OK.
— Chu (@morbius_m) June 21, 2021Sad ! Sorry Imran U R wrong. I come from most traditional U P culture. I do not feel like that if I see a women with little or no cloths. U R welcome to call me Robot or even more 'respectable' Impotent.

From the earliest bards to modern day songwriters and composers, a musician’s relevance in society has seen a significant overhaul in contemporary history. Subjects of envy and reverence, established musicians enjoy a stratospheric presence these days. However, amidst all the hype and bustle, let’s not forget that however enigmatic or envy inspiring musicians are at their very core humans who yearn to connect through a different medium, devoting blood, sweat and tears to their craft. And on World Music Day, here are 5 incredible documentaries that show you the journey of the creators of some of your favourite tunes:
1. One Heart: The AR Rahman Concert FilmGet closer to AR Rahman’s musical journey with this concert film as he performs some of his beloved tunes across America and Canada. The narrative is beautifully knit with live performances, offstage moments, and interviews with Rahman and his team that help him make the magic happen. The film is tastefully produced, and keeps his performance intimate and dreamlike, letting his music paint the bigger picture.
2. Amy (2015)A life that burned bright but fast is the centre of discussion on Amy. The viewer gets to see the talented Amy Winehouse’s journey through adulthood as she navigates the immense pressures that come with fame. The film at times feels intrusive to watch, as we see Amy contend with her troubles with substance abuse as well as her personal struggles with intimate relationships. However, the documentary does a great job at showing the world that despite her personal issues, Amy Winehouse’s talent can never be questioned. Gone too fast, but never forgotten.
3. What Happened, Miss Simone? (2015)The author of our favourite pick me up anthem “Feeling Good”, Nina Simone’s legacy cannot be contained just to her contributions to music. With the aim of being the world’s first female classical pianist, Nina forays into the world with a determination and passion that soared intensely. With politics and gender being instrumental themes to her art, the documentary showcases her uncompromising demeanour, despite her struggles. An icon that has inspired countless women and men.
4. Quincy (2018)A tour de force in the world of music, Quincy Jones’ name requires little introduction. From delivering some of the greatest hits with the late icon Michael Jackson with tracks like ‘Billie Jean’ and ‘Beat It’, to provoking cultural change and transcending racial boundaries in contemporary America through songs like ‘We Are the World’. Quincy’s status as one of the greatest ever of the music game cannot be contested. Directed by his daughter, Rashida Jones, and Alan Hicks, Quincy is a glimpse into the life of this living legend who dominated pop culture for the past 70 years.
5. Searching for Sugarman (2012)In the late 60s An enigmatic singer songwriter made his way around the pubs of Detroit writing songs about the reality of the streets. Sixto Rodriguez’s song writing prowess was touted to rival none other than Bob Dylan’s, but his name eventually dissolved into relative anonymity in North America. This incredible documentary makes fantasy seem possible, it explores his relative anonymity in Northern America, rumours around his mysterious death, as well as becoming an icon for the South African liberation from Apartheid by sheer luck. It’s a journey to unravel facts from layers of fiction spun at the expense of artists around the world..
Being a musician is not an easy vocation, it requires determination, fearlessness and a self-belief that is rare. Perhaps with a better understanding of the struggles of some all time greats, we’ll be able to better empathize and support the ones that never get their fair share of recognition. Celebrate World Music Day by appreciating the artists dedicated to their craft.

