The Moto G5 Plus and G5 were recently announced at MWC 2017 and it was shortly followed by the Indian launch of the G5 Plus today. The company boasts that the Moto G5 Plus has a premium design, fast processor and long-lasting battery life. The smartphone also comes with rapid charging, a finger reader and a decent camera for an affordable price.
The Moto G5 Plus finally comes with a metal body i.e. an aluminium finish to be more precise. From our initial experience, the phone has a strong finish and is quite appealing to the eye.
The Moto G5 Plus will be available in two variants i.e. 3GB RAM/16GB internal storage which will retail at Rs 14,999 whereas the 4GB RAM/32GB internal storage variant will retail at Rs 16,999. The Moto G5 Plus will be available exclusively on Flipkart tonight at 11:59 PM.
Flipkart has also introduced attractive buyback options for customers where they can purchase the Moto G5 Plus tonight and get a further discount of Rs 7,000 if they wish to upgrade to another Moto smartphone in the near future.
The Moto G5 will sport a 5.2-inch Full HD display and will have the octa-core Snapdragon 625 processor on board. The phone has a dual-sim slot and a separate microSD slot for expanding storage. The smartphone also comes with Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box with future support for Google Assistant.
