How long ago was it when you actually went out to meet with your friends in peace, without wearing a mask, without worrying that you might come in close contact with someone who might pass the deadly Covid-19 virus to you?
© Reuters
That's right. In Karnataka's Belagavi district, hundreds of people made a mockery of the Covid-19 restrictions by attending the funeral of a horse that belonged to a local religious organization.
Talk of #YellowFungus, #BlackFungus, #WhiteFungus #COVID19... It'll never end if we act like insane creatures. In #Karnataka #India people were seen at a horse's funeral in the #Maradimath area of Belagavi, earlier in the day. And, then blame #Doctors.#Epidemic #pandemic pic.twitter.com/HyImXutpv7
— Dr Abdul Qayum Hamid Changal (@ChangalQayum) May 24, 2021
Right now, when doctors are literally breaking down on social media due to being overworked and emotionally exhausted, the people of the village could be seen walking in close proximity and without wearing masks in order to attend the funeral.
It was clearly a scary sight to see so many people flout all Covid-related guidelines to gather at a place amidst India's healthcare almost succumbing to the gigantic second wave of Covid-19 infections.
As per reports, district officials were even forced to seal the village temporarily to carry out Covid tests to check for new cases.
"A horse of a local religious organization in Mastmaradi village died in the morning, following which people of the village took out a funeral procession and cremated the horse. The village has been sealed and an FIR has been registered. We are conducting RT-PCR tests. This village will remain sealed for next 14 days. Nobody is allowed to come in or go out," said Laxman Nimbargi, Superintendent of Police, Belgavi while speaking to NDTV.
Soon after news broke of the incident, people took to social media to express their reactions.

One look at Harshvarrdhan Kapoor’s style file and you will know the guy is into casual and relaxed styles. Most of the time he is seen strolling in an oversized shirt and quirky shorts.
© Instagram/ Harshvarrdhan Kapoor
It’s definitely his go-to look to sport when he is not dressed in dapper tuxedos and exquisite kurtas. He probably has a range of summer styles which include cool pairs of shorts and funky tees.
© Instagram/ Harshvarrdhan Kapoor
For his recent outing, he chose a very edgy and offbeat outfit. He wore a black tee from In-N-Out and printed pink shorts with palm trees motifs on it.
He paired the look with knee-length socks and casual shoes. We don’t know about you, but this is the coolest street style look we’ve seen in a while.
© Viral Bhayani
The basic black tee is a merch from In-N-Out Burgers and is thus pretty affordable. It costs $11.95 which equate to approx Rs 870.
However, for his shorts, you will have to shell out more than 10k from your pocket.
© In-N-Out
The pink shorts with palm tree and sunset details are from Eric Emanuel and one pair goes for $148 or a little over 10k in INR. This isn’t the first time Kapoor has stepped out in the shorts from this brand.
© Viral Bhayani
In fact, it seems like he is an Eric Emanuel loyalist.
A few days ago, he was snapped in another pair from the brand and paired it with a white baggy T-shirt. This definitely his signature to sport on the streets.

Harshvarrdhan has an impeccable style and he often experiments with quirky prints, unconventional silhouettes and chic styles. From floral pants to a poncho, he has clearly aced edgy and eccentric styles.

These shorts, however, are a bit on the pricier side and are also totally steal-worthy. Especially now during the lockdown, when all we want is to throw on breathable and summery styles that work for lounging at home as well as taking to the streets.

Bollywood or any other movie industry in the world follows certain trends that work well for them during a certain period. This involves producing a certain kind of content that might be received well by fans and critics, while also doing well at the box office.
© Disney Plus
And now, it seems like Bollywood has once again sniffed out the perfect formula with a focus on mythological dramas.
The news about new projects like Deepika Padukone's Mahabharata-inspired "Draupadi" and Om Raut's upcoming Ramayan-based film 'Adipurush' that carries the star-studded cast of Prabhas, Saif Ali Khan, and Kriti Sanon have already been doing the rounds for a while now.

However, according to reports, the newest entry to Bollywood's take on Indian mythology will be a movie titled Sita, with Bollywood superstar Ranveer Singh expected to play the character of Ravana.
© Pinterest
Written and conceptualized by Baahubali writer KV Vijayendra Prasad, the film will be based on Ramayana, with the story being told from the perspective of Sita, which will be played by either Kareena Kapoor or Alia Bhatt, according to reports.
© Instagram/therealkareenakapoorkhan
This could mean that for the first time, Ranveer Singh could share the screen with Kareena Kapoor in what would clearly be a cinematic spectacle.
As per a source speaking to Bollywood Hungama, Ranveer has been approached by director Alaukik Desai for the role, "Sita will be mounted on a huge scale and the magnitude of the film will be as big as a Baahubali. While it's a toss-up between Kareena and Alia for the main role, the makers (director Alaukik Desai) have approached Ranveer Singh to play Ravana."
"Yes, if this happens, it might be the first-ever film that Ranveer and Kareena will be doing together. They were supposed to do Ram Leela but it didn't work out. From what we know, both Bebo and Ranveer have loved their parts and are waiting for the final narration to give a go-ahead to the project." said the source.

