The Kashmir Files is expected to grow further on Sunday (March 13) and everyone is raving about its heart-wrenching storyline and strong performances. Kangana Ranaut, who is known for speaking her mind, too has shared her thoughts about Vivek Agnihotri's film.
Taking to Instagram, the Queen actress shared a long note of appreciation for The Kashmir Files and also criticised Bollywood's 'pin drop silence' on the film.

Posting the long note on her Instagram stories, Kangana called it 'the most important film of the year' and wrote, "Please notice the pin drop silence in the film industry about #thekashmirfiles not just content even its business is exemplary... investment and profit proportion might be such a case study that it will be the most successful and profitable film of the year. It also broke many myths about theatres being exclusive for big budgets event films or visual/VFX spectacles post pandemic, it is breaking every myth and preconceived notion that was there and bringing back the audiences to the theatres, 6 am shows in multiplexes are full it's unbelievable!!!"
Kangana further stated that 'Bullydawood' (a term she uses for the Hindi film industry) "aur unke chamche sadme mein chale gaye hai (Bollywood bullies and their cronies are in shock)". She concluded her note with, "Not a word sari duniya dekh rahi hai inko lekin phir bhi not a word (the whole world is watching but not them). Their time is upp!!"

Dino Morea made his acting debut with Raj Kaushal’s 1999 romantic drama Pyaar Mein Kabhi Kabhi. The songs were huge chartbusters but the film eventually failed at the box office.
The actor made a grand comeback with his second film Raaz that went on to become a huge blockbuster and was the biggest hit of 2002 in terms of ROI.
He went on to star in several popular films but soon his career went downhill.
After his last big screen appearance in the 2010 film Pyaar Impossible, Dino took a sabbatical and returned to acting after a decade with the 2020 web show Mentalhood and followed it up with Hostages season 2, Tandav and The Empire.

In Nikkhil Advani’s The Empire, Dino played the main antagonist Muhammad Shaybani Khan and received acclaim for his performance.

In fact, at the recently held Indian Television Academy Awards 2022, Dino won the award for the Best Actor.
Talking about his win, Dino exclusively told MensXP, “It was a longtime coming you know. Thank you, firstly aur mujhe yaad hai jab main stage pe gaya tha and when Kabir Khan announced my name ‘Dino Morea’ I was relieved. Initially, I was so nervous because I was nominated along with the likes of Pankaj Tripathi and everybody. When they announced Pankaj Tripathi’s nomination, I was like, ‘Oh god…’ Then, you know, when they called my name I was just on seventh heaven. I went on the stage and looked at the award and I was like where were you for so long. I have been waiting for you for so many years. Finally, I got ‘Best Actor’, so it felt good. It felt really good.”
When pointed out that this is his first individual acting award in over two decades of his career in films, Dino recalled how his 2002 horror film Raaz received positive reviews and was a huge blockbuster and yet it wasn’t even nominated for a single award leave aside winning them.

He said, “Yes! That’s why I said, ‘Where have you been for so long?’ I mean I have done so many commercial movies. Well, if you even think about it, Raaz was the biggest success of 2002 and the only other movie that also did well that year was Devdas. But strangely Raaz didn’t get any nominations except for music. It didn’t get anything else. So, you know I was a bit disheartened at that point and this is in 2002. I mean Raaz which was such a big movie was not even nominated. You know, all of us - Bhatt Saab (Mahesh Bhatt), Mukesh ji (Mukesh Bhatt) were really surprised as in how is this..what is this.. What’s going on?”

He then added, “Anyway, that was many years ago but today I have this recognition, finally, that he can act (laughs)”.
Directed by Vikram Bhatt, Raaz also starred Bipasha Basu and Ashutosh Rana.

The one thing that’s really annoying about summers is all the sweat and BO that comes with it. While you do keep tabs on the damp armpits and spritz your favorite lemony fragrance to smell fresh all day, you are most probably missing out one major problem area–sweat on the scalp or sweaty hair.

    © iStock
Gym goers know it too well. The sweat in your hair is a constant problem when you work out and since summer is around the corner, it is going to be a 24X7 issue because you’ll be sweating in the gym as well as whenever you are out in the sun.

    © iStock
In case you didn’t know, excessive sweating can seriously damage your mane and make it more brittle, itchy and a lot more things. Here is what it exactly does to your hair and how you can fix it.

