What's your idea of a perfect birthday? Partying with friends? Going for a nice romantic dinner with your significant other? Spending it with your family?

Well, if you're Sushmita Sen, a birthday is apparently all about working out because there are no cheat days. It's Sushmita's boyfriend Rohman Shawl's birthday and the couple celebrated it in the most perfect way for them - a nice workout, a very romantic, or should I say 'roh'mantic workout. This is like a very special, very specific kind of couple goals and I'm honestly here for that.