If Ranveer Singh is left in a room full of fashionable people, we are certain his style statement would still stand out.
The man knows his fashion game just right. Mostly seen wearing quirky, flamboyant outfits, Ranveer's sense of style demands all the attention.
From the time he wore denim curtains to his overly long boots, he makes it pretty clear that he doesn't like to play it safe in the fashion department.

There are very rare instances when Singh is seen in basic outfits. Even during these times, he still makes an eccentric statement.
A perfect example to describe this would be his latest appearance.
He was seen at the Mumbai airport with his wife, Deepika Padukone, who had tested positive a couple of weeks ago. The actress has now recovered and they were both seen heading home.
In the midst of this, we couldn't help but gaze at Ranveer's ensemble.

Ranveer usually goes overboard with his accessories.
For this look as well, he was seen with a black cap by Dsquared2, along with black squared sunglasses, camouflage mask by Balenciaga with another printed mask.
The shiny neckpiece too cannot be ignored.
© Farfetch
Coming to his T-shirt, he is wearing a Fear Of Gods Essentials T-shirt. Last year, we spotted several B-town celebrities in several silhouettes by this brand. This piece in particular is worth almost Rs. 18,000.
We also like the way Ranveer has paired it with black joggers by Adidas. It adds to the athleisure look he is trying to pull off here.
© Dior
The pièce de résistance here are definitely the sneakers. These are Dior's B23 High Top Sneaker in White Black Dior Oblique Canvas.
The pair comes with comfortable lacing and rounded toe with a back tab reminiscent of the classic high-top style. Furthermore, it has transparent panelling that looks like plastic over Dior's signature on the side.
© Dior
As for the price of this pair, it retails for about $1,150 or roughly Rs 83,840 as seen on Dior's official website.
Considering the innumerable times we have seen Ranveer wear sky-high priced sneakers, these aren't that expensive but they are not affordable for us.
© Viral Bhayani
Not just the shoes, but other elements from this outfit are equally outstanding.
This is a job that only Ranveer can hit out of the park. Way to go, Baba. This is quite a bold move, we would say.

One fine day you wake up and go to the washroom. You look in the mirror and say, “damn, my hair looks so good, I don’t feel like washing them. I might not even comb today.”
Good hair days are never planned, they simply exist and are usually experienced when you absolutely have nowhere to go.
They also have a tendency to vanish when you actually have to go out and make an impression.
But these limitations are for the peeps who don’t know the secrets of a good hair day. What makes your hair look naturally good, rather attractive? Not just to the others, but to yourself. Once you know the science behind it, every day will be a good hair day!
1. Blow Dry To Add VolumeTowel dry your hair after shampooing and conditioning it. Apply volume powder on damp hair. Now, blow-dry it in the opposite direction of partition. This will work up the volume of your hair.
Once you see some volume, style your hair in the direction of the partition.

2. Get A Haircut … That compliments your features. Schedule a haircut every 5-8 weeks (depending on the growth). And make sure you’re keeping your face shape in mind while getting it.
Reason? A wrong haircut or hairstyle can make the round face shape appear rounder but the right one like a quiff or pompadour can balance it by adding structure and height.
__ECOMPRODUCT__1604__
3. Work With Your Hair’s Natural TextureNot Against it. If your hair texture is coarse and thick, keep it moisturised and conditioned as they dry quickly.
If it’s thin or fine, avoid regular hair washes. Use a dry shampoo instead.
Keep your curly hair hydrated and brush it while applying conditioner in the shower. This will moisturise the roots.
For straight and limp hair, consider hair colouring to add some dimension to it.
__ECOMPRODUCT__1605__
4. Wash It A Day Before Your DateWe often align our hair washes with important days but your hair looks the best on the next day of shampooing and conditioning.
The day after washing dirt off and removing natural oils from your hair, your scalp has had enough time to recover.
In a day’s time, it produces just enough oil to retain moisture without the build-up that makes your hair look flat. This is why it appears more balanced.
__ECOMPRODUCT__1606__
5. Use The Right Brush, AlwaysComb or brush? Seems like an insignificant discussion but it can determine the amount of hair you lose per day.
Combs are great for detangling and precision styling but brushes can help you add volume and spread natural oils through your hair.
But again, brushes are no friend of people with curly hair.
Wooden combs too are taking the grooming market by storm, simply because they do their job really well by preventing breakage.
__ECOMPRODUCT__1607__
Final ThoughtsWe’re sure there are plenty more tips to have a good hair day every day but these were our top five! If you have a good hair day secret, drop a comment below because we would love to hear it.
