OnePlus is probably one of the first names that come to our mind when we think of fast charging. OnePlus' WARP Charge tech is still amongst the best. Now, it looks like the company trying to step it up on the wireless charging front too.

The OnePlus 8 Pro was the first OnePlus device to feature wireless charging. That, however, was capped at 30W. The rumours now suggest that the upcoming OnePlus 9 Pro will support 45W charging. This seems like a notable increase in charging speeds and we think it's going to be insanely fast.

A faster wireless charging solution might also indicate that the OnePlus 9 Pro could feature the 65W wired charging as well. We think this will greatly help the device hold more juice even after having features like a high res display, 5G support, and more.

The OnePlus 9 Pro is also expected to have reverse wireless charging. It was already present on the OnePlus 8 Pro, but we're now expecting it to be faster here. Obviously, reverse wireless charging isn't going to be crazy fast. However, it's still a handy feature to have.

That being said, we still don't know a lot about the OnePlus 9 series besides these few details. We're expecting to see a 120Hz panel, a Snapdragon 888 processor, and a 4,500 mAh battery. Let's hope we get some good phones this time from OnePlus.
