While ‘Baahubali 2’ smashed box office records with a grand opening, Indian cricket captain MS Dhoni continued to smash it in IPL 2017. The current Baahubali of Indian cricket is unstoppable right now. And it was only fitting to compare him with the onscreen Baahubali. Someone re-imagined the great Baahubali as Mahendra Singh Dhoni as he walks on to every pitch and smashes balls to pulp.

It’s just poetic justice that the two heroes share a name – Mahendra. Captain Cool stumped many a great player this IPL without batting an eyelid, besides his match-winning 64. Like a boss, Mahendra Singh Dhoni went after his opponents much like Baahubali in the battlefield.
