Babil is a man who likes to look well-groomed even when no one’s watching. Just like his dad, the legendary actor Irrfan Khan, he is also blessed with thick, curly hair and usually keeps a clean-shaven look. He appears classy and elegant in whatever he wears.
    © Instagram/Babil Khan
Although it seems it comes naturally to him, he does have a trick. Ever wanted to look without making much effort?

Well, Babil seemed to have cracked the code and it is not going to take you more than 10 minutes.
His hack is to trim the scruffy beard and moustache to lose a few years off your face in minutes.
    © Instagram/Babil Khan
He did exactly that and posted the results on Instagram. He shared his before and after picture on Instagram where he has a full beard in one and a clean-shaven look in the other.

He clearly looks like he time travelled to almost 10 years ago. He captioned the picture, “The “wait, what?!” spectrum. How to lose 10 years in 10 minutes, no scam, buy now.”
    © Instagram/Babil Khan
This is one time-saving and easiest tip to look younger. Trimming out your beard can actually make you look a few years younger, without having to spend time and money on products and routines.
    © Instagram/Babil Khan
In other words, simply using a trimmer could make you lose about 10 years without even trying. To avoid ending up with a baby face though, try trimming our fuller beard for a stubble.
    © Instagram/Babil Khan
Babil takes his skincare and grooming seriously and isn’t shy to use face masks and skincare products to keep his skin healthy, despite people trolling him. He even shut his trolls by saying he loves looking after his skin.

So when it comes from him, you know it’s a tried and tested hack to reset the aging clock.
    © Instagram/Babil Khan
Babil is reportedly pursuing a career in cinema. A user asked in the comments, “Bro will you direct a project in future? Do you like filmmaking as a process? To which, he relied, “Yes of course, I will write and direct for sure, 100%.”

We can’t wait to see him in films.

Ever since the pandemic hit, questions about the origin of Coronavirus have ended up becoming personal for every single person, since there isn't a person alive who has not been impacted by it. While on paper, the widely accepted theory still states that it originated in the Wuhan Wet Market, and is a case of animal to human transmission after the consumption of bats, that may not be the truth.
    © iStock
The tricky bit is, no one knows what the truth is, but there are certain important facts that no one is surprisingly talking about, and that raises more questions. They are not black and white pointers and need to be looked at with a dispassionate, logical frame of mind. Author and editor Nicholas Wade raised a few of these pertinent questions, that everybody should be aware of.

    1. A case of ignoring important data © iStock
The decoding of the virus’s genome showed it belonged to a viral family known as beta-coronaviruses, to which the SARS1 and MERS viruses also belong. The relationship supported the idea that, like them, it was a natural virus that had managed to jump from bats, via another animal host, to people. The wet market connection, the major point of similarity with the SARS1 and MERS epidemics, was soon broken: Chinese researchers found earlier cases in Wuhan with no link to the wet market. But no one paid any heed to this bit because of the overwhelming attention that was diverted towards the wet market theory.

    2. A case of 'overwhelmingly' supporting a narrative without even being sure © marlin-prod.literatumonline
“We stand together to strongly condemn conspiracy theories suggesting that COVID-19 does not have a natural origin,” a group of virologists and others wrote in the Lancet on February 19, 2020, when it was really far too soon for anyone to be sure what had happened. Scientists “overwhelmingly conclude that this coronavirus originated in wildlife,” they said, with a stirring rallying call for readers to stand with Chinese colleagues on the frontline of fighting the disease.

Contrary to the letter writers’ assertion, the idea that the virus might have escaped from a lab invoked accident, not conspiracy. It surely needed to be explored, not rejected out of hand. A defining mark of good scientists is that they go to great pains to distinguish between what they know and what they don’t know. By this criterion, the signatories of the Lancet letter were behaving as poor scientists: They were assuring the public of facts they could not know for sure were true.
    3. An ignored case of conflict of interest © Ecohealth Alliance
It later turned out that the Lancet letter had been organized and drafted by Peter Daszak, president of the EcoHealth Alliance of New York. Daszak’s organization funded coronavirus research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. If the SARS2 virus had indeed escaped from research he funded, Daszak would be potentially culpable. This acute conflict of interest was not declared to the Lancet’s readers. To the contrary, the letter concluded, “We declare no competing interests.”