    1. Your Hair Smells Bad © iStock
Sweat doesn’t have its own smell but the bacteria on your skin, when comes in contact with the sweat or water droplet, can produce an unpleasant smell. A smelly scalp is one of the causes of sweaty hair. Clean off the grime, oil and sweat by washing your hair every alternate day in the summer with cold water.

    2. More Hair Loss © iStock
In case you’re wondering why you start to lose more hair in summers or right after you’ve worked out, the sweat can be blamed. Damp hair is more fragile than dry strands and tends to break and fall more. However, you can fix it by not styling or brushing your hair when it’s sweaty. Make sure it’s completely dry before tying, combing or using any styling products on it.

    3. Itchy & Irritated Scalp © iStock
The sweat can make your scalp dry and clog your pores. This, clubbed with bacteria, can lead to itching and irritation. Sprinkle dry shampoo before you work out and sit under the fan to dry off the sweat. Also, make sure you nourish your scalp and keep it moisturised with hair oil and hair masks every week during summers.

The second Test match between India and Sri Lanka got underway in Bengaluru on Saturday. However, the pitch raised a few eyebrows as the ball started to turn square inside the first 10 overs. On a dry surface, Indian batters struggled against Sri Lankan spinners.
India skipper Rohit Sharma fell to Lasith Embuldeniya as he edged the first ball that he faced from the left-arm spinner straight to first slip. Former India captain and legendary batter Sunil Gavaskar, while analysing Rohit's wicket, said that on pitches such as the one that is on offer at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium dismissals like that are going to happen.
    Big Wicket For Sri Lanka!

    — CRICKETNMORE (@cricketnmore) March 12, 2022
Few overs later when Virat Kohli was trapped right in front of the stumps of a Dhananjaya De Silva delivery that kept low and spun sharply, Gavaskar blamed Kohli for not playing the correct shot to that delivery.
"Today you could say that the shot he (Kohli) played shouldn't have been played. The trajectory meant, he went on to the backfoot like the first Test in Mohali but this time he played across his front pad, which meant he was always going to struggle. If he missed it, he was always going to be a candidate for LBW, which is exactly what happened," Gavaskar said in the post-Tea show on Star Sports.
    WICKET!

Heartbreak for Virat Kohli and the fans!

A delivery spun and stayed low, trapping Virat Kohli in front for 23.

Dhananjaya de Silva gets the big wicket.

Fans were angry at Gavaskar for being over critical of Kohli and not talking much about Rohit's false shot.

    — ARYAN (@AlreadyyyBroken) March 12, 2022Just another day of bias laden sub par commentary from Sunil Gavaskar.

Forget watching cricket outside of the matches he commentates (his lack of research reflects that), he has now stopped watching even the games he's commentating on. Anyone who has even played gully cricket, https://t.co/3ZxFiUTbnE
    — Gurkirat Singh Gill (@gurkiratsgill) March 12, 2022Buddhe hypocrite, retire from commentary https://t.co/K6bj2kYmFJ
    — Divy (@kohlission) March 12, 2022It is strange that recently Gavaskar's comments led to an unnecessary controversy when he made insensitive remarks about Shane Warne but the former India batter did not learn from it and made another remark that led to a social media outburst from fans.
Gavaskar and his bias towards Mumbai cricketers is nothing new but to see him openly downplaying an error in judgement by one India batter while going overboard with his tactical analysis of a batter who got out to a ball that misbehaved off the pitch is a new low.
Fans have been asking for a change in the commentary panel for far too long now and a major reason for that has been the biasedness shown by former cricketers behind the mic.

Gujarat Titans’ social media team has been asked to stop cracking cringy jokes by their fans after they tried being funny following the news of Faf du Plessis becoming the new captain of Royal Challengers Bangalore on Saturday.
As soon as RCB shared the news to the world through Twitter, GT commented on the post suggesting that the franchise had made a good choice in crowing the South African as the new captain because they also liked “Faf-da”.
Good choice! We love Faf-da too! https://t.co/StkIuhjgEL

The cringe level was so high with this joke that fans had to literally beg them to hit pause on their “creativity” and not dig a hole for themselves even before their first season in the Indian Premier League begins.

    — (@RishiReformed) March 12, 2022The former South Africa captain became a frontrunner after RCB outbid his former team, Chennai Super Kings, and Delhi Capitals for his services last month for INR 7 crores. Aside from the Super Kings, du Plessis has played for the Rising Pune Supergiant in 2016 and 2017.
Glenn Maxwell, one of their three holdovers, and Dinesh Karthik, another auction signing, were among the other contenders. The franchise, on the other hand, views all of them, including Kohli, as members of a central leadership group that also includes du Plessis and Mike Hesson, the director of cricket.

