    Actor Ram Charan enjoys a stupendous fan following and he’s not just known as a brilliant actor, but is very well known for being a man of good heart. Recently, he won more hearts than before when a video of a Ukrainian man, who identified as his former bodyguard went viral on social media. The man thanked the RRR actor for sending medical and financial aid for him and his family.

    The Marvel Cinematic Universe is really going crazier by the minute!

    We already know that due to Disney's decision to acquire the 21st Century Fox Company on March 20, 2019, a lot of the superheroes like the X-Men, Deadpool, and Fantastic Four came under the umbrella of the MCU.
    It was a super deal which meant that now all these superheroes could come in the MCU movies alongside Spider-Man, Thor, and others.
    As you are already aware, Marvel too has started the process of integrating the universes through the Multiverse concept which was first introduced in Tom Holland's Spider-Man: No Way Home.

    The movie is already rumored to bring in Tom Cruise's Superior Iron Man, Fantastic Four, X-Men, and even Deadpool.

    Whatever Marvel has in store for its fans, it sure looks exciting.

    Over the last 15 years, the Indian Premier League (IPL) has contributed a great deal in developing a harmonious relationship among players from different nationalities. 
    Before this tournament began in 2008, there was little to no interaction between players from different countries.

    The only time they spent together was playing for their respective countries. With so much at stake and intense competitiveness among players back in the day, no one actually made any effort to sort out their differences.

    Given the intense rivalry that existed between India and Australia back in the day, it was hard to imagine Sourav Ganguly and Ricky Ponting sitting on the same table and preparing strategies, that too with a common goal in mind. But IPL has made it all possible.

    Over the last decade-and-a-half, we have seen several players who never looked each other in the eye keeping their differences aside and becoming friends.
    In the upcoming edition, Krunal Pandya and Deepak Hooda, Ravichandran Ashwin and Jos Buttler will be seen playing for the same franchises and working towards achieving the same objective.
    Here we take a look at five such sworn enemy pairings who became friends through IPL:

    The two alpha-males of their respective countries Sourav Ganguly and Ricky Ponting publicly patched up their differences ahead of the inaugural edition of the IPL where they both represented Kolkata Knight Riders.
    Not just that, they would even go on to coach the Delhi-based franchise several years later. Ponting and Ganguly worked together at Delhi Capitals for a good couple of years before the latter stepped down after becoming the BCCI President.

    Harbhajan Singh and Andrew Symonds were at loggerheads in the ‘Monkeygate Scandal’ during the infamous 2008 Sydney Test. After nearly three years of that controversy, both the players became part of the Mumbai Indians dressing room in 2011.

    Given their strong feud, people weren’t sure if they would bury the hatchet and call it truce. However, in the end, Sachin Tendulkar who was the MI skipper at the time worked as a mediator and helped the duo bridge their differences.

    Australia spin legend Shane Warne and former South Africa skipper Graeme Smith weren’t on best of terms when they joined Rajasthan Royals ahead of the inaugural season. Both the players had made each other’s life difficult while playing for their respective countries.

    They worked out their differences like adults and guess what, it even reflected on the field as Rajasthan Royals became the first-ever IPL champions.

    When Lucknow Super Giants picked Krunal Pandya and Deepak Hooda splashing a handsome amount at the IPL 2022 mega auction, it made them a butt of jokes on social networking sites. Both the all-rounders had a major fallout last year. Hooa has accused Krunal of abusing him in front of Baroda teammates.

    Both the players are expected to feature in the playing XI and they must have sorted their differences already. Don’t be surprised if they are seen celebrating together.

    Ravichandran Ashwin and Jos Buttler became enemies after the former ran out while he was trying to steal an extra yard to two by leaving the crease early before the ball was bowled.

    Both these players will be seen donning the same jersey in the forthcoming edition. Buttler was retained by Rajasthan Royals while Ashwin was picked at the auction. Not that they are both in the same team, they shouldn’t have any issue.

