    If there's one thing that remained constant in almost every movie starring Emraan Hashmi, it was the bold kissing scenes. 

    He started the trend of 'serial kissing' in the industry and till date, no one has been able to take the crown away from him. 
    There are so many movies including Zeher, Jannat, The Dirty Picture and Tum Mile that had Emraan kissing the actresses. Interestingly, he even had some...rather unfortunate instances while doing such scenes. 
    There was a time when he candidly admitted 'a classic case of morning breath' with an actress.

    However, as his career progressed, Emraan got tired of being tagged as the guy who kisses heroines in movies. 

    The actor, who is currently awaiting his next release, Chehre, admitted that he was forced to do such movies, as it was a representation of his image.

    In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, he said, "For the first 10 years of my career, I was doing these films and I, unfortunately, have done it to myself. This tag was given to me by myself as a joke, and then it blew up, the media started talking about it, and that superseded everything -- there could be an article, there could be a film critic review... That overpowered everything, it became a priority. And you had a country that was obsessive about this; sexuality and portraying it on screen. Back then, when I started in 2003, it was this 'aha' moment to see a guy who's kissing all his heroines. That became a talking point."

    He further added, "But as time went on, I realised that. I also realised I was getting sick of it. Because those films were giving me a very 'been there done that' feeling. I reached a saturation point, even though those films were doing very well at the box office. I felt that there's an actor in me who wants more. I am maturing as an actor, but I am forced to choose these scripts because this is what's working, and in our industry, we want Xerox copies of everything. But I'm not getting any creative fulfilment."

    Emraan's upcoming movie Chehre has a stellar cast, including Amitabh Bachchan, Krystle D'Souza and Rhea Chakraborty. 

    The film is all set to release on  August 27th and is directed by Rumi Jafry.

    Having registered a remarkable victory at Lord’s, the Indian players went into the third Test high on confidence, however, they produced their worst performance of the ongoing series, so far, as England bowled them out for 78 runs in the first innings.

    Watching their team dominate the play, some of the English supporters in the stands decided to have a go at the Indian players, especially Mohammed Siraj. 

    From chanting slogans to throwing a ball at Siraj, the English fans tried everything but they couldn’t get under his skin. In fact, it was Siraj who made them look like fools with his befitting response.

    The hilarious incident took place during the 39th over of England innings. Siraj was guarding the fence and behind him were English supporters who kept chirping throughout. 

    With India on the backfoot in the ongoing Test, the hostile crowd kept on asking Siraj about the score, in order to get some kind of response out of him.
    Like a champion player that he is, Siraj did fulfil their wish, just that his reply wasn’t something they had expected. 
    After the constant provocation, the RCB pacer turned towards the crowd and shut them down with his epic reply using just his fingers. Signalling ‘1-0’ with his hands he reminded them that his India are ahead in the five-match series at the moment, while the hosts are still struggling to open their account.

    Siraj might be new at the international stage but in his short career, he has established that bullying him is not easy and his response certainly would have made English fans realise that they chose to mess with the wrong guy. 
    Nothing went as per plan for India on the opening day of the third Test at Headingley. But all of us who follow Test cricket know how quickly things can change hands in a matter of a few sessions and that is the beauty of the traditional format of the game.

    Eggs are one of the healthiest food items around, because they perhaps count as one of the best protein sources. However, every single egg-eating health conscious person has faced one dilemma at least once: whether to eat the egg yolk (the yellow part of the egg) along with the white, or not?

    The fact that egg whites are a must have is settled, thanks to all the fitness channels and information flowing everywhere. However, when it comes to egg yolks, some people prefer to throw it away because of reasons which are not taste or choice related, but based on misinformation instead.

    The reason can simply be their fitness trainer asking them to skip it because egg yolks contain fat and cholesterol, or it can be a piece of overheard lazy advice. Let's settle this once and for all and find out the answer to this question that somehow never gets answered properly: Are egg yolks healthy?

    To start with, let's be clear about one thing: whole eggs are an extremely healthy food source that contain both protein and fat. It also has cholesterol. However, is it wise to avoid them or throw them away just because they contain fat and cholesterol? The answer is a solid 'NO'.

