If you like to unlock the bootloader on your latest Android device to load up your preferable OS (custom ROMs), you may want to think twice before doing it on the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3. XDA Developers reported that Samsung’s latest foldable device disables all the cameras on the Fold 3 when you attempt to unlock the bootloader on the phone.
    © MensXP/Akshay Bhalla
While you attempt to unlock the Z Fold 3’s bootloader, the smartphone will display a warning saying, "will cause the camera to be disabled and may cause your phones and apps to stop working correctly.” It has now been confirmed by XDA that once you unlock the bootloader, the smartphone does indeed block all of the cameras on the device.

Once the bootloader is unlocked, the stock camera app does not even launch which means you cannot take pictures with the smartphone. The camera is not only disabled for stock apps though, it also extends to third-party apps that use the camera. These apps include social media apps and third-party camera apps as well. Right now, there is no workaround to make the cameras work after unlocking the bootloader.

Samsung is known for making it difficult for customers to root their devices so that they can load their own custom ROMs. Samsung also voids the warranty of any device that has been rooted and disables services like Samsung Pay. In the case of the Galaxy Z Fold 3, the smartphone also disables facial recognition features.

XDA went on to add that upon re-locking the bootloader, the cameras start functioning again proving that Samsung has taken preventive measures to discourage rooting. The Galaxy Z Flip 3 is also expected to have similar preventive measures which are yet to be confirmed.

Samsung may have put off many of the enthusiast audience due to these preventive measures who might be their main target audience in the first place. Aftermarket developers are trying to identify if it could be possible to bypass these restrictions set by the bootloader, however currently they are finding it difficult to bypass responsible parameters.

Shahid Kapoor has had his fair share of hits and misses in his career. But the audience was left impressed with his immaculate acting skills in Kabir Singh.
Even though he played the role of an obsessive and possessive lover in the movie, it still intrigued us. Besides that, Kiara Advani's and Shahid on-screen chemistry too became the talk of the town.
As a character, Kabir Singh is shown as a short-tempered man. However, Shahid's real-life wife, Mira Rajput, has found a way to tame the unruly character.
    © Tseries
Mira is a fitness enthusiast, and she recently spoke about the benefits of the breathing technique 'anulom vilom'.

On Monday, Mira announced a virtual yoga workshop and told her fans to send in any questions they might have. While there were many queries, one of them read, 'Kabir Singh zindabad.'

To this, Mira had a mind-blowing reply, as she said, "Usse anulom vilom ki zaroorat hai. Shant rahega." When translated, she is saying that Kabir Singh needs 'anulom vilom' to calm himself down.

In the movie, the hot-headed surgeon becomes hopelessly inebriated after his partner, Preeti, gets married to someone else. Also, there are multiple scenes where Kabir's anger is quick to rise to the fore.

The movie was highly applauded, but it was also criticised for promoting 'toxic masculinity'. Despite that, it was a box office hit as it earned Rs 250 crore.
Shahid, in fact, thanked his fans when the movie completed a year for giving such an intense character so much love.
View this post on InstagramHe added, "kabirsingh was never just a film to me.. it was an emotional arc that was raw.. bare.. unabashed .. honest .. fearless .. REAL!! In a time where people are quick to judge (others not themselves) you understood him. You understood our interpretation of the angst of a broken heart. This one will always be special. So so special."

On the work front, Shahid has Yoaddha, Farzi and Jersey in the pipeline.

Ever since he returned home with a historic Olympic gold, Neeraj Chopra has spent more time attending zoom calls than he would’ve imagined. While the star javelin thrower acknowledges that all the adulation that he is getting is necessary for any professional athlete, he also feels that sometimes it becomes way too much and starts affecting athletes adversely.
No doubt this was the biggest medal won by any track and field athlete in the country and it was only natural that people were curious to know more about him which led to a race among media houses to get a hand on him for an exclusive interview.
    © Reuters
In a hard-hitting interview with leading English daily The Times of India, Neeraj opened up about how the constant media appearances brought his training to a complete standstill and he even fell sick as he didn’t get enough time to rest his body.

