What secrets do we expect of a regular middle class couple to have? This short film titled ‘Chutney’, featuring Tisca Chopra and Adil Hussain, looks like the story of an ordinary middle-aged couple, where the husband has a difficult time being faithful and the simple housewife cannot do much about it. But as the film progresses, you realise things are not as simple as they seem and there is a dark truth the family hides. Tisca Chopra, in her role of the seemingly simpleton but shrewd housewife, makes the film absolutely enticing to watch.
