Aryan Khan's arrest by the NCB has created a debate on social media. There are people who think he is being targeted as he is a popular face and there are others who believe he should be punished for taking drugs. Apart from Aryan, the NCB has also detained Arbaaz Merchantt, Munmun Dhamecha, Nupur Sarika, Ishmeet Singh, Mohak Jaswal, Vikrant Chhoker and Gomit Chopra.
View this post on InstagramCelebs from the industry have stepped in to support Aryan’s case and are defending him. From Suniel Shetty to Pooja Bhatt, celebs have spoken in favour of the Khans. Now, Mika Singh has also joined the brigade and thinks Aryan Khan is used as a pawn as there were others too at the party on the cruise whose names haven’t been highlighted at this level.
He tweeted, “Wow what a beautiful @CordeliaCruises I wish I could have visited. I heard lots of people were there but I couldn’t see anyone else accept #AaryanKhan... Itne bade cruse mei sirf Aryan hi ghoom raha tha kya.. hadd hai.. good morning have a wonderful day..”

After the tweet started to get traction, people started to bash Mika Singh for taking Aryan's side. Some people went to say that he believes in only flattering the Khans. One of the users even pointed out that he hardly has tweeted anything in support of the farmers during their protests.

    Here’s how people reacted:

We wonder how Mika would react to these strong reactions.

A while back, Gauri’s friend Sussanne Khan also came out in support of Aryan. She said, “I think this is not about Aryan Khan, as he was unfortunately at the wrong place at the wrong time, this situation is being made an example to drive home the excitement that some people get as they have a witch hunt on people from Bollywood. It’s sad n unfair as he is a good kid. I stand by Gauri n Shahrukh.”
All the accused, including Aryan, have been sent to further NCB custody till October 7.

After many speculations and rumours, it is now confirmed that Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya are heading for divorce. The couple announced the same on their respective social media accounts and went public with their decision.

They wrote, ‘After much deliberation and thought, we have decided to part ways as husband and wife to pursue our own paths. We are fortunate to have a friendship of over a decade that was the very core of our relationship which we believe will always hold a special bond between us. We request our fans, well-wishers and the media to support us during this difficult time and give us the privacy we need to move on.’

Their fans have been heartbroken, and since the announcement, several hashtags have been trending on Twitter.
This happened just five days ahead of their wedding anniversary. People from the industry, too, are extending their support for the duo.

One of the first lessons I learnt from a teacher in school...

    "Cheaters never prosper."

    What's yours?
    — Siddharth (@Actor_Siddharth) October 2, 2021
However, Siddharth took to Twitter and spoke about 'cheaters' in a cryptic tweet.
The timing of the tweet clashed with the couple's divorce news, and many surmised that it is linked with Samantha and Naga Chaitanya's separation. Siddharth said in the tweet, "Cheaters never prosper."
Soon after, he was called out by the people for his 'cheap behaviour.
For the unversed, Siddharth and Samantha too dated back in the days. They were together for a while in 2013

As per reports, they were together for almost two and a half years, but they never confirmed their relationship status.

It’s almost unbelievable how Majnu Bhai’s painting from the comedy movie Welcome has been a running joke for fans after years of the film’s release.
The painting of a horse standing on another horse was, in fact, a masterpiece and fans have been hailing Anil Kapoor’s character ever since for the traffic-stopping artwork (pun intended).
    © UTV Motion Pictures
Someone on Twitter recently posted a painting that reminded them of Majnu bhai’s iconic painting while on a trip to a museum.

She shared the picture with the painting of a running house in the background and captioned it, “Can't believe I found majnu bhai ki painting today.”
    © Twitter/OhBatra
The artwork, in question, did have a horse, but no Akshay Kumar in sight, sitting on the bonnet of the car behind it, nor did it have a horse standing atop it. Fans were disappointed and called it a cheap copy of the masterpiece by Majnu Bhai.

    © UTV Motion Pictures
A user named Anchal shared the picture of the painting hung in a museum that had a similar colour scheme of yellow, orange and blue and had a couple of horses behind it.

NGL, it did seem like a refined version of Majnu Bhai’s painting but fans begged to differ. They say it didn’t even come close to the epic painting by Majnu Bhai.
Here is what people said about the post and the ‘uncanny’ similarity.
Neverrrr Everrrrrr compare that shit with this pic.twitter.com/bIgbgHytmg
    — Vision (@iiTzVision) October 3, 2021Looks like cheap copy to me

    — M. Jiraiya (@masterjiiraiya) October 2, 2021The Delhi-based user shared in the comment section that she found the painting in India Habitat Centre’s Art Gallery, New Delhi. We wonder if the makers of the movie ever imagined how the painting would be remembered and become a meme joke for years to come?

    © UTV Motion Pictures
Fans simply refuse to let go of the painting joke and it keeps coming back.

A while ago, a picture of Vicky Kaushal standing on a horse surfaced on the internet because the actor had captioned it, “Got a little too inspired by Majnu bhai’s painting this morning.” Anil Kapoor also responded to the picture saying he would love to paint this too, someday.
    © Instagram/Vicky Kaushal
It has appeared on graphic T-shirts, home decor items and more which desis love to buy. Majnu bhai is no MF Hussain but his painting has gained more popularity than the film itself.