    Earlier this year, actor Dhanush and wife Aishwarya oddly surprised their fans when they announced that they were getting separated after being married for 18 years. The two jointly posted their divorce announcement and accepted that they will continue to be cordial with each other.

    The two were one of the most loved superstar couples down South and parents to two kids as well. Recently, Aishwarya got back to direction and her music video was shared by ex-husband Dhanush on his social media feed.
    Turns out, the gesture was amicable and in good spirit but he addressed her as a ‘friend’ and that kind of triggered a lot of reactions on the internet. While some fans believed that it was the ideal reaction and there is nothing wrong with it, some were offended by the usage of the word ‘friend’.

    He was asked to respond to trolls in a throwback interview with Filmfare. While there were several tweets mocking the actor, one in particular caught everyone's attention. 
    Well, the social media user had requested Vicky to not become Salman Khan after getting successful. Yes, you read that right! In a tweet, the social media user wrote, "A request, successful hone ke baad Salman Khan mat ban jana".
    When the Love per Square Foot star was asked to react to the tweet, he stared for a moment before avoiding the topic by saying "haa phir?" so that the presenter could move on to the next post. Here's an excerpt from the actor's interview with the publication:

    On the career front, Vicky was last seen in Shoojit Sircar's Sardar Udham. The biographical drama was released on Amazon Prime Video last year and got huge critical acclaim. Currently, he has several interesting projects in his kitty. 
    He has completed shooting for Shashank Khaitan's Govinda Naam Mera co-starring Bhumi Pednekar and Kiara Advani. He has also wrapped up Vijay Krishna Acharya's next film alongside Manushi Chillar. As per reports, the YRF movie has been titled The Great Indian Family or TGIF. However, an official announcement is still awaited.

    The actor has also completed shooting for Laxman Utekar's untitled next, featuring Sara Ali Khan as the leading lady. Bankrolled under the Dinesh Vijan production banner, the film marks Vicky and Sara's first collaboration on-screen. 
    Currently, he is shooting for Anand Tiwari's next film which also stars Laila Majnu and Bulbbul fame Tripti Dimri. Reportedly, the untitled project also features Punjabi heartthrob Ammy Virk in a pivotal role.

    The Kashmir Files is rewriting box office history with its record breaking collections that are on a rise with each passing day. 
    At a time when the biggest of films featuring the biggest of stars are struggling at the box office, Vivek Agnihotri directorial is on course to hit Rs 200 crore in just under two weeks of its release. 
    The film has already crashed Prabhas’ Radhe Shyam in Hindi and is currently spoiling Akshay Kumar’s Bachchhan Paandey's party that is struggling to survive at the box office.

    Amid the film’s grand box office success post the release of the film, old tweets of one of its lead actors Anupam Kher have now gone viral on Twitter.

    These tweets are from 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014. 
    In these tweets Anupam is asking people not to turn the exodus of Kashmiri Pandits into a religious issue about Hindus and Muslims. He wrote in 2013 in a tweet, “I see some people making Kashmiri Pandit’s Exodus outcry into a religious thing. It is NOT. It is about Human Sufferings. Hindu or Muslim.” 
    In 2012, the veteran actor wrote, “DON’T FORGET DON’T FORGIVE. @mobyshah: please don’t forget the Kashmiri Muslim as well pandith women who went through a similar pain.” 
    In 2010, he tweeted, “My heart bleeds for Kashmir. Politics and terrorism has turned heaven into a hell for its people. Both… Hindus and Muslims.” 
    In 2011, Kher blamed politicians for the whole issue. He wrote, “Problem is NOT with Kashmiri Pandits and Muslims. We have lived together for Years Peacefully. It’s POLITICIANS my friend. :)”.

