The clash between SRK’s ‘Raees’ Vs. Hrithik Roshan’s ‘Kaabil’—both releasing on Jan 25th—is getting messier by the day! The 43-year-old father-of-two, who plays Daredevil (just kidding!), recently said that his producer father, Rakesh Roshan, is “hurt” with the way things have turned out. Roshan Sr. is upset and believes that the producers of 'Raees' could’ve have avoided the clash by planning better.
“My father plans his life very well. He was also very careful. 'Kaabil' was about to get over in October. But he did not want to release it in November or December last year as the dates were already taken by someone else and it would not have been fair. He decided to go to January as he didn’t want to put any other producer in distress. My father is careful and concerned for others so he also expects others to be the same way. He is a little hurt and upset. But he is graceful about it. You can’t control the world, you can only control your reaction and our reaction is very graceful, so now let’s see.” Hrithik said in an interview.

After Hrithik went on a rant in December, he doesn’t have any “hard feelings” towards SRK, or the makers of ‘Raees’, anymore! Well done, Hrithik. 10 points to Gryffindor!

Yes, the title is inspired by John Mayer’s recent song, ‘Moving On and Getting Over’. I came across it on my YouTube homepage. And once I started listening to it, I realized, the guy’s right. In every sense. He got it so right it hurts in all the right places.
It made me wonder about all the times we said we were over someone but we really weren’t. It made me wonder about the times we told everyone around that we were moving on but we really weren’t. Most times, if we were moving on, we weren’t able to get over. And if we had gotten over it, we hadn’t yet really moved on from it. Know what I mean?
Moving On  When something sudden, unexpected and usually bad happens to us, there is only so much time we are allowed to dwell on it for. After that, because such is life and time waits for no one, we have to move on from the incident. We resume our lives, settle into routine again and hope that we will actually forget the incident and let go of it at some point. Moving has nothing to do with getting over. It’s like running away from your darkest secret. You can run as far as you want; but it will never leave you till it leaves you. You can move on and still not let go.
Getting Over  This is the part that we all want to get to. It’s like seeing the light and crossing over to the other side. This is The Promised Land. It’s that part where we officially accept and acknowledge that something happened and that it affected us to a large extent. We acknowledge that it might have even changed us; but, getting over is like changing after changing because of the incident. It’s like a prism. The light that hits the prism is the incident. The light refracted through the prism is the change and effect the incident brings about in us. The spectrum that comes out of the prism is when we get over the incident, finally.
    © Pink Floyd
Moving on is like laying down and waiting for sleep to come. Getting over is the sleep actually coming to us. Sometimes, sleep takes longer than usual to come to us. But, eventually, if we wait long enough, it will come to us. Despite all the tears we shed while lying down and moving on; despite all the nights we spent wide awake, waiting for some sort of respite; despite all the pills we take to try to quicken the sleep while laying…sleep will come.
    © Pexels
Despite all the voluntary hurt we take on while aching involuntarily, just so we can move on, we will, at some point get over it. It will be like a silent snap in the quiet forest of our minds. We won’t know it till we know it. But, it will happen. And that’s when we can safely say that we are moving on and getting over. Until then, we’re only moving on and trying to get over.

Priyanka Chopra continues to rule. The woman has wowed the world and she is still not stopping. After winning the coveted People’s Choice award for the second time in a row, Priyanka Chopra made an appearance on ‘Jimmy Kennel Live’ and yet again, impressed all with her sass and confidence.
Winning the award for the Favourite Dramatic TV actress, Priyanka is going strong with her role as Alex Parrish in the TV series ‘Quantico’. Priyanka defeated actresses Viola Davis, Kerry Washington, Ellen Pompeo and Taraji P Henson to win the award.

    — People's Choice (@peopleschoice) January 19, 2017 While we were still reeling under the effect of that dreamy peach dress Priyanka wore, the lady made another appearance, this time on Jimmy Kimmel Live. The star, who suffered a concussion only last week, is back on her heels and isn’t letting anything get in her way. And like always, she was absolutely smooth and sassy! Check it out!
Not only did she defend Indian cinema’s rather entertaining music-dance sequence, she even suggested that Hollywood should have more musicals.
Remember the last time she was on the show? She was an absolute riot of fun and even beat the host in a chicken-wing-eating contest.
The world can never get enough of Priyanka Chopra.