Do you think the painting in the post looks like the real-life version of Majnu bhai’s artwork? Or is it really a sasti copy? Let us know in the comments below.

The drug scandal involving Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan took another turn today as it was announced that he alongside Arbaaz Merchantt and Munmun Dhamecha had been sent to the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) custody till October 7 (Thursday). Under the court hearing for the incident involving the drug raid of the cruise ship, the NCB said that it had found 'incriminating evidence' on Aryan's phone after which the court acted upon extending the custody of Aryan and others.
    © Twitter
Now, we are sure that a lot must have happened in the court, especially after NCB's earlier revelations regarding the number of drugs that they had recovered in the possession of the people on board the cruise ship. However, it is now revealed that, in the statement submitted by lawyer Satish Maneshinde on behalf of Aryan Khan, he himself has leaped to his defense by suggesting that he did not have anything on him, and how it was his close friend who was caught in possession of the said drugs. Aryan said that his bag was searched only to later have nothing in it.

“My bag was searched but nothing was found. After some time they took custody of my phone and began interrogating me. Mr. Merchant is a friend of mine. He was found in possession and we were arrested.” he said.
It looks like things might actually end up coming down on Arbaaz Merchantt, who is said to be a very dear friend of Aryan and is quite well-acquainted with the inner circle of Bollywood. The NCB had also claimed that they had found specific conversations on Aryan's phone while he was outside India that were linked to drug trafficking. However, Aryan disagrees and even went on to compare the incident to that of Rhea Chakraborty's.
    © Twitter
"Now they say when I (Aryan Khan) was abroad, I have certain conversations on the phone and they want to bust an international drug trafficking racket in the last one year I've gone to my university. In the entire period, I have not indulged in any drug trafficking. Even if the offenses are non-bailable as argued, based on Rhea's case, I am entitled to bail." said Aryan.

He later also suggested that he cannot be held responsible for something that he didn't do, meaning that it could all actually be on Arbaaz and others who were caught in possession of the things. "There section 27A was invoked, for financing. If material is seized from other accused, that cannot be foisted on me" the statement read.
It looks to be seen how things will unfold from here on, however it sure will be a hard and testing week for Shah Rukh Khan and family.

Chennai Super Kings and Delhi Capitals, two of the most consistent sides in the ongoing edition of IPL 2021, faced off in a crucial encounter at Dubai International Cricket Stadium.
Both sides knew a win would assure them a top-two finish on the points table and give them two opportunities to reach the final.

With so much at stake, both sides wanted the result to go their way but, in the end, Delhi Capitals players held their nerves and sealed the game in the final over with three wickets to spare, becoming the first side to reach 20 points this season.

The batters from both sides struggled to get going on a tough batting track as the ball was stopping a bit and shot-making wasn’t that easy.
Despite it being a low-scoring affair, the match went right down to the wire and forced fans to the edge of their seats towards the end. After getting dismissed for a below-par total, the CSK bowlers showed a great fighting spirit and kept their side in the hunt.

Towards the end, with each boundary, the tide kept shifting and fans started praying for their side’s win.

As things got tense towards the end, even MS Dhoni’s daughter Ziva, who was sitting in the stands, was seen praying for CSK’s win, with folded hands and her eyes closed.

The visuals of Ziva praying sincerely for Chennai’s win soon went viral on the micro-blogging site and people adored her innocence with some describing it as the 'moment of the match' while others lavished praise on how cute she looked while praying.

    — Siddharth Jain (@dhadhkan13) October 4, 2021Amidst all this, there were some idiots who started trolling the kid for no reason at all, describing her prayers as “scripted”.
Few nonsensical morons even targeted her for Dhoni’s slow batting while some advised her to go to school instead of coming to the stadium.

    — professor samuel oak (@prof_oak123) October 4, 2021To be fair, while their number has increased in recent times, there are still some very sensible people on social media who never hesitate in calling them out and shame them in public.

Many fans came out in support of Ziva and urged everyone to keep the little girl out of their hatred and negativity.
People in the comments, troll Dhoni (or in this case any cricketer) to your hearts content, but don't troll their families.
    — Vaibhav45 (@SachinXLara) October 4, 2021Indians will do that as well. You should see last season,
    — RandomUser20 (@KrishLalwani8) October 4, 2021These disgusting keyboard warriors definitely don’t have any life beyond social media, otherwise, they would have thought twice before stooping so low and trolling a kid who was just praying for her father’s victory.

Joining the list of celebrities who have come out in support of Shah Rukh Khan and his son Aryan Khan in the ongoing drug case, is Sussanne Khan, noted interior and fashion designer and former wife of Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan.
Asserting that Aryan’s arrest is a ‘witch hunt', Sussanne expressed herself in the comments section of columnist Shobhaa De’s post, where she said that Aryan Khan getting arrested by the NCB should be a 'wake-up call for parents'.
Shobhaa wrote, ‘A huge one’ agreeing to the news headline she had shared and Sussanne disagreed.