    Released in theatres two weeks ago, Vivek Agnihotri’s ‘The Kashmir Files’ has been a trending topic across the country, having contributed to heated debates and fights on news channels and social media platforms. 
    The film is said to capture the plight of the Kashmiri Pandits during their mass exodus from the Valley in the 1990s. But it has left people across the political spectrum debating, discussing, and dissecting the ‘realities’ shown in the film. Many claim that the makers of the film have distorted the series of events that actually transpired in order to stoke communal sentiments, while the rest claim that the film has accurately and explicitly depicted the violent circumstances under which the Kashmiri Pandits were forced to flee from the valley.

    Adding to the already overcrowded voices commenting on the movies, filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma reviewed ‘The Kashmir Files’, saying that he “hates the film”. He uploaded his review of the controversial film on YouTube and said that the film destroyed whatever he learned and thought was right. He also stated that he was reviewing a film for the first time in his life, further heaping praises on the filmmaker and actors in the film, especially lauding Anupam Kher’s performance in it.  

    In the video uploaded to YouTube, RGV said, “For the first time in my entire career, I am reviewing a film”. He went on, “I don’t really review the film’s subject or the controversial content, I want to review it as a filmmaker on how the film has been made.”
    Varma didn’t stop there, he continued, “Kashmir Files released and broke every rule in the book. It doesn’t have stars. There is no intention in the director to impress the audience which is what every filmmaker will be trying to do. He wants to impress.”
    A fan of the storytelling, Ram Gopal Varma heaped praises onto the storytelling as well as the character design, even claiming that ‘The Kashmir Files’ had set new benchmarks for directors and filmmakers. He summed up his final thoughts, and said, “I hate Kashmir Files because it destroyed whatever I learned, whatever I thought was right and whatever I thought was in at multiple times. I can’t go back and I can’t reinvent myself and can’t rethink now, ‘Oh, this is how it should be made’. No, can’t. So I hate Kashmir Files whether it is the director or acting style or it is the way the screenplay was made…I hate all of them because you guys made me and all of the filmmakers I would say lose our identity…I hate all the people associated with Kasmir files but I love Vivek Agnihotri for making this happen.”

    On Twitter, RGV shared the video, with the message, “Don’t take at face value that mainstream Bollywood, Tollywood, etc are ignoring the mega success of #kashmirifiles. The reality is they are taking it more seriously than the audiences, but their silence is because they are s*** scared. Watch my review.”
    His blunt review was met with gratitude by Vivek Agnihotri as he responded, “You hate #TheKashmirFiles @RGVzoomin and that’s why I love you. “

    One of the new Indian Premier League (IPL) franchises Lucknow Super Giants have suffered a huge blow even before the start of the tournament as their overseas pacer Mark Wood has been ruled out of the tournament due to an injury he suffered while representing his country in the Test series in the Caribbean. 
    Wood picked up an elbow injury in the first Test and was ruled out of the 15th edition of the IPL. Lucknow Super Giants' team mentor Gautam Gambhir, however, has a name in his mind who can come in as replacement for Wood for the upcoming season.

    According to a report published in a Bangladesh newspaper, Gambhir had contacted Bangladesh pacer Taskin Ahmed and is considering him to be a part of the franchise for the upcoming season. 
    However, Taskin is currently in South Africa where the visitors still have to play an ODI and two Test matches but Gambhir has reportedly said that they will consider him only if he can be available for the full duration of IPL 2022.

    While the final call depends on the Bangladesh Cricket Board to give their pacer NOC to participate in the IPL and miss the Test series against the Proteas, Lucknow fans seem to be unhappy with Gambhir's choice. 
    “I want Bangladesh fast bowler Taskin Ahmed in the team and that is for the whole season. If he agrees to the offer, Taskin will have to leave for India before the next two Tests against South Africa,” the former Kolkata Knight Riders captain Gambhir was quoted as saying by the website.
    The fans argued that with so many other players available, there is no need to rope in Taskin Ahmed who may not get the NOC from his board. They expressed their disappointment on social media.

    If he does agree to miss the Test matches and the BCB allows him to play in the IPL, he will be the second player from Bangladesh to feature in this year's IPL alongside fellow pacer Mustafizur Rahman who was roped in by Delhi Capitals at the mega auction.
