This Video From Inside The Fire In Grenfell Tower London Is A Glimpse Into How Terrifying It Mustve Been For Those Trapped In It

12 people have already been confirmed dead because of a fire in the 24-storey Grenfell Tower in London.

The death toll is expected to rise as time goes by.

Residents are saying that their concerns regarding fire safety have been ignored even though the tower was refurbished just last year.

The family and friends of residents have been trying to get in touch with their loved ones desperately through any means possible including social media.

So far, 68 patients are being treated in 6 hospitals around the area. Out of these, 18 were in critical condition.

The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, said, “There are genuine concerns, reasonable concerns, that have been raised in the course of the night and it’s really important that these questions are answered.”

“I will be demanding answers and I can assure you I will be ensuring there is independence in relation to it. Across London we have many, many tower blocks and what we can’t have is a situation where people’s safety is put at risk because of bad advice being given or if it is the case, as has been alleged, of tower blocks not being properly serviced or maintained,” he added.

Amidst, all of this, a video has surfaced on Facebook from one Rania Ibrham. The footage was uploaded early this morning and is already going viral with almost 5,000 shares. We strongly advise you against watching the following video, as it is quite distressing.

Our hearts go out to everyone involved in this incident as well as their families and friends. We hope none of us ever have to go through anything as harrowing as this.
