In a room full of athleisure-one trick ponies, Sidharth Malhotra could emerge as the last man standing. Simple reason being, athletic aesthetics will be soon be dying out in bulk, but Sid's playfulness with basics will never, ever cease to get boring. Even with his simple/ordinary but effective personal style, you'd never feel that he's sitting in the past. For one, he always has a spin he lends to his outfit. Last night at the airport, Sid's version of a blazer with jeans was on full display. And...there was nothing ordinary about it. Sure, he's styled the outfit in a traditional way—with a crisp white T-shirt (which looks so well ironed) and a pair of slim-fit jeans, but the real party lies in his suede footwear. A pairing, which to be honest, isn't very traditional.

If you've ever worked in a start-up or at least dealt with one, you've noticed the uniform of the top bosses. There's always a mish-mash of contrasting sartorial aesthetics and we'd say, that's probably their way of standing out from the public. There's corporate wear with casual wear or sometimes, even goddamn sneakers with shorts. And that's exactly what Sid's been raining on here.

One big thing to notice: the length of his shirt is shorter than the blazer. Unlike a lot of lesser mortals out there, the man's got this style rule absolutely right. Additionally, the balance on the colours with the shoe and blazer is so well done. Conclusively, let's just say—this is peak impressive behaviour by Mr. Malhotra.