    Both fat and cholesterol are necessary for our body and certain bodily functions. If our body does not get cholesterol from external sources, it makes its own cholesterol. Another thing that needs to be understood here from a scientific perspective, is that there are two types of cholesterol: LDL (Low Density Lipoproteins) and HDL (High Density Lipoproteins). Food items with high LDL should be avoided, but food items with high HDL should be consumed. When it comes to eggs, the ratio of LDL and HDL in the yolk is amazing, thereby making it perfect for consumption for good health.

    When it comes to the composition and calories in eggs, 1 large egg has about 6-7 grams of protein, of which 3-3.5 grams are found in the yolk. It also has around 5 grams of fat and 75-78 calories.

    Studies show that cardiovascular disease may crop up if consumption of LDL cholesterol is high. However, that is clearly not the problem with eggs. Here is a study that shows that consumption of eggs is not related to stroke risk.

    There are other studies that show when it comes to muscle building, eating whole eggs is preferable to eating only the egg whites. The only sensible reason why one would choose to not consume egg yolks, would primarily be in a case when they are consuming a large number of eggs in a day as their primary protein source, and the fat in egg yolks would mess with their macro calculation - e.g. bodybuilders eating 30-40 eggs in a day. Hugh Jackman apparently used to eat 50 eggs in a day to build his Wolverine physique.

    Virat Kohli is going through the worst patch of his life as an international cricketer and the way he is giving up his wicket on the same delivery across multiple innings and matches, that slump is unlikely to disappear anytime soon.
    And when an athlete struggles for this long, different aspects of his game get nitpicked by the disappointed fans. For Kohli, this time around it was his elite-level fitness that has been well documented over the years, and how the fans feel it had no impact on his performance.

    In the four innings that Kohli has batted in for the Men in Blue during the first three Tests of the series, he has struggled significantly to put up numbers on the scoreboard. A golden duck in Nottingham, 46 and 20 at Lord’s, and mere seven-run first innings at Leeds as the entire batting order got dismissed for 78.
    However, because we are not talking about a random batsman but the man who is destined to become the best batter of modern cricket, everyone is just one great innings away from falling back in line and recognising what Kohli is truly capable of.

    If you have noticed, most reality shows on television are hosted by men. There is a lack of female-hosted TV shows and even if females host the show they are paired with a male co-host.  
    Some of the biggest reality shows such as Kaun Banega Crorepati, Bigg Boss, and many singing and reality TV shows have been hosted by male actors. 

    In a recent interview with News 18, KBC director Arun Seshkumar was asked why women-hosted shows are an exception. To which he responded saying, “It is not entirely true. KBC Hindi has been associated predominantly with Mr. Bachchan but down South, it happened with Radhikaa Sarathkumar in Tamil and it did very well for that market. It is not conscious that we are not doing it with any other person, but Mr Bachchan is irreplaceable on KBC. I’ll say that slot is not available for anyone as of now. But the gamut is absolutely open. These are decisions taken by the channel. Whenever KBC happens, these aspects are kept in mind. You will see all sorts of talents coming in to host it sooner than later."
    Arun has been associated with all these popular reality show franchises such as 
    Dance India Dance, Sacch Ka Saamna, Satyamev Jayate, Nach Baliye, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, Indian Idol, and several others. 

    Talking about other popular shows not having leading female hosts, he said, “The trend of women-oriented films is also very recent. I don’t think it has gone beyond a point. It is not a mindset that ‘females can’t host' but I can say that one of the shows that I am working on right now is hosted by a leading actress. There’s no discrimination. The industry is very open to such changes. They have equal weightage when it comes to stardom. It is all about viewers’ acceptance and what they want to see and that is how the hosts are selected.”

    Barring the toss that he won, nothing has worked in Virat Kohli’s favour in the third Test, so far. His decision to bat first went horribly wrong and India was bowled out for a meagre 78 in their first innings inside 41 overs.
    The Indian skipper, who had said you’ve to keep your ego in your pocket while batting in England, didn’t pay any heed to his own words and paid the heavy price, getting out to his nemesis James Anderson once again.

    After their remarkable win at Lord’s, none of us expected Team India to turn a sorry figure like this and fold for their ninth-lowest total in Test cricket.

