Kangana Ranaut, who is currently among the most successful Bollywood actresses, is also known as controversy's favourite child. Due to her steady stream of controversial statements and opinions, she remains in the limelight. 

Everyone is aware of the actress' infamous relationship with ace Bollywood director Karan Johar. The rivalry, which began a few years ago, is still making headlines. 

The Queen actress never misses an opportunity to mock the director. However, recently, she made a rather surprising statement about the head honcho of Dharma Productions.

While interacting with media in Delhi, Kangana called Karan Johar her 'best friend' and added that she wants to lock him up in jail. That sounds confusing, right? 

Well, she was just talking about the jail in her upcoming reality show Lock Upp. 

For the unversed, the Tanu Weds Manu star is all set to turn host with the controversial reality show which will stream 24X7 on Ekta Kapoor's ALTBalaji and MX Player from February 27 for free.

The show will see several well-known names as contestants who will fight it out to survive in the jail and go through dramatic situations as well as interesting tasks. 

Recently, while promoting her show in Delhi, Kangana was asked who she would like to lock up in her jail. Replying quickly to the question, she said, "I would like to lock up my best friend Karan Johar ji in my jail and host him there. Along with him, I would even like to put Ekta Kapoor". 

After listening to Kangana, Ekta joked, "Me and Karan will talk about food and will invite you inside to join us". 

The actress further added the names of Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan in her wish list and shared, "I am a great admirer of Mr Aamir Khan, so I would like him also to be in my lock up. And I also love Mr Bachchan. Of course I can give the auditions. They are not the contestants but my wish list". 

Well, her wish list sounds interesting! We wonder how Karan would react to Kangana calling him her best friend.

On the Bollywood front, Kangana was last seen in Thalaivi. Currently, she has films like Dhaakad, Tejas, and Alaukik Desai's Sita: The Incarnation in her kitty.
