Frankly, we never believe it when someone tells us dream jobs exist in the ordinary world. But every once in a while, you come across some of them and you begin to question your life's decisions. This is probably the range of emotions you'll go through when we tell you there's a whiskey company that's looking for a global drinks ambassador, who will basically be drinking and traveling around the world.

The company is called Grant's, a Scottish whiskey firm that's looking for people to represent them across the world. You need to be online-savvy, should know your liquor, be fluent with English language and love to travel! Of course, there's a whole range of social and marketing skills required too. 

“The successful candidate will probably – but not necessarily - have prior experience in the drinks sector. They will have the energy, talent and drive to drive trial and retrial in a variety of markets across the world, appealing to a wide cross-section of target markets. You will be online-savvy, with an existing social media audience we can help to grow. Over 25 years old, you will speak English fluently and bring the brand stories to life in entertaining and compelling ways at scale. You'll love to travel, embracing new cultures and behaviours, celebrating collective achievement.”

• The first round will require candidates to create a drink that reflects their style and share it on Instagram with the hashtag #GrantsInterview. Easy peasy! 

• Over 250 aspirants will be shortlisted from this round and will get to fill in application forms for the job. Another round of eliminations (boy, this is a reality show) will bring this number down to 20. 

• These 20 lucky people will get to attend a mixer event at their distillery. The candidates will be competing against each other, racing to finish challenges set by the company. This round will have 3 winners. 

• Each of the 3 winners will be sent to 3 countries: one will go to Poland, Israel and India, another to Russia, Taiwan, and France and the third to South Africa, the Nordics, and Colombia. And here's the fun part – the final task will require you to tell the world about whiskey, encourage your new friends in these countries to drink whiskey and basically, popularize the brand. And voila! you are a global whisky ambassador.