The World Test Championship final was supposed to be the final frontier for many Indian players who don’t play any other format of the game.
Veterans like Ishant Shamra, Cheteshawar Pujara and Ravichandran Ashwin thought the match was as important as a 50-over World Cup final and they would do everything to get on the right side of the result.
Irrespective of the outcome of the game, the two-year long WTC campaign that began in 2019 will come to an end and the team will have to start planning for the next campaign, which could mean curtains for some of the senior cricketers in the format.
Indian Players Who Could Retire After WTC Final Here are five cricketers who could possibly retire after the WTC final:
1. Murali Vijay © Reuters
The first name on the list is not a surprise as the Tamil Nadu batsman, who once was India’s go-to man on the overseas tours, has been on the fringes for quite sometime now.
His last Test appearance came in December 2018 even before the WTC began.
Vijay made his debut in 2008 and went on to play 61 Test matches, scoring close to 4,000 runs but his time seems to be over now and it’s only a matter of time that he hangs up his boots.
2. Dinesh Karthik © Reuters
Currently in Southampton making headlines for his commentary skills, Dinesh Karthik is another player who can be considered unlucky to be born in the same era as MS Dhoni.
At 36, time is not on Karthik’s side and the wicketkeeper-batsman also knows it deep down and has started exploring his post-retirement options already and given the start he has had in the comm box, no one would be surprised if he calls it a time.
3. Wriddhiman Saha © Reuters
From starting as India’s first-choice wicket-keeper in the Day-Night Test against Australia last year to now warming the benches, Saha’s international career has taken a huge turn for the worst.
Arguably the best glovesman in the country, Saha seems to have lost his place to Rishabh Pant both home and overseas, and it remains to be seen if the selectors persist with him or look for a younger option with an eye on the future.
4. Shikhar Dhawan © Reuters
His sparkling century on his Test debut against Australia is still fresh in the minds of many Indian fans.
Dhawan’s downfall began when the management decided to try Rohit Sharma as an opener in the longest format, which also coincided with his inconsistent performances making matters worse.
The arrival of Shubman Gill, Mayank Agarwal, KL Rahul has also made it difficult for him to break in again and it seems that he has run his course in the longest format.
5. Ishant Sharma © Reuters
Even we agree that he is the most surprising name on the list because Ishant is the only player who regularly features in not just the Test squad but also the playing XI.
The most experienced player on the list, Ishant has completely transformed his body in the last few years which has helped him be on top of his game.
However, everything good has an expiry date no matter how well it is preserved and it will be up to the management to decide whether they see him leading India’s fast bowling attack for the next WTC cycle or not. If not then they’ll have to make the hard choice.

Of the very few (barely a couple) things we are thankful to Pakistan for, is their music and singing talents like Rahat Fateh Ali Khan and Atif Aslam.
However, the 90s kids have a very special bond with Aslam’s music.
© Instagram/Atif Aslam
We all have shared Atif Aslam’s songs via Bluetooth on our keypad phones during classes, listened to ‘Tu Jaane Na’ for hours picturing our crush and sang ‘Ab Toh Aadat Si Hai’ to heal from our first heartbreak.
The reason a lot of guys learned guitar was his rendition of ‘Gulabi Aankhein’ that was basically every girl’s favourite song at the time.
© Tips Industries
His music and distinct voice is unparalleled and no one from the fresh crop of singers right now can take his place, especially, for those who have listened to his songs in sickness and in health, back in school and college.
© Instagram/Atif Aslam
Since it’s World Music Day today, here’s celebrating the day by remembering all his iconic songs that got us through our love problems and also proved that if anything can unite India and Pakistan, it’s Atif Aslam’s voice.
1. Aadat
Not only we hummed the tunes of this song as kids but also tried to imitate his drunken man’s voice. Plus, it was the breakup anthem for our generation.
2. Pehli Nazar Mein
The beats of this song coupled with Aslam's voice made it a smashing hit back in the 2000s. The song still hits you hard when you fall in love at first sight.
3. Tu Jaane Na
If you haven’t spent nights listening to this song while mustering up the courage to tell your crush how you feel, are you even Atif Aslam’s fan?
4. Tera Hone Laga Hoon
Another gem from the same movie, Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahaani, this song was the new-age version of Aamir’ Khans ‘Pehla Nasha Pehla Khumar’ for 90s kids.
Also, who remembers singing the English lyrics ‘shining in the setting sun like a pearl upon the ocean’ all wrong?
5. Jeena Jeena
We cannot imagine anyone else singing this song from Badlapur other than Atif Aslam. He has sung this truly heartbreaking song with so much conviction, that you cannot listen to it without remembering a lost love.
6. Tere Sang Yaara
This romantic song from the movie Rustom is still fresh in our minds. Probably because we have heard this song on loop at least a million times and know all the songs by heart.
7. Kuch Is Tarah
People who have loved someone with all their heart can relate to this song. This is such a beautiful composition with meticulous lyrics that hits home for all lovers. Major nostalgia!
8. Gulabi Aankhein
No orchestra, no drums and no beats, just Atif Aslam’s soulful (and slightly raspy) voice blending with his guitar strings. We have heard a lot of renditions of 'Gulabi Aankhien' but this one beats all, after the OG, of course.
9. Tere Liye
This song from Vivek Oberoi’s Prince has its own separate fanbase. A bit different from his previous romantic songs which were soothing and dreamy, this was more upbeat and peppy.
10. Dil Diyan Gallan
The relatively newer track from his music trajectory, the song proved that even after a decade, Atif’s voice and music can make us fall in love all over again.
© Instagram/Atif Aslam
Does anyone else suddenly miss his voice? Time for an Atif Aslam music marathon!
