    The entire country is in awe of actor Manoj Bajpayee and his fantastic work in Family Man. 

    He’s winning major accolades for the same but turns out, that self-proclaimed critic Kamaal Rashid Khan also known as KRK didn’t agree with the unanimous opinion. 
    KRK is known to think out loud and has also been controversy's favourite child for a long time. Not so long ago, he was in the news for a defamation case filed against him by Salman Khan. 
    Now, reports claim that The Family Man star Manoj Bajpayee has also filed a criminal defamation complaint against KRK for a derogatory tweet against him back in July. 
    The actor apparently personally appeared in an Indore court to record his statement. The actor’s lawyer claims that the tweet in question ‘tarnished’ Manoj Bajpayee’s image among fans. 
    KRK’s unsavoury tweet called  Manoj Bajpayee a ‘Charsi, Ganjedi’.

    Manoj Bajpayee fans questioned KRK for calling his show ‘soft porn’ and how baseless was his argument. 

    Meanwhile, KRK has responded to the reports of Bajpayee filing a case against him:
    I haven’t received any notice till now but media says that Manoj Bajpayee has filed a defamation case against me in Indore? When Manoj is living in Mumbai then why he went to Indore to file a case? He doesn’t trust @MumbaiPolice and judiciary? You all know who is from Indore?

    It’s only natural for our mothers to have certain expectations of us. Even though they may not be easy to live up to, it may happen because our mothers have a certain vision for how they’d want us to lead our lives.
    As brown men, we’re infamous for being Maa ka laadlas, and perhaps correctly so because we end up sharing a close relationship with our wonderful birth givers. Receiving any praise from our mother gives us that instant feel-good effect. No matter what age we are.

    In a recent interaction with a leading daily, decorated veteran actor Sharmila Tagore waxed lyrical on her son, Saif Ali Khan’s fatherhood-induced maturity, “I saw Yeh Dillagi and even his old interviews were so funny. He has become a mature person. He is the father of four kids and has become an excellent chef. He has developed good hobbies like reading.”

    With his wife Kareena Kapoor, he welcomed baby Jehangir in February. The couple’s older son, Taimur, was born in 2016. Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan are his eldest children, both from his previous marriage to Amrita Singh. Saif has been playing the role of a father exceedingly well. And the internet won’t disagree. He’s doting and patient with all his children.
    Saif’s mother proudly agrees, “He is a good father and cooks well.”
    Developing good hobbies such as reading and cooking have always been appreciated by our mothers, and they certainly have helped Saif Ali Khan earn appreciation from his mother too.

    We all have played gully cricket growing up and made some terrific memories that we continue to cherish till date. Unlike a normal cricket match which operates as per the laws of the game, gully cricket doesn’t have any set rules and regulations, which vary from place to place depending on the surroundings and mutual understanding.

    That said, one thing that is common in gully cricket no matter where we play it, is that players have to be extremely careful while playing a big shot because whenever a batter smashes the ball out of bounds, he is responsible for retrieving the ball.

    We saw something similar when MS Dhoni was made to retrieve the balls after hitting them out of the park during a net session. With less than three weeks left in the resumption of Indian Premier League 2021, Chennai Super Kings players have begun their preparations and are currently training at the ICC Academy in Dubai.

    As part of his training routine, Dhoni freed his arms and played some exquisite shots. True to his batting style, the wicketkeeper-batsman smashed several towering sixes, sending the balls sailing over the boundary ropes into the bushes.

    The shots were so powerful that several balls went missing and Dhoni took it upon himself to retrieve them and began his search in the bushes beyond the fence. Watching the ‘Thala’ do the unimaginable, the CSK fans were in complete awe of their talisman who was humble enough to go searching for the ball when he could’ve left it to others.

    After almost a year and a half of this traumatic Covid-19 pandemic, where most cinema halls were shut across the world, we're finally getting to witness the release of some highly awaited movies.

    The release of the latest Fast and The Furious movie along with Conjuring 3 and the eventual release of Venom 2, Dune, Top Gun 2, and Spider-Man: No Way Home later in the year, means that it will surely be a glorious year for cinephiles everywhere.

    Now, what will certainly excite movie-goers, even more, is that the Keanu Reeves-starred Matrix 4 has revealed its first glimpse.

    I mean, it's been what? 18 years since we saw Keanu play the iconic role of Neo in The Matrix Revolutions, the third movie in the Matrix franchise, back in 2003. Well, it's surely better late than never for Keanu and The Matrix movie series. 

