The statement 'until death do us apart' holds a lot of significance. While some relationships are able to stand the test of time and sail through, a few fall apart due to several reasons.
When we speak of marriages, even celebrities aren't far behind. We often look up to some couples, who shell out major couple goals. But turns out, some relationships are very short-lived.
So, here are 7 celebrity couples who tied the knot with the 'love of their life' but ended up parting ways, in a short span of time. Take a look.

They had their Nikah ceremony in 2010 and just within 2 months of their marriage, the couple called it quits. Soon, there were rumours that the marriage was a publicity stunt but Sara denied all the allegations whereas Ali called their marriage a 'big mistake'.

Randeep Hooda is an actor who’s severely underrated and deserves to be celebrated way more than he is being right now. Bollywood has clearly failed in making a movie worthy of his performance. It’s not that he hasn’t proven his dedication towards his craft but he hasn’t been given such roles wherein he can show his skills to the fullest.
    View this post on Instagram
In a recent interview with Pinkvilla, the actor shared why he prefers to stay away from Bollywood’s quintessential lifestyle. He said, β€œThere is a life that I want to lead and that ideal Bollywood life of dressing up and going to these parties and being a part of the self-congratulatory cliques-- you know, the kind of a system that exists – No, I don’t miss it. My life has been about trying to live my characters, trying to live life as away from the trappings of it as much as possible; so that I don’t lose touch with the reality of life. Once you lose touch with the reality of life that’s where it starts to show on the screen. You start to appear unreal. So, I have always kept that around me. It’s my ideal lifestyle I don’t have to copy anybody. In fact, I have not given into the kind of culture that we have in the industry. There is certain sycophancy; there is a certain way of dealing with people. Everybody is an artist and so I feel and always have felt at par with everybody. There should be a sense of respect, which is there. But apart from that, I have not catered to that kind of a mindset.”
We wonder if his talent wasn’t wasted in movies that are mentioned below, we would have had one more actor contributing to meaningful cinema.
Take a look at the movies where his roles were merely sketchy and he was reduced to being a caricature which didn’t do any justice to his calibre.
    1. Love Aaj Kal Β© Reliance Entertainment
If you have seen the movie, you would totally agree with the fact that Randeep Hooda’s talent was under-utilized in the movie. Well, the movie wasn’t great either but he was one of the aspects that I tolerated for doing the review. The actor is in the role Raj in Love Aaj Kal, similar to what Rishi Kapoor played in the 2009 original. The writing was such that his character lacked punch and we all know that he deserves better treatment.

    2. CocktailDespite delivering impressive acts in movies like Saheb, Biwi and Gangster, he was given a cameo role in Saif Ali Khan-starrer Cocktail. He played the role of Diana Penty’s abusive husband and made an appearance for merely 10 mins. It felt it was a forced role that Randeep did. He did act well but he deserved a better role for sure.
    3. Murder 3 Β© Mahesh Bhatt Films
The plot was downright pathetic and a rip-off of a Hollywood movie. Randeep looked like a misfit for a movie as he deserves much better roles. He himself agrees that he isn’t really meant for roles that are massy. The movie was more of a torture and you feel sad for the actor as the movie wasn’t meant for him.

    4. Radhe Β© Salman Khan Films
After watching the trailer, you genuinely feel disappointed. Randeep Hooda’s role doesn’t seem very exciting and the whole fight sequence seems very pushy. There are no expectations from the movie per se and we believe that Bollywood has failed in celebrating Randeep Hooda’s calibre.

    5. Sultan Β© YRF
Randeep Hooda’s act was impressive as a boxing coach but he was again seen in the movie for a brief period. It’s sad that an actor of his calibre is only given cameo roles when he can be given roles that have more depth to them. In one of the recent interviews, he went to say how the star system has always driven Bollywood and it needs to stop. This is one of the reasons that we are unable to compete with world cinema.

Cheap sneakers and β€˜Ranbir Kapoor’ seem to be incongruous - they don’t sit well in a sentence next to each other.Β
    Β© Instagram/ranbir_kapoor_fan_club_
Here’s a man that has some of the best sneakers in the world, and who is highly revered among Indian sneakerheadsΒ for his collection, and taste in sneakers.

So fascinated is the guy with sneakers that he has dropped over Rs 5.8 Lakhs on a pair of limited-edition sneakers. Heck, he even has a guy, whose job is to buy sneakers for him, as soon as they drop.Β
    Β© Viral Bhayani
So clearly, when he wears something that mere mortals like us can afford, it is a bit surprising. Pleasant, but surprising nonetheless.

Recently, Ranbir & Alia were spotted in Mumbai, visiting Ranbir’s mother. While Alia was dressed in a simple and sombre salwar set, Ranbir had dressed down in a rather dope manner, almost like a chart-busting hip-hop artist.
    Β© Viral Bhayani
Ranbir was seen wearing a rather dope-looking outfit, which consisted of a basic white coloured T-shirt, a pair of bleached and distressed denims, and pair of dope-looking sneakers.Β
    Β© Viral Bhayani
We actually like how Ranbir has paired his denims with a seemingly basic T-shirt. The distressed and bleached denims are from the Italian athleisure apparel makers, Dsquared2, and they retail for over $650, or roughly Rs 50,000.
    Β© Dsquared2
We also like how he has accessorised his outfit. There’s that blue colour New York Yankee’s cao, and that dope looking facemask that he has got. He’s also wearing his trusted Rolex Sky-Dweller, one of his most favourite watches.Β
    Β© Viral Bhayani
For those interested in the watch, it has a retail price of about Rs 10.67 Lakhs, but be prepared to shell out more, since it is a Rolex, and it is practically impossible to get your hands on one, without getting onto some sort of a waiting list.

Then, there are the sneakers that Ranbir is seen wearing. Given his fascination with limited-edition sneakers and his history of wearing some of the most obnoxiously expensive pairs, one would imagine that the pair he’s wearing would be as expensive as some piece of land on the moon. Well, one would be wrong.
    Β© Nike
Ranbir is wearing the Air Jordan 1 Mid Banned from Nike, a pair of sneakers, which actually retail in India for less than Rs 10,000. The sneakers look as expensive as some of the classic, legacy Air Jordan 1s, which resell for Rs 50,000-70,000, albeit with some minute details.
    Β© Viral Bhayani
The reason why these are so cheap, is because they are a refreshed line of sneakers, which were launched in 2020. Nonetheless, you get the highest grade of leather for the uppers and all the accents and swooshes. The sole is made out a blend of rubber, and polyester.
    Β© Nike
Although the sneakers retail for Rs 9,995, you can pick these up from a number of e-commerce platforms for a lot cheaper, provided, you know where to look.
    Β© Viral Bhayani
All in all, that’s a pretty dapper-looking outfit that Ranbir’s got there, especially the jeans and sneakers. Kudos, man, seriously.Β
