The thirteenth edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) has already produced numerous memorable moments in its first week. But, on 24th September, the fans were greeted to a special knock by KL Rahul who slammed a blistering 69-ball 132 to seal an emphatic 97-run win for Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) over a hapless Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) brigade.

Coming out to bat, the KXIP captain hammered the RCB bowling unit to all parts of the Dubai International Cricket stadium, smashing as many as 14 fours and seven sixes to propel his team to a mammoth total of 206 runs. In reply, the star-studded batting lineup of RCB was bowled out for a meagre 109 runs.
