Assistant Commissioner Ali Asghar - File PhotoISLAMABAD: Assistant Commissioner Ali Asghar was allegedly shown the door after a polio team vaccinated the excise director's child ? against the family's wishes ? on Thursday.
Excise Director Mariam Mumtaz reportedly expressed her anger when the child was vaccinated despite her husband's refusal, sources told Geo News.
Mumtaz conveyed her displeasure to the Islamabad Chief Commissioner Zulfiqar Haider following which Asghar's services were surrendered to the Establishment Division.
