    Regional cinema has always stunned the Indian audience in terms of storyline, action, concept and even the fandom the stars enjoy. Even Bollywood actors have been remaking and working in South films lately like Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt in RRR or Sanjay Dutt in KGF: Chapter 2

    Amid the content between KKR and PBKS on Friday, the former colleagues were functioning as analysts for broadcaster Star Sports. 
    While many fans praised their appraisal of the game, Irfan and Raina grabbed the spotlight on April 1 for a different reason. This date also happens to be April Fools' Day, which Irfan celebrated with a fantastic trick on Raina.
    When the two were debating the match between the Kolkata Knight Riders and the Punjab Kings, things appeared to get hot. Raina reminded everyone that the former all-rounder had previously played for the club, as Irfan stated that PBKS were the 'favourites' going into the match and explained how powerful the squad is this season.

    Irfan was enraged when the former Chennai Super Kings batter pulled actress Preity Zinta, the Punjab franchise's co-owner, into his conversation. "Female angle lana zaroori nahi hota (it's not always important to add a female angle)," Pathan said, clearly disappointed by Raina's remarks.
    Irfan then exited the shooting area and sat in a nearby seat. Raina was perplexed, so he went to his former teammate to bring him back. Irfan came out laughing on the way back, revealing that it was an 'April Fool's Day' prank. Raina seemed to breathe a sigh of relief as the presenters laughed at Irfan's antics.

    The video of the incident was shared by the official Twitter handle of Star Sports, which has since garnered reactions both from Raina and Irfan. “Don’t lie and say April Fool. Plant a tree and say April Cool. Love you too @IrfanPathan bhai, All the best for your movie,” Raina tweeted. Reacting to the same, Irfan posted a hug emoticon.
    While Pathan has been a part of the Indian cricket commentary scenario for multiple years now, Raina is still a rookie and joined the bandwagon a few weeks after he went unsold during the 2022 mega auction.

    It’s very difficult for comedians to crack a joke without hurting someone’s sentiments. Only a few can actually make people laugh without using any offensive and racist slurs, double-meaning jokes and sexist punchlines.  
    YouTuber Bhuvan Bam, famous for his channel ‘BB Ki Vines’ and one of the most popular content creators on social media, is not exactly known for ‘clean comedy’. 
    He recently found himself in trouble for objectifying women in one of his latest videos ‘Automatic Gaadi’.

    In the video, he goes on to use sexual innuendos to compare women to cars and even mentions ‘pahadi women’ at one time which didn’t sit well with the audience. 

    While some of his fans (mostly men) lauded the comedian for the video and found it funny, others objected to it for being extremely condescending to women.

    Post this, Bhuvan Bam issued an apology from his official Twitter account saying he didn’t intend to hurt anyone and that he has ‘utmost respect for women’.  
    He said that he had removed the offensive content from the video, however, he only omitted the line about ‘pahadi women’ while the rest of the controversial content still remains.  
    I’m aware that a section in my video has hurt some people. I have edited it to remove that part. People who know me know I have utmost respect for women. I had no intention to hurt anyone. A heartfelt apology to everyone whose sentiments have been disregarded. @NCWIndia

    After 11 years, former Indian captain Virat Kohli reminisced about the 2011 World Cup final (2nd April) and reflected on Sachin Tendulkar's exploits. 
    The right-hander, who is now playing for RCB in the upcoming IPL 2022 edition, did play every game in the 2011 World Cup-winning campaign, although at number four, and made a century in his debut World Cup game against Bangladesh.
    Tendulkar, on the other hand, began the innings with Virender Sehwag and finished second in the run-scoring table with 482 runs in nine games at an average of 53.55. In the final, both Sehwag and Tendulkar were bowled early in a 275-run chase, and it was an 83-run third-wicket stand between Gautam Gambhir and Virat Kohli that got the innings going.

