Looks like it's finally happening! Yes, we're talking about the most talked about wedding this year - that of Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif. While everyone has been looking for details about the super secret event (the paps are trying their best tbh), people also want to know how and when this rather unexpected love story began.

While there has been no official information from the subjects themselves, it looks like the beginning of this love story may have been back in early 2019, when the world was a 'normal place', without the all-encompassing, unwanted presence of a pandemic. Vicky and Katrina had appeared for an interview together for the first time, and had an honest, heart to heart conversation that was relatable to the masses despite them being 'superstars' - a rarity amidst the glam and glitz of Bollywood.

There was no moderator present, which was perfect in hindsight as that allowed them to have a conversation directly with each other. While both of them are as different as chalk and cheese in the realm of movies, one look at their chemistry and it would be clear that both are actually extremely sorted, down-to-earth individuals who are completely attuned to their respective emotions and aspirations.

While Katrina was her polished, well-spoken self, Vicky exuded the goofy, guy-next-door vibe who is honest about his roots, and watching them share details about their lives with each other, inside and outside of work, was absolutely heartwarming. There were some lighthearted BTS moments also, like this one here.

Their chemistry was palpable right from the get-go, when Vicky referred to the poem 'If' by Rudyard Kipling while explaining how he views personal success and failure, and as soon as he named the poem, Katrina ended up quipping the gist of that particular line Vicky was referring to.

At one point during the interview, Vicky also mentions that his mother is extremely perceptive, and just gets to know if something is wrong with him just by looking at his walk, and how that keeps him grounded. Katrina responds by saying: "She sounds like a wise woman!".
