Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, who are one of the most-loved Bollywood couples, often take breaks from their professional commitments to spend quality time with each other. The much-in-love couple exchanged wedding vows on 14 November 2018 and recently completed three years of marital bliss. On the special occasion, Ranveer and Deepika decided to be together to celebrate their anniversary in Uttarakhand in a low-key manner.
Taking to social media, the Bajirao Mastani actors shared a few monochromatic pictures on Wednesday (17 November) giving fans a sneak peek into their Uttarakhand getaway. Posting the first photo album on Instagram, Deepika wrote, "All of my heart"  while the second post was captioned as, "And then some (red heart emoticon)".
Ranveer shared the same pictures with a red heart, infinity, and amulet emoticon in the caption. In the holiday pictures, the couple is seen chilling in the hills, enjoying the sunlight, exploring the greenery, and clicking selfies. The romantic pictures will surely make you believe in love all over again.

For the unversed, Ranveer and Deepika reportedly fell in love while shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela. Later, the stars teamed up with the director for Bajirao Mastani and Padmaavat as well. After dating each other for several years, they finally tied the knot in 2018 in a dreamy wedding in Lake Como, Italy in the presence of their close ones.
On the professional front, the happily-married couple will be reuniting onscreen in Kabir Khan's 83, the biopic of former Indian cricketer Kapil Dev. While Ranveer will be seen stepping into the legendary cricketer's shoes, Deepika is playing the role of his wife, Romi Bhatia. Originally, the much-awaited film was slated to release last year, however, got delayed due to the COVID-19 crisis. It is now all set to release in theatres on 24 December.
Besides 83, Ranveer has films like Jayeshbhai Jordaar, Cirkus, and Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani in his kitty. While Deepika too has an interesting lineup which includes Shakun Batra's untitled film with Ananya Pandey and Siddhant Chaturvedi, Pathan opposite Shah Rukh Khan, and The Intern remake alongside Amitabh Bachchan.

After a long wait, the new trailer of Don't Look Up is finally out. Featuring Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence in lead roles, the star-studded satire revolves around two astronauts who try to warn the world about a killer comet approaching the planet. However, no one takes them seriously.
In the trailer, astronomy professor Dr. Randall Mindy (Leonardo DiCaprio) and his student, Kate Dibiasky (Jennifer Lawrence) are trying to warn the world about the giant comet that can destroy the planet. From meeting the US President (played by Meryl Streep) to leaking the news on the Internet, they try everything possible, however, no one believes them.
When the government finally takes the warning seriously, the astronauts choose not to focus on rescuing the world and instead decide to mint money out of it. At one point, in the trailer, they even get arrested by the FBI. Written and directed by Adam McKay, the end-of-the-world comedy also highlights the political divide.
The film’s cast includes Meryl Streep, Rob Morgan, Ariana Grande, Jonah Hill, Mark Rylance, Tyler Perry, Scott Mescudi, Timothee Chalamet, Melanie Lynskey, Ron Perlman, Himesh Patel, Michael Chiklis, Tomer Sisley, and Cate Blanchett.
    Watch the trailer here:

The trailer has garnered a positive response from fans who are excited for the film’s release as well as Lawrence's return to the big screen. Some even called it better than the Spider-Man: No Way Home trailer. Take a look at a few reactions below:

For the unversed, Lawrence hasn't starred in a movie since 2018's Red Sparrow apart from a short appearance in X-Men: Dark Phoenix in 2019. Hence, Don’t Look Up marks her return to the big screen after a long gap. The film is all set to hit the theatres in the United States on 10 December, followed by a Netflix premiere on 24 December.
Excited for this one? Let us know in the comments below.

The first T20I against New Zealand will mark the new era in Indian cricket after the departure of former head coach Ravi Shastri and ex-captain Virat Kohli. While the former has parted ways with the Indian team after his glittering tenure came to an end, the latter has been given the much-needed break after relinquishing captaincy in the shortest format.
The Kohli-Shastri partnership took Indian cricket to new heights in the last four years, especially in the game’s most challenging format -- Test cricket. Under their guidance, India became a force to reckon with across the globe, beating teams both home and away.

In the past, legendary all-rounder Kapil Dev has openly criticised the Indian players on a number of issues. He called out Kohli and Shastri when they tried to interfere with the selection matters. He also chided the players for choosing IPL money over playing for their country.

