    As a country totally obsessed with pop culture, Bollywood films, and celebrities, we are fast in spotting look alikes of our favorite movie stars on social media. In the past, doppelgangers of celebrities like Ranveer Singh, Kiara Advani among others have made headlines. Now, a content creator on Instagram is grabbing eyeballs for her uncanny resemblance to late Sridevi.

    Reacting to one of her videos, an Instagram user wrote, "Waaah Kamal kr diya". Another wrote, "Aap to ekdam Sridevi ho". Most of her posts are filled with similar comments.

    For the unversed, Sridevi was counted among the most successful actresses and was considered as the first female superstar of the country. Before entering Bollywood with Solva Sawan in 1979, she had already established herself as a leading actress in the South film industry. 
    In Bollywood, she delivered various iconic films including Nagina, Chandni, Lamhe, and English Vinglish. Her last film was Mom for which she posthumously won the National Film Award in the Best Actress category.  
    Sridevi passed away due to accidental drowning in 2018 in Dubai. She is survived by her producer-husband Boney Kapoor and daughters - Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor. While Janhvi entered the film industry with Dhadak in 2018 and is doing well for herself, Khushi too is expected to make her acting debut soon.

    Sushmita Sen and Rohman Shawl, with an age gap of 15 years, made quite a stir on social media when they made their relationship official in 2018. Sushmita connected with Rohman after she spotted a message from him in her DMs. Their mushy love story was all over their social media and people were impressed by the fact how they root for each other. 
    Their pictures on social media only spoke of the love they have for each other. However, sadly there is trouble in paradise now.  The actress took to her social media account and announced their break up.

Before she posted about it, rumors of them breaking up started doing the rounds and as expected, some people were quick to judge Sushmita and pass lewd comments like 'she must have gone bored' and also took a dig at the age gap between the two.

    The comments were downright unacceptable and it’s insensitive to bash her because of her age. We don’t support this practice of trolling at all and it’s high time we all call it out.

    In an earlier interview with Times of India, Rohman had said, “Sushmita, her daughters (Renee and Alisah) and I are a family already. Sometimes, I am like a father to the kids, sometimes, I am a friend to them, and at times, we fight, too. We live like a normal family, and we enjoy that. So, we don’t dwell upon questions like ‘ Aap shaadi kab kar rahe ho (when are you getting married)’. When marriage happens, we won’t hide it. For now, we are enjoying the success of her web series. Aage sochenge kya hota hai (we will think about the future later).”

    Those who watched Spider-Man: No Way Home were treated with a glimpse of the upcoming second instalment in the Doctor Strange franchise titled Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. 
    Added as a second post-credit scene in Spider-Man: No Way Home, the Doctor Strange 2 teaser left the audience gobsmacked as for the first time it introduced the live-action Evil Doctor Strange who is touted to be even more powerful than Doctor Strange.

    Besides Evil Doctor Strange, the teaser also showcased the side effects of the botched up spell that Doctor Strange put up in Spider-Man: No Way Home, his meeting with the Scarlet Witch and his love life. 

    Now, the teaser has officially been released online and fans have been going crazy over it on social media.

    Many fans have been drawing parallels of the live-action Evil Doctor Strange to its animated counterpart that they first saw earlier this year in Marvel Studios’s What If…?

    Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness was initially helmed by Scott Derrickson who also directed the previous film. However, he soon took an exit from the sequel citing creative differences with Marvel Studios. 

    The studio then roped in Sam Raimi known for helming the original Spider-Man trilogy. It was only fitting that Spider-Man: No Way Home marked the return of Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man and it also featured Sam Raimi’s Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness teaser, in a way, marking their reunion after the 2007 blockbuster Spider-Man 3.

    Ranveer Singh-starrer biographical drama 83, directed by Kabir Khan, is ready to hit the big screens on Friday (24 December). Based on the Indian Cricketer Team's 1983 World Cup win, the film will see Ranveer essaying the role of former cricketer and Indian captain Kapil Dev. Last night, the star-studded premiere of 83 was held in Mumbai which was attended by various celebs and cricketers who were a part of the 1983 team.

    After watching 83, Mohinder Amarnath, the former Vice-Captain of the Indian Cricket team, was extremely touched by Saqib Saleem's performance, who played his role in the cricket-based film. A video from the premiere is doing the rounds on social media in which the veteran cricketer is seen hugging the actor.

    Talking further about the film, 83 also features Deepika Padukone in the role of Kapil Dev's wife Romi Bhatia. Pankaj Tripathi, Ammy Virk, Harrdy Sandhu among others are also playing crucial roles in the biopic. 
    Originally, 83 was scheduled to release in 2020, however, got delayed amid the COVID-19 pandemic and is now releasing during the Christmas weekend.

