Films are getting delayed, stars are skipping city tours to promote their movies and there are speculations of movie releases getting postponed too. All of this is because of the massive outbreak of Coronavirus. WHO has already declared the disease a pandemic and obviously, this will affect the release dates of movies too.

If a report in Bollywood Hungama is to be believed, the release date of Akshay Kumarâs much-awaited movie Sooryavanshi has been pushed and the release date hasnât been confirmed yet. A source told the entertainment website, âThough the exact date is not confirmed yet, the announcement of the delay and the new release date is expected to be done on the coming weekend.â

The source added, âThe postponing of Sooryavanshi's release seems like a wise decision now since footfalls to the theatres seem to be falling at many places both in India and overseas. The Coronavirus threat is real and people don't want to take any chances.â

After the report started to go viral, people on social media have started to ask for the final update as the release was due this month.

There are lots of speculations in the market about the postponement of #Sooryavanshi
Nothing concrete.
Some sources are saying it's 10th April and others are saying that it will release on Eid.
Some are saying that no change in release date.
