Bhuvneshwar Kumar Becomes The Butt Of All Jokes After Bowling A 'Huge No-Ball' In The Nets

While sports fanatics were engrossed with the events unfolding at the FIFA World Cup, the Indian cricket team began their much-anticipated tour of England to a comparatively lesser fanfare. For a team that was touted to get a tough competition in the hostile territory, Team India did relatively well to kick-start their campaign with a 2-1 win in the Twenty20 International (T20I) series.

Building on their momentum, Virat Kohli's men continued to get the better of the hosts before taking a 1-0 lead in the three-match One-Day International (ODI) series. In the second ODI at Lord's, the Englishmen bounced back with a much-improved showing to register a comprehensive 86-run victory and, in turn, leveling the series 1-1.

With the series evenly poised, both the teams will surely be eager to put their best foot forward, as Leeds plays host to what appears to be a befitting finale. And, ahead of the crucial clash, the visitors got a major boost after Bhuvneshwar Kumar, who missed the last three games for India, was seen sweating it out in the nets.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) recently shared a video of the Indian seamer bowling in one of their practice sessions. While the sight of Bhuvi bowling in the nets has surely bolstered his side, his rare error - a no-ball - which is clearly visible in the video, made him a subject of immense criticism.

Over-stepping during his delivery stride, Bhuvi attracted all sorts of comments from the Indian fans, who wasted no time in trolling the Indian bowler.

Fixing ki practice.. ð

That's a net practice and they don't mind about no balls while practising about line and length. You'll know this if you have ever been to nets.

Important thing to note is he is overstepping.. That's why our bowlers bowl no balls in match situations.

On the other hand, if Bhuvi manages to clear his fitness test ahead of the series decider, it will undoubtedly be a major boost for the Indian bowling department, which was pretty much all over the place in the second ODI against England.

Bhuvneshwar's inclusion will not only add teeth to the Indian bowling unit but could also restrict England from getting off to a flyer early on.
