Priyanka Chopra has been making news with her long list of appearances on different talk shows in the whole world, but this time she was on the other side and co-hosted the American talk show ‘The View’ and even ended up interviewing Dev Patel, who recently made us all proud with his Oscar nomination for his work in the movie ‘Lion’ and for becoming the first Indian actor to be nominated in over 13 years!

Priyanka asked Dev about his connection with India and his experience of shooting in the country. Dev explained how growing up in England, he spent most of his life suppressing his Indian heritage, but how visiting India for the first time at the age of seventeen to shoot for ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ changed his perspective completely and made him fall in love with the place he visited i.e. Mumbai.