    Titled The Matrix: Resurrections, the fourth movie brings back the John Wick actor alongside Carrie-Anne Moss in their roles of Neo and Trinity. 
    So far, the movie had been kept under tight wraps but on Tuesday (August 24), the first look was finally unveiled to the public at CinemaCon in Las Vegas, USA.

    The teaser sort of begins with a psychiatrist (Neil Patrick Harris) sitting with a patient named Thomas (Reeves), where he ends up admitting that he's been having dreams that don't quite feel like actual dreams. 

    In the teaser, the character can then be seen walking down a street with the green Matrix Code. 
    "Am I Crazy?" he asks the psychiatrist. The psychiatrist replies, "We don't say that." 
    Later, Keanu's character ends up walking into a coffee shop where he bumps into Trinity who he greets him with, "Have we met?", as they shake hands. 
    It is then shown that Thomas takes blue pills back at home before he is offered the reality-inducing red pill and he gets back to being The One, with a trippy version of "White Rabbit" playing in the background. 
    While this new glimpse is obviously a delight for fans, there is no news whatsoever on the release of the movie.
    However, one thing's for sure. Like the iconic John Wick, Keanu is all down to kick some ass as Neo.

    Bollywood definitely has lost a lot of its shine because of the numerous drug scandals that actors have been hit with, in the last two years. Many notable and popular actors have faced allegations about using recreational drugs. Some have even been under thorough investigations for the same.

    During such times, people would often give examples of the south Indian film industries and how simplistic and non-controversial their stars are. Well, as it turns out, they too are plagued with the same issues.

    The Kannada film industry was shaken to its core last year when there were reports of rampant drug usage in the industry, and of drug parties being organised.

    The CCB or the Central Crime Branch had actually arrested 12 people after conducting raids on said parties, which included a few local politicians, and actresses Ragini Dwivedi and Sanjana Galrani. Dwivedi & Galrani were given bail after their blood and urine tests were inconclusive.

    A hair follicle test of both the actresses, however, has confirmed that they indeed consumed drugs. In a statement to ANI, Kamal Pant, City police commissioner said, “This is the first time a hair follicle test was used and I am proud of the CCB team for their relentless effort and impartial investigations in gathering scientific evidence in a drug-related case.”

    He also said, “CCB and the evidence gathered by the team painstakingly has resulted in a positive report from the Forensic Science Laboratory in Hyderabad.”

    Investigative authorities also stated that, unlike blood & urine samples, drug traces can be found in hair samples for up to one year after consumption.

    This also opens up the possibility of these tests being used in other areas of the country. There is a very strong possibility that the pending investigations on Bollywood celebrities will make use of this test to further the investigations.

    Meanwhile, Bengaluru Police, who were investigating Sanjana Galrani, Ragini Dwivedi, party organiser Viren Khanna, former minister late Jeevaraj Alva’s son Aditya Alva in the drug scandal will now summon all the parties involved and carry on with the investigation.
    It will be interesting to see how this investigation affects other high profile cases and ongoing investigations in the country.

    South Indian star Prakash Raj rose to fame after his stellar work in movies like Wanted, Anniyan, Pokiri, Singham etc. 
    He is not just an ordinary movie star, as he has won several awards, mainly for his supporting role in 1998's Iruvar and a Special Jury Award for Anthapuram in 1999.

    Prakash often takes to Instagram and shares pictures with his family. The actor recently completed 11 years with his wife, Pony Verma and they decided to mark the moment in a rather romantic manner. 

    They renewed their vows and remarried in front of their son Vedhant.
    As per Prakash, Vedhant wanted to see his parents get married again, and just to fulfil his desire, the duo decided to do renew their vows and kissed each other.

    In another post, he shared a throwback picture from the day they got married back in time. He wished his wife for being his 'wonderful friend, a lover and a great co-traveller.'  
    The adorable picture received a lot of love from the fans.  
    Prakash and Pony tied the knot in 2010 in front of their family members. The couple fell in love on the sets of a movie, where Pony was the choreographer for a song.  
    This is Prakash Raj's second marriage, as he parted ways with Lalitha Kumari back in 2009.

    As for his upcoming projects, he will be seen in KGF: Chapter 2, directed by Prashanth Neel and is said to release next year.  

    The actor also suffered from a severe shoulder injury but returned to shooting for Ponniyin Selvan. He had shared pictures of the fracture and said, "A small fall.. a tiny fracture.. flying to  Hyderabad into the safe hands of my friend Dr Guruvareddy for a surgery. I will be fine nothing to worry .. keep me in your thoughts."