If you exercise in a desi gym or in a desi akhada, then you might be familiar with the term ‘langot’. Since the majority of dudes don’t really know what it is- it’s more commonly referred to as a jockstrap in English. Wrestlers who practice kushti in akhadas have been wearing langots as a tradition of their combat sport. Now, are jockstraps really as important as they make it out to be? There are so many myths floating in context but only a few people know the truth.
    © YouTube
A jockstrap is important as it protects your genitalia; which is true to some extent. However, it is applicable only in a few sports where you also require a cup to be worn with your jockstrap; in order to protect your genitals from being smashed. For example- sports like cricket, rugby, baseball etc. The chances of groin injury are quite high and therefore, the jockstrap becomes an essential gear in such sports.  According to the history behind the wearable, the jockstrap was invented in 1874 by C. F. Bennett of a Chicago sporting goods company, Sharp & Smith, in order to provide comfort and support for bicycle jockeys.
    © Wikihow
Now, the question is, do we really need it for our regular gym workouts? The answer is a simple no! As a matter of fact, wearing a tight jockstrap can actually harm your testicles. Some people wear it to prevent hernias, but the irony is, wearing a tight jockstrap can lead to hernia. The excessive compression on the genital nerves further puts pressure on the abdomen area that might lead to the herniated testicles.
    © Youtube
However, the human body is smart enough to automatically put itself in survival mode, on the basis of the situation. For instance, during the winters, your scrotum (pouch that carry testicles) tighten up and gets close to the body, whereas during summers, it is loose and hangs. This mechanism of the body takes place in order to maintain the required temperature for the testicles in the scrotum.
So the bottom line is, unless you are in a specific sport, where your prone to the groin injuries, you do not require a jock strap. In fact, a normal pair of briefs will optimally fulfill the requirement, that is, prevention of the excess of motion down there.
Hence, no need to wear that uncomfortable gym supporter aka jockstrap. Trust us.

As Barack Obama exits his presidency today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will now be the world’s most followed leader on social media. He has now amassed the highest number of followers across Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and YouTube.
PM Modi has been the first Prime Minister who has encouraged digital communication in India and has made use of this technology in the most effective manner as compared to his predecessors.
At this moment Modi has over 26 million followers on Twitter, 39.2 followers on Facebook, 3.2 million on Google+, 1.99 million on LinkedIn, 5.8 million on Instagram, and 5,91,000 subscribers on YouTube.

Modi’s official app also has close 10 million downloads, a great feat for any political leader. The app encourages users to earn points by contributing ideas and suggestions to the Prime Minister. Users that are the top contributors eventually get to meet the Prime Minister himself.
PM Modi’s greatest achievement has been the invention of direct transfer of subsidies from the government, which benefited the poor sections of society. He even launched the BHIM app, which enables people to send and receive payments without ever using the bank.
It is worth pointing out that the PMO account has more followers than the POTUS account, which sits at 13.6 million followers. The next world leader with the second most followers is the Dalai Lama, with 13.1 million followers, followed by the Pope, with 12.5 million followers.

This week I was supposed to train hard so that I could with my fellow colleagues at the marathon this coming Sunday. As you know from my last week’s blog, I was sick and was unable to train effectively in order to beat my competition. Turns out that the relentless Delhi weather made things even worse for me.
From walking 10,000 steps a day for the past 2 weeks, my weekly step count dropped to a total of 5,200 steps. I suffered a severe stomach infection and high fever this week, which confined me to my bed. Remember, my goal was to walk 10,000 steps a day or higher but thanks to the illness, I could barely do half of it all week.
    © BCCL
There were some days when I was close to reaching my daily goal last week even though I was sick but it turns out my doctor do not like the fact that I was outdoors when suffering from acute infections. I obviously learnt the lesson. Always listen to your doctor even if it means you might end up losing the challenge. Fitbit’s official blog tells me that even the flu can sideline me from my workout and that’s exactly what happened. The fact that an intense workout can mess up my immune system while being sick leaves me no other choice but to drop out from the Fitbit challenge.
However, we at MensXP do like a test and refuse to give up because we are team players. We managed to find a replacement who will be representing our team and make sure we achieve our goal of beating our competition from Indiatimes and Health Me Up. I won’t lie; I really did want to go above and beyond before the final day so that I could beat the rest, if only this damned illness didn’t get the best of me.

