You Simply Cannot Miss This Video Of Shah Rukh Khan Speaking In Bengali

He is a total charmer and there is no one who can deny that. 'King of Romance' Shah Rukh Khan is loved by everyone and it's because of his sheer talent and showmanship. Such is his charm, that even if he fumbles or makes a gaffe it is just too adorable to look at.

He just knows how to grab attention which is an art in itself. Every time he takes the stage, you can't help but fall a little more for his persona. Recently, the man was at the Kolkata International Film Festival (KIFF) and left everyone in splits with his style.

From massive stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol to Kamal Hassan, the opening ceremony of KIFF was a star-studded affair. But it was SRK who once again impressed everyone with his charismatic personality when he delivered a speech in Bengali in front of thousands of people.

Talking to everyone present there King Khan said, "I have promised that I will keep on learning Bangla. My Bengali has to get better. This is my new attempt with eight lines. Please bear with me. I need to get this right because by next year I have to do it without reading it from the paper.”

Reading from the paper the actor said, β€œEi film festival er bishesh onusthane uposthith thakte pere sammanito bodh korchi. (I feel honoured to be present at here at this film festival). Sanskriti ebong oitihjjyor ei shohor. Shob cheye Mishti Shohor Kolkata (Kolkata is the city of culture and is the sweetest city).”

His speech left everyone in splits and we totally loved Kajol's expression when he spoke. Check out the video here:

Congratulating Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee for organising the event he added, β€œNext time I am going to ask my friends to give me a dhoti and also I will speak in fluent Bengali.”

Banerjee enjoyed every bit of SRK's speech and promised, β€œWe will give a dhoti-panjabi to Shah Rukh. He has asked us.”