    4. A case of dangerous games played inside those labs, away from the public eye © iStock
Virologists like Daszak had much at stake in the assigning of blame for the pandemic. For 20 years, mostly beneath the public’s attention, they had been playing a dangerous game. In their laboratories they routinely created viruses more dangerous than those that exist in nature. They argued that they could do so safely, and that by getting ahead of nature they could predict and prevent natural “spillovers,” the cross-over of viruses from an animal host to people. If SARS2 had indeed escaped from such a laboratory experiment, a savage blowback could be expected, and the storm of public indignation would affect virologists everywhere, not just in China.

    5. A case of twisting statements to avoid legal loopholesAnother statement that had enormous influence in shaping public attitudes was a letter (in other words an opinion piece, not a scientific article) published on 17 March 2020 in the journal Nature Medicine. Its authors were a group of virologists led by Kristian G. Andersen of the Scripps Research Institute. “Our analyses clearly show that SARS-CoV-2 is not a laboratory construct or a purposefully manipulated virus,” the five virologists declared in the second paragraph of their letter.
    © iStock
However, it's not that simple. Some older methods of cutting and pasting viral genomes retain tell-tale signs of manipulation. But newer methods, called “no-see-um” or “seamless” approaches, leave no defining marks. So, if a virus has been manipulated, whether with a seamless method or by serial passage, there is no way of knowing that this is the case. Andersen and his colleagues were assuring their readers of something they could not know. The discussion part of their letter begins, “It is improbable that SARS-CoV-2 emerged through laboratory manipulation of a related SARS-CoV-like coronavirus.” But wait, didn’t the lead say the virus had clearly not been manipulated?

While both sides of the entire narrative are shrouded in secrets and mystery, let's hope the scientific community learns from this debacle, and prepares itself to combat such cases in the future accordingly.

The more recent films of the Fast & Furious franchise may have been ludicrous and downright absurd, but for all the original fans of the franchise, there is some good news. The car that Paul Walker was seen driving around in the original The Fast and the Furious is up for grabs.
    © Universal Pictures
The legendary Supra to this day remains to be one of the most iconic cars in film history and was crucial in cementing the reputation of modified JDMs in the global car scene. For the uninitiated, JDMs stand for Japanese Domestic Market cars.
    © Universal Pictures
The Toyota Supra that was used for the film comes in orange, in a shade called Orange Candy, which, back then, was exclusive only to the Lamborghini Diablo. Given that it is the same car that is being auctioned, it still has those green graphics package, on the sides.
    © Universal Pictures
A few similar looking bodyshells were used and destroyed while filming The Fast and the Furious & 2 Fast 2 Furious. However, Barrett-Jackson, the company that is auctioning the car, claims that this isn’t one of those cars with the fake bodyshells, but the actual car.
    © Barret Jackson
Under the hood, we get to see the same set-up that Paul Walker’s Brian O'Conner used in the movie. We get a 2JZ-GTE turbocharged, 3.0-litre, in-line-6 cylinder engine, and a retuned 4-speed automatic transmission.
    © Barret Jackson
As for the body and panels, Bomex body kit, a TRD-styled hood, APR aluminium rear wing, and Dazz Motorsport Racing Hart M5 wheels in 19-inches, and the original custom exhaust system. The car even retains the original camber that it was set up with for the film.
    © Super Car Blog
The black interiors that we saw in the films are the same as well. This particular car was used for a lot of the promotional shots, as well as for shooting a number of the interior shots.
    © Super Car Blog
The car is currently stationed in Scottsdale, Arizona but will be auctioned in Las Vegas next month, between the 17th & the 19th of June. No other details, such as the starting price, reserve or anything pertaining to the auction, are available as of yet.
    © Barret Jackson
In order to prove and maintain the provenance of the car, the winner of the auction will get all related documents and a certificate of authenticity, after the car has been certified by a number of automotive and film experts.
    © Universal Pictures
Given the legacy of the film, and the fact that it was Paul Walker who drove the car, we reckon it would easily fetch half a million dollars. What do you guys think? How much would the iconic car fetch?

