There are some shows that most of us are addicted to and wouldn’t want to skip watching, even if we have something important. Bigg Boss is one such show,  that while some people might hate it, there are some people who love watching it for some reason. We are always annoyed about the fact that there are unrealistic fights that celebrities indulge in inside the house that no one in regular life would have cared about- but it’s just like watching cringe content.

In another case of bizarre incidents, a 33-year-old man from Andhra Pradesh watched the reality TV show Bigg Boss and sci-fi movie Avatar while doctors performed a critical brain surgery on him.

According to a report by India Today, Andhra Pradesh’s neurosurgeons performed an extremely critical surgery on the man who had to stay awake during the surgery. The surgery was performed to remove a recurrent glioma in the left premotor area. 33 year old Vara Prasad kept awake during the surgery and he did the same by watching the show and the movie.

Prasad also underwent surgery in 2016 too but he couldn't recover fully back then. He was discharged from the hospital after recovering. Bigg Boss is on its 14th season now and the show is hosted by actor Salman Khan who was recently tested as COVID-19 positive.

This season of Bigg Boss was shot amid the Coronavirus pandemic.
