The festival of Eid not only marks the end of Ramadan, but also the release of a new Salman Khan movie. Every year people wait for his Eid release eagerly to get their dose of entertainment, but this year it seems like he missed the mark.

The movie ‘Tubelight' got mixed reviews but Salman Khan is happy because at least the critics did not give a minus rating to the movie. “The critics were really good. I was expecting minus 3 and minus 4 but they gave 1, 1.5 apparently, so I am very pleased,” said Salman at an event.

When asked about the mixed reviews, he said, “I got so many text messages, saying that they got emotional watching the brothers dancing on the song. So, we are preparing audience for a beautiful, simple, emotional film about brothers. As far as reviews are concerned, every film has mixed reviews.”

But, looks like he's not bothered at all. “Look at me, are there any sign of worries on this face. I am not bothered, I know the film will do well and will be a hit and get lot of respect.”

Well, it will be a hit, for sure, because, well, Salman Khan. But, not so sure about the respect part. On Twitter, people are expressing their disappointment in the movie and how the plot wasn't strong enough. But, along with these responses, came hilarious jokes, like always.