Soon after the release of The Family Man 2's trailer a few days back, the web series landed in trouble as it ended up upsetting a certain section of people who felt that the show is trying to portray Tamilians in a negative light. Rajya Sabha MP Vaiyapuri Gopalsamy, better known as Vaiko, sent a written complaint to Information and Broadcasting Minister, Prakash Javadekar and sought a ban on it.
An excerpt of his letter read, “These descriptions have hurt the sentiments of Tamil people and Tamil culture and offensive against the Tamil community. The people of Tamil Nadu are raising serious objections over such act and are protesting against the Serial.”
Now, Manoj Bajpayee who plays the lead in the show has shared the statement released by Raj and DK that says that the assumptions have been made based on just a few shots in the trailer and they have utmost love and respect towards Tamil people. In their statement, the directors of The Family Man 2, Raj and DK, said, "Some assumptions and impressions have been made based on just a couple of shots in the trailer. Many of our lead cast members and key members of the creative & writing team are Tamilians. We are very cognizant of the sentiments of the Tamil people and Tamil culture and have nothing but the utmost love and respect towards our Tamil people. We have put in years of hard work into this show, and we have taken great pains to bring to our audiences a sensitive, balanced and riveting story - much like we did in Season 1 of the show. We request everyone to wait and watch the show when it releases. We know you'll appreciate it once you watch it."

People came in support of the show and targeted the politicians for creating trouble for the team. They want the show to be released and a certain Tamilian Twitter users also went on to say that she is eagerly waiting for the show.

Netflix has already dabbled with interactive media in the form of Black Mirror: Bandersnatch, taking a page from Telltale games’ products. It seems like the streaming giant is looking to further expand into gaming with a new bundle that will offer subscribers access to games.
    © Unsplash/david-balev
According to The Information, Netflix wants to hire an executive who will oversee new gaming efforts in the company. It looks like Netflix is working on a solution that could be similar to Apple Arcade, where users get access to multiple games for the price of one.

The Axios more or less confirmed that Netflix could be working on “a smaller Apple Arcade” that would include first-party IPs from Netflix and third-party games from other publishers. The services are expected to launch sometime in 2022. Netflix has not confirmed the existence of a gaming service at the moment but did leave the door open for the gaming service in the future.
“Our members value the variety and quality of our content. It’s why we’ve continually expanded our offering — from series to documentaries, film, local language originals and reality TV. Members also enjoy engaging more directly with stories they love — through interactive shows like Bandersnatch and You v. Wild, or games based on Stranger Things, La Casa de Papel and To All the Boys. So we’re excited to do more with interactive entertainment,” Netflix said in a statement to The Information.
    © Unsplash/igor-karimov
Netflix has already mentioned before that it considers video games competition and could be a way for the streaming giant to get its foot in the door. The streaming service also streams content based on video game media such as The Witcher, Castlevania, Resident Evil and others. The company does see potential in gaming IPs in the form of video content and we could soon see games as well. It is worth pointing out that Netflix already publishes games for some of its own IPs such as Stranger Things. It seems like Netflix now wants to be the Netflix of games as well.
    © Unsplash/thibault-penin
Gaming subscription services have been on the rise as we’ve already seen offerings like Apple Arcade, Xbox Game Pass, EA Play, Ubisoft Plus, PlayStation Now amongst others. It isn’t too far-fetched to see Netflix getting into the industry as well since it is already considered a pioneer as a video streaming platform.

There is a reason why big cats like lions and tigers, despite being so fascinating, are considered to be the most fearsome animals in the animal kingdom.
    © Instagram/Kody Antle
A very recent example of this was a horrifying incident when a lioness mauled her trainer during a circus performance in Russia.