    It’s not a hidden fact anymore that outsiders in Bollywood haven’t got it easy and they have struggled to get that one chance to prove their talent. Vivek Oberoi agrees with it but also makes a point that it’s not easy for insiders as well. In his previous interviews, he had said that he has never benefited from nepotism as he has struggled all by himself to get roles.

    He made his Bollywood debut with Ram Gopal Varma's film Company. He has featured in many movies including Road, Dum, Saathiya, Masti, Yuva, Kisna: The Warrior Poet, Omkara, Shootout at Lokhandwala, Mission Istanbul, Rakht Charitra, Bank Chor, and PM Narendra Modi. 
    In an interview with Zoom Digital, Vivek spoke about how he said no to his father Suresh Oberoi for producing movies for him as he wanted to make his own name by himself without the tag of a star kid.

    Vivek said, "I went up to my father, I think I was 22 or 23 when I said I don't want to do this. I don't want you to produce films for me and he was like 'Are you mad?' And I was like no, I don't want you to do it. You made it on your own and he said 'but I had to struggle'. Struggling is very difficult. And I said, 'No, even I will struggle'. And he said, 'Arey, how can you struggle? You are Suresh Oberoi's son'. And then, I said I will drop your last name."

    He went on to add, “I will just be Vivek Anand and I will struggle. I will go door-to-door, I will go office-to-office. I will stand in queues. I will go and take my portfolios, awards, and certificates that I had won in inter-college and national youth festivals. I had done so much theatre.”  
    He also revealed that he had to struggle for almost 2 years and faced so many rejections before he finally got a platform. When he was struggling and going to production houses, a lot of people suggested that he quit acting. 
    In an earlier interview with Indian Express, he revealed that it was very hard for him to convince Ram Gopal Varma that he can play a small-time goon in his debut movie. He told the leading daily, “I went and rented a ‘kholi’, a little hut and I stayed for 15 days in a slum. It had no toilet. I had to go to a ‘sulabh shauchalaya’ (public toilet). I had to keep one-rupee coins with me. I had to bathe out of a drum of water with no plumbing. I slept on the floor with mice all around. I ate and drank locally. I observed how they drink their tea, smoke their ‘beedis’, and eat their samosa. Basically, I studied all that. I recorded how they live. I dressed up as that character with chappals, torn shirt, vest inside, tight pants, and messed up completely. I then went to meet Ramu.” 
    On the professional front, he was last seen in Inside Edge 3. Vivek started shooting for his Malayalam movie Kaduva. The film is directed by Shaji Kailas. Prithviraj Sukumaran is playing the lead role in Kaduva.

    If I were to choose alternate careers for people in the industry, besides suggesting Karan Johar become an official match-maker and Ranveer Singh, a stylist, I would most definitely also suggest actress Kangana Ranaut become a journalist, because either way that woman knows how to break headlines. And this time around she did so by directly attacking 'those in power'.
    Yet again in the news with another controversy, Manikarnika actress Kangana Ranaut turned up to the Khar police station in Mumbai today morning in connection with the FIR that was lodged against her for her remarks about the farmer’s protest.

    Being the unapologetic and unabashed person she is, when the farmers came together to protest against the farmers' laws passed in September 2020, the actress didn't shy away from giving her two cents. 

    In fact, she gave more than just her two cents, for she passed rather controversial and allegedly ‘provoking’ remarks about the protests. Which in turn, invited an FIR against her for being insensitive.
    The actress was supposed to show up for questioning at the police station on the 22nd of December, however, she could not make it. Instead, the actress showed up at the Khar police station today dressed in a floral saree.

    However, what really caught attention was not so much as her appearance at the station, but what came after - a post on social media. 

    Taking to her Instagram account, Kangana Ranaut posted a story with a caption that read, “Another day, another visit to the police station. Hundreds of politically motivated FIR and hours of questioning."

    The actress went on to take a direct dig at those in power as she said, “This country continues to ill-treat and devalue nationalists and if you love your nation, you are on your own against a very powerful enemy. Those in power would prioritise vote banks and for that, they can encourage terrorism. So it's a lonely road and guess what? It's alright #jaihind.”

    The FIR, in question, was filed by a Sikh organisation that claimed that Kangana, through her Instagram post, had portrayed the farmers' protest on Delhi borders as a ‘Khalistani movement’ This is also not the only FIR against the actress till now.

