Style is personal and subjective but there comes a time when you have got to start dressing according to your age. Most men make the mistake of holding on to their clothing and fashion items from their 20s or college time to feel younger and look cool, but they most certainly don’t and end up making them look childish instead.

When you cross the 30-year-old mark, you need to give up some clothing items that don’t make you look like you are having a mid-life crisis and want to transport back to your teenage years. You just need to realise that you are too old to be wearing this stuff.

Here are 5 items of clothing that you need to ditch, dump or donate as soon as you turn 30 and dress like an adult.

1. Overalls & Dungarees © Rithvik Dhanjani
While it looks cute on women, it just looks unflattering on men. If you already don’t own them, kudos but if you bought it on an impulse after watching the men in ‘Work From Home’ song to look cool, it’s time to let it go. You’re too old to be wearing anything like that.

Basically any shorts that are longer than your knee and have cargo pockets should be donated to their rightful owners, the kids! Go for smart shorts that end above the knee like bermuda shorts or chino shorts to look like an adult and not an 8-year-old who’s getting late for his Math tuition.

We shouldn't even be telling you this. A baseball cap worn backward is as bad as a baseball cap with a propeller on top. Both are boyish and no man in his 30s should be wearing that. You can wear a baseball cap but like an adult.

If you thought women find it cute, they don’t. Girls, maybe...but women? Absolutely not. While grey sweatpants and solid pullovers are attractive on men, PJs and home-knit sweaters featuring cartoons are just too kiddish. Boxers and aesthetic graphic tees are okay, though.

This includes jeans, jackets and any patchwork denim item that you might own. The style was in trend for a while there and even then, no man over 30 was recommended to sport it. This belongs where your college memories do, in the past.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni, also known as Captain Cool, has simply decided to hit pause on his ageing process, or at least that’s what his fans are feeling after watching a new video from his Chennai Super Kings camp in Surat ahead of the 2022 season of the Indian Premier League.
In the video, the former Indian skipper can be seen in a sleeve-less CSK practice kit, standing among his teammates and cutting a cake to celebrate one of the franchise’s net bowlers, Rocky Warney’s birthday.

And while the social media team of the reigning champions might have wanted to highlight the excellent team chemistry within the players, even after going through a mega auction, all eyes were on Dhoni and his massive biceps that were popping out of the athleisure jersey.
Fans were completely awestruck watching Dhoni getting buffed up just before the 2022 season was about to begin. In the middle sometimes even the current Team India captain and also the leader of Mumbai Indians, Rohit Sharma got a few cheeky jabs:

And even though he decided to end his international career a couple of years ago, the fact that he continues to keep wickets in every single CSK match and maintains the strength of his arms to ‘helicopter-shot’ a yorker to the seventh row in the stands, shows how exceptional and unique the Ranchi-born is.
The most incredible part is that at the age of 40 (he will be 41 in July), he continues to do what most aspiring cricketers will never be able to do even in their prime. While some of the biggest names of the game have shown a significant drop in their performances by the time they are 35-36 years old, Dhoni’s seems to be ageing like fine wine and his physique doesn’t say otherwise either.

This film came out back in 1992 but I only had the privilege of watching this erotic masterpiece a year ago. And I must tell you, I wasn’t disappointed in the least. This movie doesn’t just give you enough sexual content to drive you crazy, but to also constantly keep you on the edge as the plot thickens and make you want to get down and dirty almost just as much as figuring out this murder-mystery.

From suspense to desire to ***, this movie packaged all the unconventional things to give you a tantalizing masterpiece.
2) Eyes Wide Shut
Another titillating film in the mix, this movie has had one of the most handsome couples in the lead - Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise. As their marriage falters in the plot of the movie, this New York couple stumbles upon the dark side and gets involved in what many critics called ‘explicit content’.
The film might not rub you the right way, but it definitely takes you on a sexual bender as you get to manoeuver your way through masked orgies.
3) Fatal Attraction
Released back in 1987, this erotic thriller was one to take over the box office and was even nominated for the Oscars. Filled with wild, passionate and raw moments of *** and desire, this movie was as erratic as it was erotic.