According to the scary footage which has gone viral on social media, a lioness named Vega could be seen attacking her trainer Maxi Orlov in front of spectators during one of the shows at the Ural Travelling Circus.

The footage showed the lioness jumping onto Orlov and sinking her teeth into the trainer just as he advanced towards her with a pole.
It was reported that scared children and parents rushed out from the arena after seeing the incident, with one woman even suffering an epileptic seizure after witnessing the shocking scene.
"The lionesses went berserk. When we ran away, there was a wild roar from the animals. The tamer was attacked," said a witness.
Fortunately, Orlov and other members of the circus were able to fend off the big cat, after which the trainer was rushed to the hospital with injuries to his arms and legs.
As per reports, prior to the performance, Vega had already been seen brawling with another lioness in the ring.

Cross-overs are meant to add a fun element, and most of us have been longing for it, at least in the case of Marvel Cinematic Universe and DC Comics.

While we don't know if that's ever going to happen in reality, it certainly has in Chris Hemsworth's house.
After his iconic performances in Marvel movies, as Thor, Chris recently took to Instagram and had a fun banter with this son.
Speaking of his little one's career goals, when asked what he wants to be when he grows up? His answer left even Chris in splits.
    View this post on Instagram
His kid was dressed in a red outfit, with a cape on top, mimicking a superhero. He responded saying, "Dad, I wanna be a Superman.” Yes, Thor's kid aspires to be DC's Superman! What a clash.

Chris caption on Instagram read, "Holding my little man’s hand and asking him the age-old question. “What do you want to be when you grow up” “Dad I wanna be Superman.”

He further added, "Lucky I have two other kids."

Stars including Gal Gadot, Josh Brolin, Ryan Reynolds all responded to this post and laughed hard on the cross-over.

Chris is often seen sharing hilarious videos with his kids.

In a recent one, he was seen having a hand-to-hand fight with his son, and he wrote: “Introducing the next heavyweight champion of the universe.”
Isn't that adorable? Not just that, he is often seen spending time with his wife Elsa Pataky and their three kids on the sets of his movies.

On the work front, Chris was last seen in Extraction, which released on Netflix. His upcoming projects include Escape from Spiderhead and Thor: Love and Thunder.

It seems that even the God Of Thunder isn’t exactly immune to body image issues, and is very conscious about how people perceive his body.

In a recent interview with The Telegraph, Chris Hemsworth revealed that people see him differently as an actor because of the physique he has had to bulk-up for his performances in the Marvel cinematic universe.
    © Marvel
Said the Norse God of Thunder, “I feel that people think there is a certain vanity attached to bodybuilding or bulking up. Had I been unhealthily skinny, or been required to put on unhealthy weight for my projects, I would be perceived as a serious actor. The training across 10 years of doing it is a full-time job. That and then a 12-hour shooting day - it's a real grind.”
    © Marvel
Hemsworth made headlines with his “Fat Thor” avatar back in 2018-2019, before Avengers: Endgame released. Later it was revealed that he was actually wearing a fat suit.
    © Marvel
Eagle-eyed cinephiles would have noticed, that with each of the Marvel films since 2011, when he first appeared as Thor, Hemsworth has grown bulkier and muscular.
    © Marvel
In the interview, he said that even though it is for the camera, actors like him need to bulk up in a certain way.  One would assume that because of how films are shot, actors can sort of cheat and really get bulked up biceps.
    © Instagram/chrishemsworth
That is far from the truth.

He said, “That's what you see the most. We consider the costume and if it shows a lot of shoulders, or are we gonna see the bicep or the traps. You want it to be balanced. You don't want to look like Popeye with one section of the body blown up.”
    © Instagram/chrishemsworth
Given that its been 10 years since he took up the role of Thor, and that Robert Downey Jr & Chris Evans both have exited the Universe with their respective characters, Hemsworth feels that he says he wants to try new projects.
    © Instagram/chrishemsworth
It seems that audiences too would love to see him in different stuff, along with his Marvel Projects. After all, Extraction had one of the highest watch times among all of Netflix’s film releases last year.
    © Instagram/chrishemsworth
Speaking about his upcoming projects, Hemsworth said that given the global lockdown, he has had plenty of time to prepare for Thor: Love and Thunder & Extraction 2, both of which will be shot in Australia.