“The attention is indeed important, but there's a Diamond League at the end of the month. I had planned to participate in it, but my training stopped completely once I returned from the Olympic Games because of the incessant number of functions. I also fell sick,” Chopra told Times of India in an exclusive interview.
    © Twitter/Neeraj Chopra
We forgot that Neeraj had been away from his family for a long time and needed a well-deserved break to rest and recover, before heading into the next challenge.

Winning an Olympic gold is any athlete’s dream but now that the 23-year-old athlete from Panipat, Haryana has realised his dream at such a young age, all he wants to do is to train even harder and win more medals for the country, competing against the best in the world.
    © Reuters
He had hoped to participate in the Diamond League at the end of this month but decided to skip it because he didn’t get enough time to train and work on his fitness.

“This is why I feel my fitness is not up there now. I can't compete properly. That's why I have to skip the event. I had planned to compete in at least two-three events," he said.
As much as it is important to celebrate our athletes’ success, it is equally important to make sure that our celebrations don’t hinder their future progress.
    © Twitter/Olympics
Neeraj, who had been politely attending event after event, dealt with everything with great maturity. Having experienced himself how problematic it can be, Neeraj wants this mindset to change, where athletes are put on a pedestal for a brief period of time and are left in oblivion once the dust settles.

“These things need to change in Indian sport. All other Olympic champions are participating in Diamond Leagues. Their season is continuing. We can't be satisfied with one gold medal. We need to think at a global level. We need to continuously perform at global events like the Diamond Leagues,” said Neeraj, whose throw of 87.58m won him the men’s javelin throw gold at Tokyo Olympics.
    © Reuters
Neeraj’s honest opinion made people fall in love with him even more. Some marvelled at the maturity with which he gave the answers, while others praised him for not allowing fame to get over his head and keeping his focus intact.

This guy is too matured for his age.
    — Sufferuddin (@sufferuddin) August 25, 2021Here's a man who achieved dream in Olympics, became famous, getting all the love and adulation but his focus is still clear that he wants to train and work even harder for next event.

He is truely a legend in making.
    — Harshal (@View2Day) August 25, 2021Here's a man who achieved dream in Olympics, became famous, getting all the love and adulation but his focus is still clear that he wants to train and work even harder for next event.

He is truely a legend in making.
    — Harshal (@View2Day) August 25, 2021We r not accustomed to ths level of dedication and focus ... Nw if he avoids ths functions ppl will say he got an ego
    — biswasabhi (@ABiswas49831650) August 25, 2021Need to admire him, he is grounded, focused and ambitious ........ inspiring
    — RG (@rag_mg) August 25, 2021Neeaj feels if we want our country to become a sporting powerhouse, we can’t be satisfied with just one gold  medal, and we’ll have to strive for more. Unless this mindset changes, we would never be able to compete with other nations who are miles ahead in this race.

Do you remember the first time you ate pizza?
Chances are, you won’t. Over the years, you may have developed a taste palate that’s unique to you. And the foodie’s favourite edible disc is one of those dishes which can truly give a lot away about the individual.
In recent times, there’s been an influx of different pizza brands coming to the fore in India, thanks to our booming food and beverage industry, and staking their claim to the pie. With these different brands, come sophisticatedly high levels of customisations available for the mass populi.
The point is that there’s just too many options at this point in my journey to order a pizza.
Olives, bell peppers, paneer, baingan? Pineapple??!
Oh god the horrors of indecision.
In a recent controversy, Padma Lakshmi  criticized an opinion piece by a British writer who had incorrectly assumed that all Indian cuisines are based on a ‘single spice’. Internet users from around the world came together with the former host to educate the misinformed Englishman.
    View this post on Instagram
Amidst all that nervousness and uncertainty, Express.co.uk has published a story about a certain British heir’s unexpected ‘desi’ take on the classic pizza.
    © Wikipedia
Former Royal Chef Darren McGrady told Hello!, “I (made) pizza all the time for William. In my second cookbook, The Royal Chef at Home, there’s a chicken tikka masala pizza (recipe) because he loves Indian food.”