The cold wave gripping whole of North India for the past one week hasn’t spared anyone. Keeping the harsh weather in mind, the non-profit organization Wildlife SOS Elephant Conservation and Care Centre in Mathura has come up with a unique way of keeping its rescued elephants warm this winter.
The workers at the NGO, with help from women from around the place, are knitting jumbo-sized sweaters for the rescued elephants under the NGO’s care.
    © Daily Mail
The center houses 20 elephants who have been rescued from trafficking and captivity, and many of them are ailing and weak. Most of them are blind, lame and suffer from arthritis which is flared by the cold weather. Years of exploitation have rendered them physically weak and frail.
"It is important to keep our elephants protected from the bitter cold during this extreme winter, as they are weak and vulnerable having suffered so much abuse making them susceptible to ailments such as pneumonia. The cold also aggravates their arthritis which is a common issue that our rescued elephants have to deal with," Kartick Satyanarayan, co-founder and CEO of Wildlife SOS, told the Times of India.
    © BCCL
Wildlife SOS has been providing them with nutritious diet, regular baths and sound medical care, and is slowly bringing them back to their healthier happier state.  Hang on big buddies, there’s still some warmth left in the world.

I`ll start this article by mentioning that neither am I a sponsored athlete for any supplement company nor do I own a supplement store. So please be assured that the things you are about to read are based purely on scientific evidence without any bias or tendency to push certain supplements. Note: supplements DO NOT turn you into a super human. Always remember that.
    1. WHEY PROTEIN © Thinkstock/Getty Images
Whey protein is one of the two proteins found in milk, the other being casein protein. When a coagulant (usually renin), is added to milk, the curd (casein) and whey separate. Whey protein is the water-soluble part of milk. In layman terms, whey protein is simply “protein” extracted from milk. Since milk contains carbohydrates, fats and proteins in different amounts, depending upon the type you choose, with carbohydrates generally higher than the protein content.
Pro-Tip: Whether you want to mix whey protein with milk or with water is completely a personal choice. But, as long as you are meeting your protein intake from high quality protein sources (milk, chicken, eggs, cheese, fish etc), it doesn’t matter if you ingest whey or not.
    2. BCAA (Branched Chain amino acids) © Thinkstock/Getty Images
Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) refers to three amino acids: Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine. However, you need to know these 3 amino acids are already present in any high quality protein source that you consume. For example- whey, milk, cheese, eggs, chicken and fish.
Pro-Tip:-BCAA`s can be good for people who lack a high quality protein source in their diet or are pure vegetarians. Notice the word ‘CAN’ here. Consuming BCAA`s, apart from your regular high quality protein intake, won’t make much difference to your muscle size.
    3. CREATINE © Thinkstock/Getty Images
Creatine is an organic acid that occurs naturally in vertebrates and helps to supply energy to cells in the body, primarily the muscle cells. Human blood is approximately 1% creatine and the highest concentration is found in the muscles (0.5%), the brain(0.14%) and testicles(0.18%). Creatine is also found in some foods — mostly meat, eggs, and fish. It is often used by athletes to increase both power output and lean mass. But the amount of creatine you can get from food sources is very low unless you consume a ton of meat on daily basis. So it will be helpful if you consume it in the form of a supplement.
Pro-Tip:- A must have supplement for vegetarians and even non-vegetarians trying to add muscle or gain strength, given its cheap price. Also, consume a lot of water when supplementing with creatine to avoid stomach cramps. Don’t use creatine if you have had a history of stones or kidney malfunction.
    4. GLUTAMINE © Thinkstock/Getty Images
Glutamine is one of the 20 naturally occurring amino acids in dietary protein. Specifically, it is a conditionally essential amino acid, being elevated to essential during periods of disease and muscle wasting which is typical of physical trauma. Physical trauma here means someone suffering from muscle wasting conditions such as HIV, cancer and excessive burns. Weight training is also a type of trauma for the muscles. It is found in high levels in dietary meats and eggs. It is found in very high levels in both whey protein and casein protein.
Pro-Tip- Other benefits such as glutamine being good for the Gut (hence overall health) is being exaggerated by supplement companies, but, as I said earlier you don’t need to worry about it if you are already a healthy athlete OR on a tight budget.

