Call it the Marvel effect but Bollywood too is now interested in the 'universe' concept. After Rohit Shetty's cop universe, Yash Raj Films (YRF) too is working towards creating the biggest spy universe in the Hindi film industry. Salman Khan's Tiger franchise and Shah Rukh Khan's next film Pathan are a part of this spy universe. 

It has been earlier confirmed that both the superstars will be seen doing cameos in each other's films. Also, there were speculations that Hrithik Roshan too will be a part of this universe and might appear as Kabir from War in both Pathan and Tiger 3. But, the latest buzz suggests that it is not happening. Yes, you read that right!

Reportedly, the Super 30 star isn't a part of both the films. Speaking about Hrithik's absence from Pathan and Tiger 3, a source informed Bollywood Hungama, "While Aditya Chopra has offered him the proposal of being a part of the spy universe, he hasn't got back yet.  He was offered Pathan, he was offered Tiger 3 too. But there hasn't been a green light from Hrithik Roshan on either. As things stand today, the spy universe will be spearheaded by Salman Khan as Tiger with Shah Rukh Khan joining in as Pathan".

It is a known fact that Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone are the female leads of Tiger 3 and Pathan, respectively. Talking about both the actresses, the source added, "Both Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone too will be a part of this universe. While Katrina plays ISI agent Zoya, Deepika Padukone will be seen as a special agent in Pathan. As of now, it's Salman, Katrina, Shah Rukh and Deepika in the universe".

Well, that sounds interesting. 

Also, Hrithik fans need not worry as the actor will reportedly continue to be a part of the War franchise. However, the film's sequel is not in the pipeline as of now. The report further states that Aditya Chopra is currently focusing on the spy universe and might plan a huge two-hero project with Salman and SRK's characters. 

However, nothing is yet confirmed as Hrithik and YRF officials are yet to react to the ongoing buzz. Keep watching this space for more updates.
