Ram Charan is one of the most bankable stars in the Tollywood film industry at the moment. Apart from being a skilful actor, he is also an entrepreneur and a philanthropist. He is known to own his own polo team Hyderabad Polo Riding Club and back in the day, he also started his own airline called TruJet. 

Ram Charan took basic acting classes from Kishore Namit Kapoor’s famous acting school in Mumbai. Interestingly, Bollywood actors Hrithik Roshan, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Priyanka Chopra were the product of the same school. He did not make it big in Bollywood but he has made his presence down south and he enjoys a crazy fan following. He is also in the headlines for his upcoming movie RRR that has now been postponed.  

As he is the son of legendary actor Chiranjeevi, he lives a luxurious lifestyle. Owing to his hits and businesses, you can have a rough idea that he will be living a life king size.  

As per a report in Housing.Com, he reportedly paid approximately over Rs 30 crores, for this dream bungalow in Jubilee Hills, one of the most posh localities in Hyderabad. He reportedly has a net worth of Rs 1,300 crores.

1: As per the report, the house is built on 25,000 sq ft of land and it has been designed by Tahiliani Homes who are Mumbai-based architects.  

2: The house has a mandir in its basement and it’s a replica of an ancient temple.  

3: The house has a swimming pool, gymnasium, and a tennis court.  

4: As per the report, the house has Hyderabadi Nizam motifs in many parts of the bungalow.  

5: The pathway is paved and lined by greenery and seasonal flowers.  

6: The spacious balconies are also a big highlight of the house.