Today marks the day when we’ll see Donald Trump take the stage and be inaugurated as the next President of United States of America. Let that sink in for a minute! He might be the worst president of United States of America but what remains to be seen is how ends up dealing with the world political sphere. But, in order to remind you what kind of person Trump really is, we decided to compile some of the worst and dumbest things Trump has said in the past.  He has confessed to sexual assault on tape, has been accused of sexual assault by countless women and has also avoided paying taxes.
The stuff that he says on his personal Twitter account has caused an insane amount of uproar and has also been a source of entertainment for many. It includes feuds with celebs and even appallingly bad grammar. There were reports that his staff banned him from using Twitter during the elections and for good reason. So, before we keep talking about how much of an idiot Trump can be, let’s just jump into some of his silliest tweets.
That insane moment when Trump tried to insult Obama
Obama is, without question, the WORST EVER president. I predict he will now do something really bad and totally stupid to show manhood!
    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) June 6, 2014 If Obama resigns from office NOW, thereby doing a great service to the country—I will give him free lifetime golf at any one of my courses!
    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) September 10, 2014 I’m calling bullshit on that
I have proven to be far more correct about terrorism than anybody- and it’s not even close. Hopefully AZ and UT will be voting for me today!
    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) March 22, 2016 When he got downright racist and offensive
An 'extremely credible source' has called my office and told me that @BarackObama's birth certificate is a fraud.
    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) August 6, 2012 When he lashed out at a reporter. Real classy, Trump, real classy.
I refuse to call Megyn Kelly a bimbo, because that would not be politically correct. Instead I will only call her a lightweight reporter!
    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) January 27, 2016 Talk about sexist behaviour

The depiction of transgender and transexual people in cinema has been more on lines of caricatures, so far. And the number of trans artists working in the industry is abysmal. But things are a changing, and thankfully so. From serving as the principal of a college to a police officer, transgender and transsexual people are being assimilated into the mainstream, albeit slowly and with reluctance.
    © Facebook
And now Indian cinema is leading the way in accepting transsexual and trangender people as...just people. Actor and model Anjali Ameer is soon going to be the first transsexual to play a female lead in an Indian movie. The bilingual movie, titled 'Peranbu' in Tamil, will be directed by Ram and will have South Indian cinema's superstar Mamootty as the male lead. Her name was recommended for the role by Mamootty himself, Indiatimes reported.
    © Facebook
Anjali underwent *** change operation at the age of 20, having come to terms with her sexuality at an early age. It wasn't easy. Growing up in an orthodox Muslim family, Anjali struggled with her gender identity.
"After completing my class 10th, I started trying to undergo this change. Initially, it wasn't acceptable for my family. So, I ran away from home. I lived with transgender communities in Coimbatore and Bengaluru in the next couple of years. It was a period of real personal struggle," she said. Eventually, her family accepted her and became her source of strength.
    © Facebook/Anjali Ameer
Anjali found her calling in acting and pursued the career. Soon enough, she had enough modeling and acting assignments to make a decent living. Her identity as a transsexual was revealed publicly when it created a controversy during a TV show from which she was subsequently dropped. The actor doesn’t want to be called a transsexual artist though. "People don't call Mammootty a male artist or Kavya Madhavan as a female artist. So why should I be called a transsexual artist? I want to be called just an artist," she opines.
Our society is not very kind to those with gender identity issues, which is why most are pushed into prostitution and begging for a living. It’s heartening to see that acceptance is coming, even if it’s slow and rare. And cinema, which has always led the way in being more progressive and accepting, seems to be finally opening its doors for multiple gender identities.
The movie is slated to release this year.

Many diseases like cancer and tuberculosis are cured depending on a person’s DNA and how it reacts with genetic sequences. These genetic sequences can reveal whether an infection is resistant to certain antibiotics or there are some mutations that would render drugs useless.
In order to identify these sequences, doctors have to send a patient’s samples to laboratories for testing which can be time consuming, inconvenient and expensive. However, a new device has been developed which works in synergy with a smartphone and enables it to detect mutations in a cell’s DNA. This device might just help doctors avoid the entire process of sending samples to independent laboratories for testing. It will definitely speed up the diagnosis.
© UCLA, Stockholm University, Uppsala Universities
This device might look like your ordinary smartphone case, but its exterior consists of two lasers, a white LED, a lens and a filter that basically turns your smartphone’s camera into a molecular microscope. In order to use this device, researchers need to take a sample of a patient’s cells. They will then treat it with chemicals that enable them to trace specific genetic mutations. Then the phone-microscope hybrid can examine the sample. The device will be able to detect glowing tags on these mutations in question.
© UCLA, Stockholm University, Uppsala Universities
The device was developed by a team of developers from UCLA, Uppsala University and Stockholm University and will cost around $500 per unit. In comparison, a high-end microscope used for the same job can cost as much as $50,000.
This device will definitely come in very handy for doctors and researchers who are based in remote locations where laboratories might not be easily accessible. In fact, doctors could analyse these diseases and mutations themselves and save a lot of time and money. Preparing a DNA sample is not a very complex procedure and does not require a laboratory with high-tech equipment. After preparing a sample, a doctor will simply need the device and a smartphone. Looks like the future is finally here, people.