So far, so good. Chicken tikka masala pizzas exist over here too. Nothing extraordinary about it.
“He (Duke  William) enjoys it so much that a palace chef used to make the prince a pizza with curry topping.”
Now that is a revelation we don’t know how to feel about. Curry toppings sound interesting. A little messy for my personal liking. But it could be promising.
Although, I’m not sure we would like to try their take on the ‘curry’ pizza. In a public interaction with Sikh Sanjog, the Duke confessed to having a poor tolerance for spices, especially compared to the Duchess, Kate Middleton. “She likes a bit of spice, I’m not too good with it (spice).”
    View this post on Instagram
As tempting as it sounds… I’m going to give that option a hard pass. I am definitely not trusting this British royalty’s ‘pheeka’ curry version of the Indian curry anytime soon.
    What do you think?
How bland do you think it might be?

The Mughals ruled northern India for over 200 years and since that was a significant era in Indian history, there are several movies that depict the period of their reign.
However, filmmaker Kabir Khan thinks not all films made on the Mughal Empire have done justice to the Mughals.
    © Instagram/Kabir Khan
The upcoming web series based on Babur, the first emperor of the Mughal Dynasty, titled The Empire is all set to release this Friday on Disney + Hotstar.

It stars Kunal Kapoor as Babur and also has Shabana Azmi, Rahul Dev and Dino Morea in prominent roles.

Kabir Khan, the director of Bajrani Bhaijaan, Kabul Express and Ek Tha Tiger, spoke to a leading daily about how he finds the portrayal of Mughal emperors distressing in Indian cinema.

He claims that most films demonise them and show them as murderers without backing it with historic evidence, because it goes with the popular narrative.
    © Instagram/Kabir Khan
He said, “I find it hugely problematic and disturbing because what really makes me upset is that it's being done just to go with the popular narrative. I can understand when a filmmaker has researched something and a filmmaker wants to make a point... Of course, there can be different viewpoints. If you want to demonise the Mughals, please base it on some research and make us understand why; why they were the villains that you think they were.

    © T-Series Films
He also said that the Mughals were the original nation builders and showing them in the wrong light isn’t right, especially if there is no such evidence to it.

“Because if you do some research and read history, it's very tough to understand why they have to be villainised. I think they were the original nation-builders, and to write them off and say they murdered people... But what are you basing it on?”
    © T-Series Films
“Please point out the historical evidence. Please have an open debate, just don't go with the narrative that you think will be popular,” he added.

He says it comes from the religious differences that are prominent in India and thus villainising the Muslim leaders is the easiest thing today.
“It's the easiest thing today, demonising the Mughals and various other Muslim rulers that India had at different points in its history. Trying to fit them into preconceived stereotypes, it is distressing."
    © Emmay Entertainment
He further said he has no respect for such films. “I cannot respect those films, unfortunately. That's my personal opinion, of course, I can't speak for larger audiences, but I definitely get upset by those kind of portrayals.”

If you have seen Tom Cruise movies through the years, you know that the enigmatic Hollywood superstar is exceptionally good at risking everything for doing his own stunts for his movies.
Be it jumping off buildings, flying jets or helicopters, or almost getting close to getting his head chopped off by a samurai sword, Tom is absolutely fearless in going all out for his fans, which is exactly the reason why we love watching the Mission Impossible movies so much.

You gotta love how there is always a Bollywood connection everywhere.

It is reported that Tom in search of some good Indian food decided to dine at Asha Bhosle's Birmingham-based restaurant, Asha's. As per reports, Tom spent two hours at Asha’s while taking a break from the shooting of his upcoming movie, Mission Impossible 7.
The actor ordered a plate of Chicken Tikka Masala for himself and after finishing it off, ordered another while also asking for the second serving to be 'extra spicy'. Well, looks like Tom is quite a desi when it comes to food.
What can we say, Tom? Chicken Tikka hai hi aisi cheez!
Nouman Farooqui, General Manager at Asha's was quoted in a report saying, “When Tom Cruise came, he said he didn’t want any fuss and just wanted to be part of the atmosphere. He wanted a meal just like any other guest and simply wanted to enjoy an authentic Indian meal. A few diners recognized him but not all. Nobody made a fuss, though when he left people went a little bit crazy."
"He agreed to have his picture taken outside in a socially-distanced way and had his mask on for the first picture. He then took his mask off and said: ‘Take another one’. The star ordered a chicken tikka masala, which led him to ordering a second portion with ‘extra spices’," he added.
Following his visit to Asha's, Asha Bhosle took to Twitter to share her delight at Tom dining at her restaurant.
I was very happy to hear that Mr. Tom Cruise enjoyed his fine dining experience at Asha's (Birmingham) and I look forward to him visiting us again soonhttps://t.co/CnEAsAuQqJ
    — ashabhosle (@ashabhosle) August 23, 2021
We're kind of really glad Tom enjoyed his meal and maybe he can ask Ashaji to sing for his next Mission Impossible movies. After all, with Tom, nothing's ever truly Mission Impossible.

A smartphone caught fire in the cabin of an Alaska Airlines flight that landed in Seattle last night. Passengers on the plane were forced to evacuate as soon as the fire was discovered. According to a spokesperson for the Port of Seattle, the smartphone was a Galaxy A21.
    © Samsung
“After much digging, I can tell you that the phone was burned beyond recognition,” Cooper said in an email to The Seattle Times. “However, during an interview with one of our Port of Seattle Police officers, the passenger volunteered the phone was a Samsung Galaxy A21. Again, we could not confirm it by looking at the remains of the device.”

There was enough smoke and fire in the flight that the flight crew had to initiate an emergency evacuation. The cause for the smartphone bursting is not known, however, it could be possible that the pressurisation in the cabin may have caused the lithium-ion battery to explode.
Just talked with a passenger on Alaska Airlines flight 751, where a fire broke out in the plane after landing at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. A passenger’s cell phone caught on fire, an Alaska Airlines official tells @KIRO7Seattle . We’re live at SeaTac at 11. pic.twitter.com/qeNHq4g17Z
    — Kevin Ko (@NewsWithKevin) August 24, 2021
The incident happened right after the flight landed in Seattle where the phone caused a small fire in the plane. The flight crew had to use fire extinguishers to contain the fire and evacuated the plane soon after via the evacuation slides. The passengers were evacuated “due to hazy conditions inside the cabin.” One of the passengers on the plane described the smoke as if it was coming out of a smoke machine.

The Seattle-Tacoma International Airport said in a tweet that passengers from the plane were transported to a bus terminal. Some passengers have reportedly suffered minor injuries such as bruises and scrapes. As of now, there have been no serious injuries reported and it has not affected airport operations.

This particular situation may remind people of the Galaxy Note 7 fiasco where devices were unexpectedly exploding all over the world. The incident forced the company to cancel the phone as it was deemed unsafe by most airlines. Samsung later found out that the explosions were caused due to overheating and faulty batteries.

When 2018's Wild Wild Country was released, it was Osho's life that stole the limelight. But what actually made it a worthy watch was his assistant, Ma Anand Sheela.

She was the one who overlooked the ashram and also wanted Osho to become an international brand. And because she was such a well-known personality and a cult icon, a movie in her name was bound to be made.
    © BCCL
Ma Anand Sheela, who is known as the controversial former aid to Shri Rajneesh, had commented on the biopic being made on her. The movie would star Priyanka Chopra, and the TV show, as per reports, has Alia Bhatt in it.

    © BCCL
In an interview, Ma Anand Sheela spoke about how she would want the movie and the show to focus on other things, not just the scandals and controversies around it.

She told journalist Puja Talwar on the project, "Well, I sometimes chuckle. Sometimes they will have to do deep searching into my character. They have to move a little bit away from scandal. And I don't know if they can. And if they don't, I take it as an impression of me they are doing."
    © Instagram/Priyanka Chopra
There was a massive scandal after Osho's Ashram was set up in Oregon in around 1981. This caused Osho his reputation and the ashram was shut post the scandal.