So while evaluating their tenure, many would have expected him to be strict but he was anything but that. Contrary to the common perception, the former India skipper, like most fans, also believes that the Kohli-Shastri duo did an incredible job, which included winning back-to-back Test series on Australian soil.

The former skipper, under whose leadership India became the world champion for the first time in 1983, added that despite dominating around the world they could not lift any major ICC trophy and it would be their biggest regret, if any.

“I think both have done a super job. I understand that they could not win India a major trophy but if we look at the last five years, since Kohli took over, there has been nothing lack. The big thing lacking is an ICC trophy. Apart from that, India have won in Australia, England… wherever they have travelled, they have beaten the other team,” Kapil Dev said in an interview with Uncut.
    © Reuters
Talking about India’s recent performance in the just-concluded T20 World Cup, Kapil Dev said that had the Men In Blue reached the knockout stage, he wouldn’t have complained about it. But the fact that, despite being among the pre-tournament favourites, India couldn’t even qualify for the semis was hard to digest.

“Reaching the World Cup knockouts is also a huge deal. I think after the 2007 World Cup in West Indies, this T20 World Cup is where it felt that India were disappointing. Had they reached the top 4 and then lost, it is understandable. But if you don't reach the top 4, there will be criticism.
    © Reuters
“If you look at it from a trophy point of view, that's a different thing altogether. But if you look at their cricket, the brand they have played in the last five years, I would give them 90 percent marks out of 100, and deduct 10 percent marks for not winning an ICC Trophy,” he added.

Like the legend said, one bad tournament doesn’t mean that the team is poor. Rather than going all out on criticism, the fans must not forget these were the same players who gave us countless moments to cherish in the last few years.
    © Reuters
No doubt, India couldn’t match the expectations in this year’s T20 World Cup but one bad competition cant tarnish Kohli and Shastri’s legacy and we all must be proud of what they achieved during their combined tenure.

The Harry Potter franchise, be it the books or the amazing movies, is one which was one of the most successful franchises the world ever saw. Whether it was people lining up outside bookstores to get their copy on the release of the new Harry Potter book or people watching the movies in cinema halls, the series had magic that certainly could not ever be replicated.
    © Warner Bros.
As we bid farewell to the original Harry Potter series back in 2011 with the release of the final film, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, we knew that we also said goodbye to a part of our childhood that made us believe in magic.

However, 10 years on, HBO has made sure that we get a taste of what things were like when the Harry Potter movies were around.
    That's right!
After witnessing the release of the Friends: The Reunion, which was aired not so long ago, HBO Max has now decided to bring together the cast members of the original Harry Potter movies for a TV reunion special.
    View this post on Instagram
Yes! Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint & Emma Watson, who played the roles of Harry Potter, Ronald Weasley, and Hermione Granger will lead the rest of the cast members in coming back for the reunion. HBO even released the teaser for it, making us go like, 'Where did that come from?'
This event will be the first time that all the lead actors will be seen together on TV since the culmination of the original Harry Potter movie series. Titled Return To Hogwarts, the TV special will see the trio joined by cast members Helena Bonham Carter, Robbie Coltrane, Ralph Fiennes, Jason Isaacs, Gary Oldman, Imelda Staunton, and Tom Felton. The reunion special was announced by HBO exactly 20 years after the US release of the first film, Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone.

The 52-second teaser trailer of Return To Hogwarts showed different clips from the movies while promising that “the legendary cast” would return “to where the magic started”. Insane, right? Well, you can watch the TV special on January 1, 2022.

Saif Ali Khan and Rani Mukerji are among the most loved and adored onscreen jodis in Bollywood from the 2000s era. There would hardly be any 90s kid who didn’t ship these two after watching films like Ta Ra Rum Pum and Hum Tum.

    © Yash Raj Films
Before they recreate their undeniable chemistry on the big screen with their upcoming film Bunty Aur Babli 2, they recently found themselves reminiscing about the good, bad and the ‘worst’ from the work they did together in the past.

    © Yash Raj Films
In a video released on Yash Raj Films’ official YouTube channel, the duo discussed when they first met, their debuts in Bollywood and the films they did together under the YRF banner. They recalled the kissing shot in Hum Tum which both were quite “uncomfortable” with and hence, it got awkward while shooting it.