You know what separates a good player from a great player? Often, it’s the ability to stand up and fight when others are trying to pull you down. Yuvra Singh, in that sense, has seen it all. Be it his battle with cancer after the high of winning the 2011 World Cup or his frequent dip in form which kept him away from the national squad thereafter, he has been the comeback kid that we all love and admire.
    © BCCL
After the last game, this is what the Indian batsman said, “When I came back from cancer it was hard work. I was not performing and after being dropped I thought (about) whether I wanted to continue or not. I don't read newspapers, neither do I watch television. I don't like to put too much pressure on myself. I had a good run in the Ranji Trophy, so was just waiting to make it count big.”
To think now that a batsman of caliber would drive into the sunset without a last hurrah is just preposterous. He has been a good servant of Indian cricket for almost a decade and a half and this new beginning might just help India in the struggling middle order.
    © BCCL
Yuvraj and Dhoni look good to provide a solid middle order to the Indian team. Yuvraj, who will need to regularly bat with Dhoni to take the team forward, said this about the former captain, “MS and I we have previously won quite a number of matches for India. He has been an experienced guy and it was great to see the way he put it to use.”
Yuvraj’s inclusion into the Indian team was a collective call made by Kohli and the selectors, as the new captain believed in Yuvraj’s abilities. “Self-confidence is always there when you have the backing of the team and captain. I think Virat has showed a lot of trust in me and it was very important for me that people in the dressing room trust me,” Yuvraj elaborated on Kohli’s trust in him.
    © BCCL
He has been through hell and back and we can expect something special from him when it comes to the big games in the Champions Trophy this year. And, it is exactly why we love Yuvraj, this guy just never gives up.

England’s horror tour of India can’t end any sooner. In one of the most devastating bowling performances in recent times, the English bowlers were hit all over the park in Cuttack and conceded 381 runs to a supreme batting lineup. While it was a bad day in office for all the bowlers, it was particularly bad for Ben Stokes who was hit on the face, with the ball, in a bizarre turn of events.
This is what happened when he fetched one of the 49 boundaries India hit in the innings.
OUCH! That would have hurt. Ben Stokes not happy at all https://t.co/wqp5sdZgiu
    — Anshul Gandhi (@sevakrum) January 20, 2017 Although his reaction to being hit on the face was not as animated as some expected to be, he was obviously not happy at the turn of events which could have led to a lot more serious damage had he been hit in the eye. Stokes, although, understood that it was not the intent of the ball boy to hit him and it just so turned out that the ball landed on his face when he was looking in the other direction.
Whatever the case may be, one thing that all cricket fans will realize is that the sport can be brutal in ways no one can foresee and it was just one of those occasions on Thursday for England and Stokes, in particular.

We are all used to flash sales in India since the concept of super saving deals was introduced in China. Companies like Xiaomi have enjoyed some great success thanks to these flash sales and HMD is just another company who has achieved the same feat.
    © HMD
HMD hosted their first ever flash sale of the newly launched Nokia 6 and it took just under a minute for the company to sell out all available units.  The company has over a million registrations of interested buyers and the phone was exclusively available on JD.com.
    © HMD
The phone was available for 1699 (Around INR 16,850) Yuan, considering the specifications it is mighty pricey, however, that did not deter interested parties in putting their money where their mouth is. The phone features the humble Snapdragon 430 chipset which many people found underwhelming.
    © HMD
There are no details as to how many units were available in stock when it went on sale but it can be assumed that the second sale will be as successful or achieve even higher numbers. HMD is expected to host another flash sale in a few days.

My story starts from the time I was in school. I was always a sportsman and participated in a number of competitions, winning several medals in athletics at the state and national level. While I was always working out, the drawback was the lack of proper nutrition. I was always an athlete running those long races, but the nutrition part was the prime reason I wasn’t really lean. I was kind of skinny fat. With the passage of time I realized the need to get better, specifically on my physical self. I decided to hit the gym and start with resistance training. The feel and rush I got with my first few visits fed me well and were enough to keep me hooked.