After Wild Wild Country, Sheela appeared once again on Searching for Sheela. Shakun Batra produced this hour-long documentary and Ma Anand Sheela said that she had fast-forwarded it to watch her portions and ensured it was not misinterpreted.
Shakun Batra is also working with Alia Bhatt on a series around Ma Anand Sheela. In an interview with Hindustan Times, he said he would work on the show once he is done shooting his movie starring Deepika Padukone.
    © Instagram/Alia Bhatt
Besides Shakun Batra's movie on Ma Anand Sheela, Priyanka joined hands with director Barry Levinson to helm another project based on the life of Ma Anand Sheela.

    © Instagram/Priyanka Chopra
Apparently, in 2019, Ma Anand Sheela had said that she doesn't want Priyanka to play the part and had also sent a legal notice to her.

She told Hindustan Times, "I told her I do not give her permission to do [the] film because I have not chosen her... In Switzerland, we send legal notices very simply. I sent her an email which is accepted there as legal."
    © BCCL
Ma Anand Sheela had pleaded guilty in 1986 for participating in the Rajneeshee bioterror attack. She was sentenced to 20 years and was paroled after serving 39 months.

On the work front, Priyanka will next be seen in Jee Le Zaraa alongside Alia and Katrina.
Alia has several projects in the pipeline, including RRR, Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, etc.

Playing a Test match in England is a tall task for any batsman, especially from the Indian subcontinent, as the conditions which are on offer can expose the frailties in the technique of even the greatest of batters.
Take for example, a player like Virat Kohli, who is considered to be a modern-day great. Even he is struggling to get going in the ongoing series, despite being on his third Test tour to England, which only shows how difficult it is to perform in these conditions.
    © Reuters
In the past, we have seen England making the most of their home advantage and preparing green-top wickets to aid their fast bowlers. But surprisingly, the hosts have refrained from leaving grass on the pitch in the first two Tests.

In fact, despite losing the Lord’s Test, England haven’t prepared a green top for the third Test at Headingley, Leeds, which has left Kohli surprised as he was expecting a lot more grass on the pitch than what he saw.

“As far as Ashwin is concerned we are quite surprised to see the pitch the way it was. We could see a lot of surface which honestly I did not expect would be the case. I thought there would be [a] lot of grass on the pitch. It will be more spicy and lively. But it won't be the case,” Kohli said at a virtual press-conference on the eve of the third Test.
“So, anything is possible, we name a 12 and on the day, we have a look at the pitch, accordingly, we will go in with the right combination,” he added, when asked about if India would make any changes to their winning combination and include veteran off-spinner Ravichandran Aswhin in the playing XI.
So, the question is why would a home team prepare a pitch as per opposition’s liking, when they know what has got them success in the past.
    © Instagram/England Cricket
The simple answer to this question is that England’s fast bowling, without several of their first-choice players like Jofra Archer, Stuart Broad, Chris Woakes and Mark Wood out injured, is not their greatest of strengths.

In addition, there is another reason behind England's flat-wicket strategy and many Indian fans believe it to be the primary reason why the hosts are afraid of preparing a lively wicket.
May be because they never expected Indian pacers rattle their batsman and they are now taking a saferoute not to get defeated by providing grassless surface..
    — Geofinn_12 (@12Geofinn) August 24, 2021English batsman won't be able to survive a session if there's extra graas, so expected...
    — Ryan (@ryandesa_7) August 24, 2021English team is rattled like never before. They can't go to spinning wicket as they have threat of Ashwin, Jaddu, Axar looming large.
    — CS Jigar Shah (@FCSJigarShah) August 24, 2021English batsman won't be able to survive because indian looks very comfortable than eng in eng and their current lineup can't survive to much grass thats why they want their batsman to atleast score some runs
    — Aditya chahar (@Adityachahar20) August 24, 2021Ahahaha England scared lmfaooo
    — Harkrish Ahuja (@TheHA97766643) August 24, 2021 India boasts a world-class pace bowling attack which can rattle any batting unit in any given condition and England are frightened that providing them with a green surface could come back to haunt them as their batting line-up is very fragile.
    © Twitter/BCCI
Having taken a 1-0 lead in the series, the Indian team will be high on confidence and would want to take an unassailable lead by winning in Leeds. England, however, are running out of time to get their act straight and can’t afford to make any more mistakes if they want to stay alive in the series.