During the Super Kings' title-winning run in 2021, du Plessis, a four-time IPL winner, scored 633 runs. He and Ruturaj Gaikwad established a fantastic opening combination that helped the club rebound from a seventh-place finish in 2020.
du Plessis is no longer a member of the South African national team and has no international obligations. Even though several of the other South African players are expected to miss the early portions of the season due to their home series against Bangladesh, he will be available for the entire season.

The Royal Challengers Bangalore, who have yet to win an IPL title, are hoping to improve on their two consecutive playoff berths as they prepare for the upcoming season. The three-time champions begin their campaign on March 27 in Mumbai, against Punjab Kings, the second day of the season.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who is among the most-loved actresses of South Indian cinema, is basking in the back-to-back success of The Family Man 2 and Pushpa song Oo Antava. A few days ago, after reaching Mumbai, the actress attended an award function and was papped looking stunning on the red carpet. However, she was brutally trolled for wearing a deep-neck green gown.
    View this post on Instagram
Taking to Instagram, on Saturday, Samantha gave it back to the trolls by posting a powerful note talking about how women are easily judged. In the long post, she also asked people to stop judging women based on their hemlines and necklines.
She wrote, "As a woman, I bear firsthand knowledge of what it means to be judged. We judge women based on what they wear, their race, education, social standing, appearance, skin tone and the list goes on and on. Making snap judgements about a person simply based on the clothes they wear is quite literally the easiest thing one can do. Now that we're in the year 2022- can we finally stop judging a woman based on the hemlines & necklines she adorns and focus instead on bettering ourselves?"
"Turning that judgement inward and training it on ones own self is evolution! Projecting our deals on someone else never did anyone any good... lets's gently rewrite the way we measure and understand a person," she concluded.
Take a look at her Instagram story below:
The Oh! Baby star is currently in Mumbai and is meeting her friends as well as colleagues. Recently, Samantha was snapped with Bollywood star Varun Dhawan and director Raj Nidimoru. Reportedly, she is reuniting with The Family Man 2 director-duo Raj & DK for the Hindi remake of Citadel. Varun Dhawan has been signed to play the male lead alongside Samantha in the Amazon Prime Video series.

While the official announcement regarding Citadel is still awaited, the actress will next be seen in Shakuntalam. The makers recently released the first look poster which received a positive response from fans.

When he takes the field, former India captain Virat Kohli is noted for his crowd involvement, especially in Test matches. Kohli had an opportunity to be back among the supporters at his ‘second home,' having represented the city's Indian Premier League franchise, Royal Challengers Bangalore when the event first began in 2008.

    — TRENDING CRIC ZONE (@rishabhgautam81) March 12, 2022
On his return to the Chinnaswamy Stadium in India whites, Kohli was greeted with a flurry of applause from the crowd. Fans recalled their IPL chants to engage with Virat Kohli on the first day of the pink-ball Test against Sri Lanka, and at one point, they began screaming AB de Villiers' name.
During his playing career de Villiers, the former South African skipper and batter, was a key member of the RCB squad and was part of an unbelievable trio alongside Kohli and Chris Gayle in the side's squad. De Villiers is widely considered as one of cricket's most destructive batters, and his retirement signified the end of an era for the Royal Challengers Bangalore.
Kohli responded in style to the supporters' chants of "ABD, ABD!" Take a look at what the former India skipper did:

Kohli and de Villiers have been friends since their days at the Royal Challengers Bangalore, and the Indian batting legend acknowledged last year that he sought de Villiers' assistance during a tough stretch in international cricket. A couple of weeks after Kohli had decided to step down as RCB captain, it was also revealed that he had been in discussions with the Protea legend about this major step since 2019 and that it wasn’t a hasty move.
Faf du Plessis was chosen as the new captain of the RCB earlier on Saturday, succeeding Kohli. Kohli and de Villiers both filmed videos after the announcement to express their best wishes to the South African. The Indian Premier League's 2022 season began on March 26.

Meanwhile, India was in command of the second and final Test against Sri Lanka at the close of Day 1 after reducing the visitors to 86/6. India posted a total of 252 after winning the toss and electing to bat on a difficult surface, with Shreyas Iyer leading the way with 92 runs.