I was addicted to fitness now. I got more involved and read a lot of material on the type of workouts, nutrition, supplementation and muscle hypertrophy. Soon, I enrolled and got myself a certification as well. In course of time I decided to get big and step up on bigger stages - namely bodybuilding competitions. My friends and family encouraged me further to do so.  It took me around 6 years to reach where I am today. However, I tok some time off for at least 1.5 years due to injuries, which made my body gain a lot of fat. My body fat percent shot up to 25 %. But I made a promise to myself to be on stage in 2016 and compete as a fitness model. So, I worked to get there, no matter what.  It took me around six months of precision eating and smart training to be at my best. I have always worked my way to this by opposing the three essential myths that people hold in this field.
    1)  A vegetarian diet cannot build muscle.
    2) Steroids are essential for that complete muscle look and growth.
    3) Most petty and puny one of them all- you need to be tall to be a fitness model or have that amount of muscle. Well, I have been following the first two and got pretty good with my physique and yes, I am 5'6".

For me, fitness is a lifestyle and I want to encourage and support all the people who think that it is impossible for them to rise and thrive in this field. In my first ever season as a fitness model I was able to bag a couple of awards-
    - Musclemania India fitness model: 4th place.
    - Fit factor regionals: 4th place
    - U.P state championship: Gold in my category and silver over all.

Being an aspiring fitness model, I look forward to working and living my life in a disciplined and proficient way. The reason I am able to achieve what I did is because enjoyed the process. My vision is to be the best at what I do and become what I want.

No, seriously. I’m not kidding when I say, I can simply not wait for March 3 to watch this movie.
The next instalment in the X-Men movies’ franchise, Logan is already one of the most talked about trailers in the world at the moment. And just so we stay glued to the edges of our seats, Fox Studios just gave us yet another trailer from the movie to bite our teeth to in desperate anticipation.
    First, watch the trailer…
Second, let’s talk about how badass that kid is! I mean, X-23 is going to be real bad and worth watching, especially since she’s said to be the next Wolverine, albeit a female.
Together, you definitely don’t want to be on the opposite end of whatever Logan and X-23 deal out in a fight, just saying.

Yuvraj Singh and MS Dhoni were arguably the poster boys of India's glorious run-chases in the mid 2000s. But, against England, during the 1st ODI when India's pulled off their third successive chase of 350 or more, neither Dhoni nor Yuvraj managed to influence the game, let alone win it for the home side.
More than Dhoni, it was probably Yuvraj who would have felt the pressure to prove his mettle and justify his selection in the remaining two ODIs. After all, with all eyes on the Champions Trophy in June, Yuvi needed a big innings to stay in contention of playing in the coveted tournament.
    © Twitter
And, that is exactly what the explosive left-hander did in the 2nd ODI at the Barabati stadium in Cuttack. The southpaw slammed a game-changing 150 off 127 balls including 21 fours and three towering sixes. He brought up his 14th ODI hundred off 98 balls which was also his first ton since 2011.
Coming in to bat with India reeling at 22/2, Yuvi showed great application and stitched a mammoth 256-run partnership with his former captain for the fourth wicket. Picking the gaps with ease and clearing the fence at will, it was a sight of the old Yuvraj we all were once exposed to.
As players enjoy drinks, enjoy this vintage SIX from @YUVSTRONG12 straight from his cricketing notebook #INDvENG  https://t.co/tcAT1s4yuJ pic.twitter.com/rls6XLylMf
    — BCCI (@BCCI) January 19, 2017 While Yuvraj was going about his business, Dhoni, recently freed from the burden of captaincy, also brought up his 10th ODI hundred while playing the supporting role. It was Dhoni's first ODI ton since stepping down as Indian captain.
    © Twitter
With Dhoni and Yuvraj both notching up their hundreds and looking as dangerous as ever, the latter was dismissed in the 43rd over of the game after Chris Woakes got the Indian batsman caught behind. And,S a brilliant and highly-awaited innings finally came to an end.
Dhoni, on the other hand, continued his barrage until he was dismissed on 134 by Liam Plunkett in the 48th over. But, if it wasn't for Yuvraj and Dhoni, India surely wouldn't have managed to post a total of 381 runs.
Here's a look at how Twitter reacted to the superlative show by Yuvraj and Dhoni:

    A General Overview Of Testosterone
    © YouTube
Testosterone is a male hormone and is produced in small traces in the female body as well. The testicles are the organs responsible for its production in the male body. It spikes at puberty and contributes to physical, mental and emotional changes in the male body. Shooting *** drive, increase in bone and muscle mass, body hair growth and deepening of voice are certain things testosterone is responsible for. Simply put, a male body acquires its ‘manly traits’ because of this hormone.
What Exactly Is Low Testosterone?  According to extensive research, testosterone takes a punch in the jaw after the age of 30. The natural production drops and keeps on going down, every ten years.  While this is happening in the body, SHBG- *** Hormone Binding Globulin comes into play. It traps most of the free T in the body and restricts it from being used by other bodily functions. Whatever is left for usage is termed as ‘bio-available Testosterone’ and of course, a lazier and generally weaker male body.
Exactly Why Are Optimum Testosterone Levels Important?  © YouTube
The effects of T can be endlessly written about. Here, I’ll scratch the surface for you. You can thank optimum T levels for the following-
    Proper *** Drive
    Sustained And Hard Erections
    Good Heart Health
    Good Bone Health
    Increase In Muscle Mass
    Keeps Depression Away
The Symptoms Of Low T © Thinkstock/Getty Images
These are endless as well but some of the most visible and well understood are the following-
    Mood Swings, mostly erratic
    Less Rigid Erections
Increased Body fat- specifically around the waist
    Trouble sleeping
    Generally Less Enthusiasm over all
    Dipping strength and endurance
    Decreased morning erections
Reasons For Low Testosterone- Your Sedentary Life Style Is Killing Your T By the book, these are the causes of low T in your body: Injury to the testicles, type-2 diabetes, testicular cancer, hormonal disorders and obesity. Now switching to real life, most men don’t really suffer from the above mentioned problems apart from obesity and diabetes. The worst cause of lower T in our generation is extreme levels of inactivity. Couple this with rising levels of stress. Both of these come together as a perfect cocktail to kill T.

To be precise, Diabetes Mellitus (or diabetes) is caused due to excessive amounts of sugar in the blood. This surplus of blood sugar is either due to ineffectiveness of insulin (hormone produced by the pancreas that carries sugar into the cell) or the absence of insulin in the blood. While this disease is at an all time high, there are more myths and misinformation on the topic than there is right information. The following are the 4 most common diabetes myths you should know before it hits your ear:
    1. No to sugar in tea and coffee but yes to the light fiber biscuits © Thinkstock/Getty Images
You cannot injest sugar when you have diabetes. While diabetics avoid sugar in chai and coffee, they binge on so called light fiber biscuits. Well, understand the fact that every carbohydrate at last converts into sugar and that it will spike your blood glucose. Moreover, the fiber content in those biscuits is almost negligible. Therefore, keep your hands away from those light chai biscuits and try to minimize your tea/ coffee consumption as much as possible. Do not exceed more than 3 cups of tea or coffee in day.
    2. In diabetes, dietary fat is the enemy © Thinkstock/Getty Images
Fat is not an enemy. Contrary to that, fat is your real best friend. All your hormones are based on fat. Vital organs like the heart and brain need fat to function. Moreover, fat has almost no effect on your insulin and for a diabetic, the body is happiest in the fat adapted state, in other words, the ketosis state.
    3. Cardio is the best exercise for a diabetic © Thinkstock/Getty Images
It’s no wonder cardio is a great form of exercise for your heart and lungs. But, is it the best way to drop body fat and blood sugar levels? Well, No! Strength training is any day the best way to enhance your basal metabolic rate (body’s ability to burn calories at rest). Cardio exercises keep you in a fat burning zone till the time you are performing that activity, whereas strength training exercises put you in a fat burning zone for the next 48-72 hours.  Moreover, strength training makes you more insulin sensitive. Also, muscle hypertrophy further enhances the body’s ability to store more glucose.
    4. Once you become diabetic, you stay diabetic If you also believe in this, then hey, you are living in a vacuum. Diabetes can be cured (Type2 Diabetes) through proper nutrition, care and exercise and it is scientifically proven. Swapping your high GI carbs with low GI carbs, or going on a fat adapted diet with the support of an intense workout session can bring you out of this catastrophic disease. Therefore, eat clean and train dirty in order eliminate the threat of diabetes from your life.