This has allowed him to stay close to his family, and work out for both of his films.
He says that for Thor: Love and Thunder he is in the best shape of his life.
He said, “Having this time at home meant I explored different methods, to see how I can manipulate my body with just the right amount of powerlifting and bodybuilding workouts.”
    © Instagram/chrishemsworth
What do you think about Chris’ statement, of actors who need to bulk up aren’t taken as serious actors? Do you agree with him, or do you have opposing views? Let us know in the comments below.

You might know Mia Khalifa as a porn star, but there's more to the star than meets the eye. Her real name is Mia Callista, and she is a social media personality and a sports commentator.
Even though she is often criticised for her work in the adult film industry, she takes every reproval in her stride, including death threats.

She now runs a YouTube channel, and hosts live streams on Twitch.

Recently, Mia was blocked on Tik-Tok in Pakistan and the former porn star's account was banned.
Unaware of this situation, Mia was surprised when she heard the news of her account being blocked from one of her fans on Twitter. Mia was taken aback as she has around 22.2 million followers with 270 million likes on the app.

Former Bigg Boss contestant Yuvika Chaudhary found herself in major trouble for using a casteist slur. In a vlog posted by her, she used a term that was prohibited by the government many years ago. She used a term by saying 'she looks like them' which did not go well with people on the Internet.
One of the Twitter users shared the video by saying, “Now she'll say she didn't know the meaning. Alright. This is how our industry is! Not shocked but disappointed. She is literate but as illiterate #ArrestYuvikaChoudhary #Casteist_Termite #munmunduttavideo @yuvikachoudhary."

People have lost their cool as the actor attacked a certain sect and they are demanding her arrest as they want to create an example for people who continue to use such casteist words. People also bashed her by saying that she is getting work in films and hence, she used such derogatory words to get in the news.

Soon after people started demanding her arrest, she issued an apology. Yuvika stated, "Hi guys, I didn't know the meaning of that word that I used in my last vlog. I didn't mean to hurt anyone and I can never do that to hurt someone. I apologize to each and everyone, I hope you understand. Love you all."

Well, her apology hasn’t fixed the damage. One of the users tweeted, "We don't want your apology. Yuvika Chaudhary, you have committed an offense under section 153A of IPC which is a cognizable & non-bailable offense & for which you must be and will be arrested. #ArrestYuvikaChoudhary."
Earlier, actor Munmun Dutta had also used a casteist slur in a video and later issued a statement wherein she apologized to the people. Despite that, an FIR was registered against the actor.

India is currently facing the wrath of the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic, forcing people to stay at home at a time when the rest of the world is finally slowly returning to normalcy.

Now, while the authorities have been responsible for lapses in containing the virus, it is also true that the Indian public has not abided by Covid-related protocol that has been suggested by doctors and health experts ever since the pandemic began.
    © iStock
Whether it is keeping a safe distance between people, properly wearing one's mask, or not using make-belief Covid cures or remedies like cow urine, cow dung, or mustard oil, some countrymen refuse to listen to health care experts, meaning that it will still take us some time to get past the pandemic.

Now, in another bizarre instance, a Sadhu in India could be seen wearing a mask made out of neem and Tulsi leaves.
Not sure this #MASK WILL HELP.

In the video, which has now gone viral on social media, the Sadhu could be seen flaunting the make-shift "organic" mask, which he says is better than any surgical mask or a mask made out of cloth.

"Neem is very useful for any illness," he could be heard saying in the video.
While talking about the mask, he said that apart from neem and tulsi leaves, one can also add lemon leaves to the mask in order to protect themselves from Covid.
While Neem is indeed used to treat many health conditions, there is no scientific evidence behind it being successful in containing the Covid-19 virus.
