Taarak Mehta Ka Oolta Chashma is one of the longest running shows on TV and also one of the only shows which the entire family enjoys watching together. One of the funniest tracks on the show is the one-sided love that the character of Jethalal harbours towards his neighbour Babita Ji, played by actress Munmun Dutta. His evident crush seems to be the premise of some very funny situations as well.

However in a twist of turns in real life, reports claim that Munmun Dutta, who is the love interest of Jethalal on the show is actually dating fellow actor Raj Anadkat, who plays Tappu, Jethalal’s son on the show. A source confirmed to Etimes that this piece of information, which was earlier a rumour, is indeed true. "Nobody teases them; they don't try to steal moments with each other. The love story is actually old and one wonders how it hasn't come out till date," it said.

The couple has an age difference of 9 years and recently Raj was trolled for commenting on her pictures on Instagram as well. That is also when the rumours of them dating began to flow on the internet. Munmum recently joined back the show after she was laid-off for a while for her comments made in a YouTube video.  People on social media are actually surprised with this piece of information.