    Gambhir was unlucky to miss out on a century by three runs, but Dhoni's unbeaten 91 and Yuvraj's unbeaten 21* helped India chase down the massive total with six wickets in hand to win the World Cup for the second time since 1983.  
    With six World Cup appearances under his belt, it was a dream come true for all of the spectators and players to see Tendulkar lift the coveted World Cup trophy, and it eventually came true in his final World Cup. 
    Kohli, who has been compared to Tendulkar on several occasions, believes it is impossible to keep up with Tendulkar's achievements in Indian cricket, and that he understands the pressures that would have been placed on Tendulkar's shoulders during his peak.  
    Furthermore, he cited his 35 in the 2011 World Cup final as one of his most valuable innings, and he was ecstatic to ‘bring the team back on track’ during the last inning of the tournament. 

    “35 in the 2011 World Cup final was the most valuable 35 I’ve scored in my cricketing career. I was happy to bring the team back on track and contribute in whatever way I could. The crowd atmosphere was surreal, it’s very fresh in our memories,” he said. 
    Scoring 35 runs off 49 deliveries with four 4s coming off his bat, Kohli’s inning wasn’t nearly as important to India’s victory as Gambhir and Dhoni’s were. And the fact that the batter got caught and bowled during what has to be the most important knock of his life shows how disappointing the end was.  
    However, some Indian cricket fans were ready to call ‘BS’ on Kohli’s attempt to make his own innings sound important and did not lose a beat in telling the former skipper just that:

    However, Rajamouli also has his share of controversies that stirred some uproar in the entertainment industry. Well, we're talking about his ugly spat with the late legendary actress Sridevi.  
    It is a well-known fact that Sridevi was the first choice for Sivagami's role in the Baahubali series. However, the Mr. India actress had rejected the offer and Ramya Krishnan was later signed by the makers to play the strong character.

He had cited her starry tantrums and financial expectations as reasons for her declining the role. Taking a dig, he even thanked her for rejecting the offer. Sridevi and her producer-hubby Boney Kapoor got upset when they learned of his statements.   
    Reacting to Rajamouli's comment, Sridevi slammed him in an interview with DNA and said, "First of all, I can’t believe he (Rajamouli) would talk like that. Secondly, I am not the kind to make any kind of demands. Whatever happened with Baahubali is in the past. Why are we talking about it now? There are so many roles that I’ve turned down in the past. I think it’s highly impolite to talk about the films you don’t do".

    Later, Rajamouli acknowledged his mistake and stated that he should not have spoken about her in that manner. Back then, the director cleared that people came up with their own interpretations of what he said and added that he has a lot of respect for the iconic actress. 

    He said, "As for whose version to believe, I guess it is for people to decide. But one thing is for sure. I shouldn’t have discussed the details on a public platform. That’s a mistake. And I regret it".

    Later, Sridevi and Rajamouli patched up and there were speculations that the actress will team up with the director for a film, also starring Mohanlal. However, nothing like that happened. 
    For the unversed, Sridevi passed away in 2018 due to accidental drowning in Dubai. She is survived by her husband Boney Kapoor and daughters - Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor.

    Things can get really sweaty (and smelly) in the gym. While sweating is normal and natural, no one wants to be that guy who is responsible for stinking up the whole place. 
    However, while doing a hardcore workout, can you really control how you smell?
    The answer is hell, yes! 
    All you have to do is take care of a few things that you didn't know were the culprits and needed to be kept in check. Whether you are a gym-goer who sweat excessively or mildly, these are some ways to make your workout sessions completely stink-proof.
    Here are some ways you can smell great before, during and even after a super sweaty gym workout:
    1. Shower Before Your WorkoutIt is obvious you are going to sweat like a marathon runner once you start your workout. However, make sure you don’t go in with sweat from last night.  
    Showering before a workout also helps in making you more active and energised, ergo a better workout.  
    2. Spritz A Nice Perfume  Wearing a cool, nice spritz of scent as you workout can not only make you feel fresh but also leave a trail of fragrance wherever you go instead of a sweat stink.
