Customer Asking Zomato Executive To Say 'Maa Kasam' Deserves A Gold Membership For Free

No matter how many promises people make on a daily basis, we still have trust issues. Why? Because not everyone is as dedicated and committed as the Zomato's customer care team is, when it comes to building trust.

Every foodie will relate to me when I say that we take our food delivery orders very seriously, more than anything else in life. So, it definitely is a huge deal if something goes wrong with it, especially when our money is hanging in the middle of the process.

Recently, something similar happened to this guy who ordered food online and something went wrong with it. So, as expected, he contacted the customer care team and the conversation he had with one of the executives, is now making the internet laugh their hearts out. This picture was shared on Reddit.

Customer Asks Zomato Executive To Say 'Maa Kasam'Reddit

In order to ensure that he will get his money back, he asked the Zomato guy to swear on his mother's life, which we desi kids remember as 'Maa Kasam'. He said, "Maa kasam khao" and the guy happily obliged. Seriously, we don't know when was the last time we used 'Maa Kasam' to believe someone's words.

Honestly, this is the level of commitment that we need in our lives.
