SS Rajamouli’s RRR starring Jr NTR and Ram Charan has been churning out gold at the box office all over the world.
Besides huge box office collections, the film also received positive reviews, however, there are some people who are criticising the film for featuring action sequences that defy any rule of physics or logic.
One particular scene that is facing the ire of some people is a bike scene featuring Jr NTR in the climax.

There are a lot of reasons why actor Arshad Warsi is the absolute best.
He is a great comic, a brilliant actor, a humble person and well, he is Circuit (from Munna Bhai M.B.B.S). However, his honesty tops it all.
He recently demonstrated how cool he is in an interview where a journalist called his latest release Bachchhan Paandey, a box office success and he called out the 'lie'.
    © Instagram/Arshad Warsi
“Don’t lie, it is not a success,” he said quickly, correcting the journalist. If there was any other actor in his place, he would have just gone with it but Warsi is too grounded to let it pass.

In a world where stars throw success parties for their flop films (*coughs*Gehraiyaan*coughs*), here is one who doesn’t have to hide behind the superficial success.
    © Instagram/Arshad Warsi
He added, “It was a good film, but unfortunately it happened, some things work, some things don’t. I feel it just went through a bad patch, there were various things that made it not as successful as it should have been. It is a big film, it should’ve made a lot more money, but it is still not a loss, it covered its money.”

Warsi plays Vishu Kant Mhatre, Kriti Sanon’s friend in the action flick who helps her in tracking getting close to gangster Bachchhan Paandey for her movie.

It was his first film after a two-year gap after Durgamati.

Upon being asked if the reason that the film didn’t do well was that it was released in theatres and not on OTT platforms, Warsi said, “No, I don’t think it is the OTT effect. Okay, I’ve got an answer for that, but I’m not going to say it. Let's not get into it, it is a different space.”
View this post on InstagramWe wonder what he was going to say about why the film didn’t work. Maybe being too honest is also not good and Arshad Warsi knows it all too well.

On the 11th anniversary of the Indian cricket team winning the 2011 World Cup  former Indian cricketer, ex-head coach and cricket commentator, Ravi Shastri talks about what was going on in his mind when Mahendra Singh Dhoni smashed the iconic six against Sri Lanka to help Team India become World Champions.
The drought of 28 years was finally over within a split second when the then-captain of the Men in Blue, MS Dhoni decided to swing for the fences on the second delivery of the penultimate over of the World Cup 2011 final.

At the time, India was trailing by just three runs. They had 10 deliveries to go and the win was pretty much within the grasp of the batters on the pitch - Dhoni and Yuvraj Singh. However, merely running across the pitch three times would not have been a very memorable way of winning the World Cup.
So, ‘Captain Cool’, with his feet nailed to the ground, sent the full-length delivery by Nuwan Kulasekara flying over long-on with a thunderous blow, only to watch his teammates and staff members jumping with joy in the dressing room and a hyped Yuvraj Singh running towards him at full speed.

Former head coach, Ravi Shastri was on commentary duty during the final and it was his excellent performance behind the microphone that made Dhoni’s six even more memorable.
“Dhoni, finishes off in style!” the sound of his voice has become synonymous with the moment over the years and nobody can argue about the brilliance of it all, regardless of how they feel about Dhoni or Shastri.

In a video shared by the official Twitter account of ESPNcricinfo, Shastri relives the time he was on commentary and Dhoni went for the history-making six in the middle of Wankhede stadium.
“Well, India were ahead with eight balls, Dhoni on strike. I thought ‘well, he’ll take his time, probably play it safe and knock it around. There was enough time left’,” Shastri says. “But then a bolt out of the blue! Big out-of-the ground… World Cup for India… Captain Cool finishing things off”.

What a lot of people have probably forgotten about is that Dhoni had a poor batting record during the tournament. 34 was his highest.
But when the time came to show up or shut up, the man-made some quick decisions. He promoted himself ahead of Yuvraj Singh - who was in excellent form and was going to win the ‘Player of the Series’ award shortly after and played a note-worthy and unbeaten 91-run knock to bring home the trophy once again.

Shreyas Iyer is enjoying his time with the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and as a captain, he has impressed everyone in the tournament, so far, with his field placements and bowling changes that earned the Kolkata-based franchise two wins in three outings.

KKR beat Punjab Kings on Friday (April 1) by six wickets to reach the top of the points table.
During their match against Punjab Kings, Iyer pulled off one of his team's co-owner, Shah Rukh Khan's iconic pose to celebrate a wicket.

Interestingly, the batter who got out was named Shahrukh Khan and that made things more interesting. A video of Iyer striking the 'arms spread' pose made famous by the Bollywood legend went viral on social media.

The celebration is set to take SRK fans on a nostalgia trip dating back to the good old days of Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge.

    — Abdullah Shaikh (@iamsrk_fan49) March 25, 2022 Iyer is a huge SRK fan himself so the celebration in which he was seen recreating one of the most famous poses in the history of Bollywood wasn't a surprise for many.

Ahead of the IPL 2022, when KKR announced Iyer as their new captain. The 27-year-old had said that whenever he gets a chance to meet the Bollywood star, he will go crazy.

"I have not interacted with Shah Rukh Khan. I am really looking forward to that moment because he has always been one of the motivating factors to me especially. Because whenever I get a break or during free time, I love to see his interviews and I love to see the spark which he brings to the industry," said Shreyas during a virtual media interaction.

"Whenever he is there, present at the stadium, the support that he offers to the team is simply outstanding. I am really eager and just waiting, counting on the time. Whenever I get that opportunity to meet him, I will go a bit crazy I feel," the KKR skipper had said.
While the team is doing well, Iyer himself would be looking to put up a strong performance with the bat after failing to get going in the first three matches.

Shah Rukh Khan was not present at the Wankhede stadium to cheer on his Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) team in last night's match, but his children made sure that the team received support from the stands as Suhana, Aryan and AbRam Khan were seen cheering the players on.
KKR secured their third win in the ongoing season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) to reach the top of the points table with two wins from three matches.
Their last win was even more special as it came in front of the kids of their co-owner and Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan.

    — Mr. Wayne (@Ashwinnn_007) April 2, 2022 Both Suhana and Aryan have been actively involved in this year's IPL for KKR as the duo was present at the auction table as well during the two-day IPL 2022 mega auction.
Juhi Chawla, who is the co-owner of KKR along with SRK, had welcomed the duo and her daughter Jahnavi calling them the 'young bunch of owners.'

After the win, Shah Rukh Khan himself took to Twitter to lavish praise on his team and was particularly happy with the way West Indies all-rounder Andre Russell went about his business.
"Welcome back my friend @Russell12A so long since saw the ball fly so high!!! It takes a life of its own when U hit it Man! And
@y_umesh wow! To @ShreyasIyer15 & team well done.Have a happy nite boys," Shah Rukh tweeted.

While fans may be relating the win to the luck that Suhana and Aryan brought to their side, there is no denying the fact that their team was too good on the day for Punjab.
The way West Indies all-rounder Andre Russell batted would encourage KKR for their big upcoming games as they are set to take on five-time champions Mumbai Indians and Delhi Capitals, two of the most consistent teams in the recent past.