    The premiere of 83 was a humongous success last night as the star lit red carpet was filled with the biggest names of Bollywood and the Cricket world. The movie chronicles the success of the Indian team winning the World Cup in 1983 and watching the real life stars with the on-screen reel life stars was a wonderful aesthetic sight.



    The movie is getting raving reviews from critics and the star of the show is obviously our beloved ‘baba’ Ranveer Singh who looked absolutely polished last night walking hand-in-hand with his ladylove and co-star Deepika Padukone. While we still have to wait for a day for the movie to release, the after party videos of the entire on-screen gang dancing the night away is reminiscent of Deepika-Ranveer’s wedding videos. The couple is seen dancing to Bijee Bijlee and Lover, the famous track by Diljit Dosanjh.

    She has now been joined by fellow contestant Neha Bhasin, who was recently trolled for the outfit that she was wearing while on a dinner date with Bigg Boss 15 fame Rajiv Adatia. 
    Taking to Instagram, Neha had shared a few pictures of herself with Rajiv and later, a video of the two was shared by a paparazzi account on social media.

    I am 25-years-old, presumably fit, fine and healthy and often reminded to be in what are called the ‘prime years’ of my life. 
    Considering I am neither obese nor too skinny, I believed that I may fit right into the definition of being fit, but that was until I met Milind Soman, a bonafide name in the fashion, Bollywood and fitness fraternity.
    Someone who is known to break past stereotypes and redefine ‘normal’, Milind Soman recently spoke exclusively with MensXP where he blew my mind by discarding every single notion I had towards fitness.

    The actor and supermodel recently embarked on a 10-day-long journey by riding a bicycle from Mumbai to Delhi. Mapping through the cities of Gujarat, Rajasthan and Haryana, Milind partnered with Veeba’s Earthmade Organix for this green ride to emphasize the need for cleaner air. 

    And while at it, Milind Soman also busted a few myths we had about staying healthy, especially ones where we assumed that a fit body could only be a byproduct of relentless workout. 
    However, coming from the horse’s mouth himself, Milind revealed, “I don’t really work out so I don’t use those terms, but I am active for only about 15-20 minutes a day. That’s my average for working out every day.”

    And for all those of us who presumed that a good body could only come from hours of gyming and dieting, this came as a breath of fresh air and hope.

    Milind continued to say, “I never go to the gym, I just challenge myself regularly. Be it by embarking on a 10-day challenge like this one, where I cycled from Bombay to Delhi to promote the cause or by running triathlons or anything.”

    He also clarified how he might be seen doing a lot of marathons, but he doesn’t indulge in them all too often either. 

    “I don’t do it all the time. The only catch is that I have maintained that level of fitness where I can dream of doing whatever I want and I am equipped to actually do it. That is the secret to living life. Life is constantly throwing challenges at you, and if you’re not prepared - you suffer. It’s like the lesson you learnt in school- if you study, you pass. It has nothing to do with geography or science or mathematics. If you’ll study, you’ll pass,” said Milind.
    Calling his 15-20 minutes of workout every single day of his life, a ‘bare minimum’, Milind squashed all those notions we had about fitness by reminding us that the human body can function well and stay healthy simply by being consistent.

    Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are enjoying the love their movie has got from film critics and their industry friends. Yesterday, they organized a big screening, and famous names like Ayushmann Khurrana, Janhvi Kapoor, and others graced the occasion with their presence. As Alia Bhatt is close friends with Ranveer and has already worked with him in many projects, she also came to appreciate her Gully Boy. 
    As it was a glittery event, Alia chose to wear an off-shoulder black mini dress that came with silver sequins all over and was draped with a black cloth to end in a flowy train on either side. She kept her hair open and accentuated her look with smokey eye makeup. She wore a pair of black heels that added glam to her look.

    While she genuinely looked pretty, people were busy making fun of her dress. It’s her choice and she did carry her attire well. 

    Alia is no stranger to being trolled on social networking sites. A while back, Bhatt was massively trolled for not attending her BFF Katrina Kaif’s wedding. It’s not a hidden fact that Alia is dating Katrina’s ex-boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor and people were quick enough to judge Alia on the basis of their dynamics. People went on to say that Katrina might not have even invited her. But, it wasn’t the case as Alia had prior work comments, and it was the trailer launch of the RRR movie on the very same day. 
    On the personal front, Alia has been making headlines for her relationship with Ranbir Kapoor. The two are said to be dating each other for the last few years and are set to get hitched next year. Alia and Ranbir are said to have fallen for each other on the sets of Brahmastra almost four years back.