    Not just that, the Indian bowlers that hogged all the limelight after the second Test, were equally miserable on the day and went wicketless. 
    By all accounts, it was an unforgettable day for Team India and there were a lot of questions that needed answering.

    However, to everyone’s surprise, Virat Kohli and the team management sent Rishabh Pant to attend the press-conference after the end of the day’s play which made fans angry.

    Sending a youngster to face the heat after a bad day in the office made the supporters question the team's leadership group including Kohli and head coach Ravi Shastri.

    Back in the 90s, the cover of Nirvana’s ‘Nevermind’ album was one of the coolest things we came across. Also, there was the iconic picture of a floating baby in a pool chasing a dollar bill that was attached to a string.  
    The baby was Spencer Elden, now 30-years-old, who became known globally as the legendary ‘Nirvana baby’.

    The album, which did supremely well, was the band’s seminal second studio album released in 1991 which became the best-selling album of all time. 

    The Settle band, Nirvana, gained huge popularity among the 80s young adults and 90s kids post this album.

    Elden appeared in the album’s celebration throughout the years. He said in 2016, “It’s cool but weird to be part of something so important that I don’t even remember.” However, now years later, he is suing the band. For what? Child pornography.

    He has sought $150,000 from 15 people and companies involved including Kurt Weddle, the photographer, the surviving members of the band David Grohl and Krist Novoselic, and the estate of Kurt Cobain. 

    He has claimed that he has suffered “permanent harm” and and “lifelong loss of income-earning capacity.” His lawyer, Maggie Mabie, also said that he went to therapy for years. 
    “He hasn’t met anyone who hasn’t seen his genitalia. It’s a constant reminder that he has no privacy. His privacy is worthless to the world,” she said.

    Fans seem to think it’s a stint that smells like ‘green’ spirit. They said 30 years and he is still going after the money, just like on the cover. 

    Some also argued if he should be suing his parents instead.

    Over the years, Elden has shown mixed feelings about his association with the band. 
    While he enjoyed the popularity initially, he says he got “increasingly uncomfortable” about it along the line. He even said in a documentary in 2015 that being on the cover helped him professionally as it “opened doors” for him. 
    However, according to his lawyers, he thinks that the image of the baby has been exploited and the band should have redacted the graphic sexual imagery from the cover years ago.

    Indian Olympic Gold medalist Neeraj Chopra, who took the nation by storm after his heroic win at the Tokyo Olympics, revealed that his favourite actor is none other than Randeep Hooda. In a recent interview, the 23-year-old said that he is a huge fan of the actor and even went on to appreciate his performance in Laal Rang. After the video started to get traction, Randeep Hooda shared it on his Instagram feed.

Considering the fact that both men have excelled in their fields, it took no time for them to greet each other in real life. When the actor visited him at the Army Sports Institute in Pune, Chopra and Randeep were all praises for each other.
    Randeep shared the moment on social media and said, “Where does one go from the top? Very few face this question and even fewer have the answers. I deeply feel that you do, Neeraj Chopra."

    After the big win, Neeraj Chopra has been constantly giving interviews and getting a lot of attention which is somewhere the reason that he fell sick a while ago. In an interview with The Times of India, he said, “The attention is indeed important, but there's a Diamond League at the end of the month. I had planned to participate in it, but my training stopped completely once I returned from the Olympic Games because of the incessant number of functions. I also fell sick.
    Well, we do understand him and it’s time that we give him a break and let him recover.

    Senior Congress leader Shashi Tharoor is known to be a mass favourite when it comes to starting new trends, especially with words. This time, though, he started a whole meme fest without even realising. 
    The politician recently celebrated the festival of Onam, and while we all love the festivities, Tharoor's extreme level of zeal and enthusiasm was something that caught everyone's attention.

    If you are wondering what happened exactly, then let us tell you. Tharoor was seen smashing a coconut as a part of a ritual. He added that this was done as a prayer to 'the Naga gods worshipped by all Nairs’. He was seen wearing a bright yellow kurta with his white mundu and a big coconut in his hand. However, the way he smashed it soon became a viral meme. This picture was clicked at Elevanchery Bhagavathy Kshetram from Kerala, added Tharoor.