    Kiara Advani, who is riding high on the success of her latest outing Shershaah, has made an appearance on Arbaaz Khan’s chat show Pinch. The show is basically about how social media can be destructive and how trolls can affect actors who are always on the public radar and can get scrutinized at any hour. Kiara has been trolled a lot of times but she has taken it with a pinch of salt and moved on.

    On the show, she has made such revelations about trolls that it will make you believe that the current generation is losing the plot completely. Here’s everything she said on the episode:
    1. Have I Gone Under The Knife?She spoke about dealing with hate comments and recalls an incident when she ‘almost believed’ rumours about her involving plastic surgery. She said, “Main kisi event ke liye gayi thi, jo pictures bahar aaye (I attended an event and some pictures from that surfaced) on different social media platforms, there were a lot of comments about, 'Oh, she has done plastic surgery.' And the irony of it was main almost believe karne lagi ki maine kuch kiya hai apne aap ko (I almost started believing that I did something to myself).”

    She went on to add, “I wanted to switch my comments off as I only knew how it affect me. You can’t let social media become you and it becomes an addiction.” 
    2. It Takes Time To Get Thick Skin But Protecting Your Family Is Important As actors are always being judged, it’s more than important to protect their family members who might get affected by these negative messages from people who are faceless. 
    Sharing her concerns, she said, “I have cousins who are younger than me and are on social media. I don’t want to put out their birthday post because I worry if these people who are trolling me would start following them and start disturbing them. It can happen and that’s when it hits you and you want to protect them as you don’t want your family members to suffer because of you. I don’t want my family to start getting those sorts of messages. I will get thick skin but don’t drag them. I am okay with the fact that they bully me but not them.”

    3. I Feel Bad For These People Who Troll On Social Media She also said that people need to understand where to draw a line and not get personal while commenting on social media. “Is it wrong to say that I feel bad for them? I just want to tell one thing that my mom always says to me - ‘if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything’. I think that’s the right attitude. When it comes to vindictive criticism and when it becomes personal, I think we as people need to understand where we need to draw the line,” she said. 
    4. I Do Get Affected By Trolls As Actors Are Also Human BeingsShe also pointed out how actors are also sensitive and get affected by this negative energy. She said, “I try and ignore all these comments but it’s a way to protect your own self. I ignore it because it somewhere affects me. I want to have a normal day and I don’t want to be reading these comments because actors are also human beings.”

    She also added, “As everything is available on social media, I feel my parents can get to know about these trolls as they want to know what’s happening with me and they won’t like it. We talk about sanskaar and culture all the time and I feel respecting people is important. They should understand that actors have emotions and are sensitive.” 
    5. People Called Me Ghamandi Kiara also said that people feel she is ghamandi (egoistic) because she said no to posing for paparazzi as she was getting late or at times, they bash her for saying no to certain movies. 
    “When I was coming for the show and wanted to make it in time, paparazzi wanted a show and I did give them a shot. As I was getting late and I didn’t want to make someone wait, I did pose and told them that I am getting late. I saw the comments and people were saying that ‘kitni ghamandi ho gayi hai’. You can’t make everyone happy and it’s not like what you see on social media is the whole truth. We are not what we look like on social media as we are putting our best version forward but behind that, there is a person who has problems. Let’s respect everyone’s space and not jump to conclusions that she is ‘ghamandi’. Aisa nahi hai yaar, kuch wajah toh hogi na,” said Kiara.

    Javelin Thrower Neeraj Chopra was always considered to be a top prospect for the Indian contingent to get a medal at Tokyo Olympics 2020. 
    However, the athlete was found in a state of panic ahead of the first throw in the final round when he could not find his spear.
    In an interview with The Times of India, Chopra revealed the story of what was happening on the ground just moments before he was supposed to make his first throw.

    “I was searching for my javelin at the start of the final (in Olympics). I was not able to find it. Suddenly, I saw Arshad Nadeem was moving around with my javelin. Then I told him. ‘Bhai give this javelin to me, it is my javelin! I have to throw it’. He gave it back to me. That’s why you must have seen I took my first throw hurriedly,” Chopra told the publication.

    There’s video footage of the incident taking place during the Games as well. 

    In the footage captured, Neeraj can be seen approaching his Pakistani rival with an extended hand to check out the javelin he was carrying. 

    Upon inspecting, he could be seen taking it away from him and back to his set of spears. 
    Neeraj would then go on to mount the spear over his right shoulder, jog towards the scratch line and toss it 87.03 meters far on his first attempt. 
    Now, fans of the Indian athlete are wondering why would Nadeem even take Neeraj’s javelin, especially in the final, just moments before it was his turn to throw and what would have happened if Neeraj had not spotted him at the right time:
