Prabhas and Jr. NTR are two superstars who have a stellar fan following of their own and probably in no competition with each other. The two actors are also thick friends, and in friendship a little bit of leg pulling and fun banter are legitimate. The two go back a long way and back in 2010, during a launch event for Brindavaram, which starred Jr. NTR, Samantha Prabhu and Kajal Aggarwal in lead roles, Prabhas was invited as the chief guest.

While talking about the movie and the super talented mass hero Jr NTR, the Baahubali star joked about his insecurity as he felt that Jr NTR’s good looks kept women away from Prabhas. "Tarak is the young tiger of the industry, he is known for his super mass roles. But let’s put those words aside because he looks so glamorous in Brindavanam posters. I like all the songs from this movie. I am trying to impress ladies with films like Varsham and Darling but it seems like he won’t give me the chance to do so now,” he said.

Well, this left the audience in a fit of laughter. Prabhas also went on to become a big name across the world after the stupendous success of Baahubali. The actor will soon be seen in Radhe Shyam. The film stars Prabhas and Pooja Hegde in lead roles. Jr NTR will soon be seen in Rajamouli’s magnum opus RRR which also stars Ram Charan, Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt in major roles.

Delhi Capitals brought David Warner back to their franchises after eight years as the Rishabh Pant-led side built a squad of 24 players in a bid to win their maiden Indian Premier League (IPL) trophy.
Delhi spent a huge chunk of money on multi-utility players like Shardul Thakur and Mitchell Marsh, roping them in their squad for Rs 10.75 crore and Rs 6.5 crore respectively.
While Delhi let go of a lot of their star players from the previous season, the one name that left the skipper disappointed was that of fast bowler Avesh Khan. The 25-year-old pacer was one of the standout performers for Delhi Capitals in the last edition of the IPL, picking up 24 wickets in 16 matches.
In an exclusive chat with Sportskeeda, Avesh Khan reveals that Rishabh Pant hugged him and apologised for not being able to buy him back

Pant had told the team management to go after the pacer in the two-day mega auction in Bengaluru but it was not to be as his bid soared up to Rs 10 crore and Delhi, with other spots to fill, could not match the bid made by one of the two new entrants in IPL -- Lucknow Super Giants.
After the bidding war for Avesh Khan was over and he was sold to the Lucknow-based franchise, the pacer recalled an emotional moment that took place after the auction.

When the auction was going on, the team was flying from Ahmedabad to Kolkata for the upcoming T20I series against the West Indies. Soon after the flight landed, Pant greeted Avesh Khan with a hug and apologised to him for not being able to retain him in the Delhi franchise.
"After our flight landed in Kolkata, I met Rishabh outside and he held his arms wide open for giving me a hug. He told me, ‘Sorry, le nahin paye’. Because they weren’t left with a huge purse and had players to buy as well. When I watched the auction later, I saw that they did place a final bid for me at 8.75cr, but Lucknow eventually bid the highest. So it was a very emotional moment with Rishabh; we have played Under-19 together, we always sit together after matches, hangout together,” Avesh was quoted as saying by Sportskeeda.
This emotional moment shows why the Delhi team management, led by former Australia skipper Ricky Ponting, showed faith in the wicket-keeper batter as they chose him to lead the side.

Rajkummar Rao’s latest film Badhaai Do received fair reviews from the critics and audiences alike and is now collecting well at the box office due to positive word of mouth.
While Rajkummar has shown his brilliance as an actor once again on the big screen, a Behind The Scenes footage has been posted by the film's sound designer that proves his brilliance off-screen as well.

Anish John, who is the sound designer of Badhaai Do, shared a BTS footage where Rajkummar Rao can be seen pretending to pull a suitcase while performing a scene.

Applauding the actor for being a team player, John wrote, “This is what brilliant actors do… they collaborate. They let everyone do their respective jobs while still being great at what they do. Here we see @rajkummar_rao pretending to pull a suitcase rather than insisting on pulling a noisy one which would have made the dialogue impossible to record. Thank you for this brother.”

Reacting to Anish John’s caption, the humble actor responded saying, “Mere bhai. Filmmaking is a team work and each and every department and every person is equally important yahi toh seekha hamne FTII mein and in this case it was you brother.”

Hrithik Roshan has been hogging all the limelight ever since rumours about him dating Saba Azad surfaced on the internet. They have been in the headlines as reports indicate that they have found love in each other.
Spilling the beans about Hrithik's equation with Saba, a source exclusively informed India Today, "Hrithik Roshan and Saba first met each other through a common friend, who is into Indie music. After their first meeting, Hrithik and Saba stayed in touch and met recently for dinner. The duo discussed their work over dinner."
They haven’t publicly announced it but their frequent appearances indicate that they are in a relationship with each other. Hrithik Roshan’s ex wife, interior designer Sussanne Khan, praised musician Saba Azad, who is rumoured to be in a relationship with the actor. Sussanne took to Instagram and shared a photo of Saba on stage at an event in Mumbai.

Sussanne captioned the post, “What an amazing eve..! You are super cool and supremely talented @sabazad @madboymink.” She also geo-tagged the location as Soho House in Mumbai. Saba responded to the post and wrote, “Thanks my Suzie, so so happy you were there last night.”

As Sussanne appreciated Saba, people started to troll her and found it very weird to see Sussanne reaching out to Hrithik’s current girlfriend. People even called her a ‘modern sautan’.

The IPL 2022 mega auction is over and we expect all the Indian players to forget about everything and focus on giving their best for the country. However, it’s easier said than done and India’s white-ball skipper Rohit Sharma also knows this.
That’s why once the auction ended, the ‘Hitman’ assembled all the players and told them not to get too upset or overjoyed with their IPL deals and stay committed to the national team while they wore the India colours.
    © Twitter/BCCI
“It was understood that guys will go through ups and downs, some emotional feeling within themselves on which team they will play for in the IPL. But that was done the day before yesterday, we had a great meeting with everyone and we asked them to focus on the colour blue for the next two week,” the Indian opener said at the pre-match press conference on the eve of the first T20I against the West Indies.

“Whatever has happened, has happened, for the next two weeks, they have to focus on playing for India, nothing else,” added the 34-year-old.

    — BCCI (@BCCI) February 15, 2022
“That is something we spoke of and all these guys are professionals, you can expect once they wear India colours, it is all about India, nothing else matters.”
When asked about if a player’s role for his IPL franchise plays any role in determining where he would bat or bowl in the Indian team, Rohit reiterated that IPL doesn’t matter when playing for the Indian team.
    © Instagram/Rohit Sharma
When a player is a part of the Indian team, IPL has no bearing. The decisions are made based on what the Indian team needs from them. They could be opening the innings for their IPL outfit but in the Indian team they can be asked to bat in the middle order and they should be ready to adapt to different situations.

“There is no consideration of IPL here, honestly. We are not looking at where will players bat for their franchise in the IPL, we are looking at where they will bat for Team India, as simple as that. We will be focusing on this, these guys do different roles for their franchises, what we need from them here is important.
    © Twitter/BCCI
“IPL will happen later, we will take care of it then. This is the time for us to do things and guys have been spoken to on what we are expecting out of them. Whether it is bowler or batter, the clarity has been given to them and it is up to them on how they want to adapt,” he explained.
From Ishan Kishan to Deepak Chahar, several players who are a part of the Indian team for the upcoming series against the Windies waged a bidding war among the franchises at the auction and filled up their coffers.
    © Twitter/IPL
Given the bumper deals they received at the auction, it was normal for them to get over excited but Rohit’s great piece of advice would have certainly calmed them down and rechanneled their focus towards the next series.