    © Yash Raj Films
Saif said to Rani that she tried to convince him before the shot to not go ahead with it because she was having cold feet about it. She asked, “Do you remember how scared we were to do the kissing shot?” To which, Saif replied, “I remember how scared you were to do the kissing shot.”

The scene they are talking about is from the title song of the movie.
    © Yash Raj Films
“You said, ‘Listen, you say that you don’t want to kiss me.’ So I said, ‘I can’t say that! My boss has told me, so I have to do it.’ You said, ‘Listen, I don’t think we should do it,’” he recalled. However, in the end she reluctantly agreed. “And, it was the worst kiss in the history of cinema,  it was so uncomfortable. It made me so uncomfortable because you were so uncomfortable” Saif added.

Rani hysterically laughed and agreed that she was, in fact, very uncomfortable doing the scene. However, we didn’t notice it being weird on the screen when we watched it. Or maybe because we were obliged to change the channel as soon as it came on.

Generations of men have been quietly suffering from outdated norms and toxic notions of masculinity. Age-old adages like "Men Don't Cry", "Toughen Up", or "Be The Man Of The House", have harmed men more than they'd let know. MensXP has always been committed to providing safe spaces for men to open up about these experiences so that a more positive outlook on masculinity can be created.

Kangana Ranaut is no stranger to controversies as she is someone who believes in speaking her mind without any hesitation. She once again stirred up controversy with her views on India's independence struggle against British rule. Last week, while speaking at a summit, she said that India's freedom was a ‘bheekh (handout)’.
On Tuesday, Kangana shared an old newspaper article and wrote, “Either you are a Gandhi fan or Netaji supporter. You can't be both, choose and decide.” The newspaper had an old article from the 1940s with the headline, “Gandhi, others agreed to hand over Netaji.” She took potshots at Mahatma Gandhi and said, “Those are the ones who taught us if someone slaps you offer another cheek for one more slap and that is how you will get aazaadi. That's not how one gets aazadi, one can only get bheekh like that. Choose your heroes wisely.”
    © Instagram

Kangana also claimed that Gandhi ‘never supported’ Bhagat Singh or Subhas Chandra Bose. “So you need to choose who you support because just placing them all in one box of your memory and every year wishing them all on their birth anniversaries is not enough. In fact, it is not just dumb, it is highly irresponsible and superficial. One must know their history and their heroes,” she said.

Well, her remarks haven't gone down too well with social media users who think she has completely lost it. They have termed her as ‘deshdrohi’ and also went on to say that she has been appointed by the BJP government to distract people from important topics.

In just over a couple of hours, the Indian Cricket team will start a new chapter in the shortest format, under the able guidance of newly-appointed skipper Rohit Sharma and head coach Rahul Dravid.
    © Reuters
The Men In Blue will look to shrug off the T20 World Cup heartbreak when they go up against New Zealand, who are fresh off their final loss to Australia, in the first match of the T20I series Jaipur.

Those who saw Rohit playing cricket at a young age knew he was a “special talent”. The new head coach Dravid said the same thing when asked about his first memory of Rohit during their first joint press conference on the eve of the series opener against the Kiwis.

In international cricket, nothing came easy to the ‘The Hitman’. The 34-year-old opener made his international debut back in 2007 but couldn’t cement his place in the side for the first six years. He spent, read wasted, all those years batting in the middle and lower-middle order and couldn’t deliver on his true potential.

After failing for six long years, the 2013 Champions Trophy proved to be a turning point in his career that changed everything for good. He was among the highest run-getters in the tournament, alongside his opening partner Shikhar Dhawan, and he has never looked back since.

Despite proving his leadership credentials in the IPL and guiding Mumbai Indians to five IPL titles, many of his fans believe that he got Team India’s full-time captaincy a bit late, perhaps by a couple of years, if not more.

However, watching their talisman attend the press conference as India’s full-time captain in the shortest format on Tuesday, his fans were over the moon and they celebrated the occasion by expressing their happiness on social media.

As the celebrations were going on an old tweet of Rohit from almost a decade back started doing rounds on the internet and people were left surprised how perfectly it fit the current context.

Back in 2012, Rohit had travelled to Jaipur for a Ranji Trophy match against Rajasthan after being appointed as the captain of domestic giants Mumbai.
Touched down in jaipur and yes I will be leading the side, looking forward to the added responsibility :)

On behalf of all his fans, we wish him well and hope that the Indian team achieves great success under his leadership.
