Ranbir Kapoor or RK has been a subject of conversations for his stellar acting skills and, not to forget, his fashion sense.
Even though he isn't on social media, his looks from events and airports often get everyone's attention. Thanks to the paparazzi, who never fail to capture him whenever he is out and about in the city.

The actor has been elevating his A-game for a very long time. While we gained several style lessons from the A-lister, one equally incredible thing is that he is a sneakerhead as well.

His impeccable style sense shone bright when he wore his Nike x Dior sneakers and also made a statement wearing Prada sneakers.

Ranbir never likes to keep it simple when it comes to his shoes and believes, 'the chunkier the kicks, the better it is', according to his stylists, The Vainglorious, in an interview.

Recently, as RK was seen at Mumbai airport, he stunned us in another uber-cool airport look. The two main elements that stood out were no doubt, his sneakers and his elegant watch.
    Take a look.

Ranbir is wearing Air Jordan 4 Retro sneakers.

The pair features a complete leather base on the upper. There's netting on the tongue and the lace guards. Jumpman branding is seen on the tongue and the back as well, with a vibrant colour tone.
This is one of the most popular Air Jordan series. Overall, the construction is simple and yet it looks edgy.

As for the price, we scoured and found that the pair is for $956 on Farfetch. This converts to Rs 70,000, approximately, as per Indian currency. Considering Ranbir has worn sneakers worth more than a lakh, these shoes are comparatively cheaper.

Coming to Ranbir's watch, it's a big deal for mere mortals like us who have to think several times even before buying a watch worth Rs 10K.

This one is a Rolex Sky-Dweller Watch. The striking blue dial displays a 24-hour disc and also has an annual calendar in it. The fluted bezel makes it stand out.
    © Rolex
The price? Well, it retails for Rs 970,600. Yes, we get that you are in sheer disbelief but since it's Ranbir, let's accept that he is the king of expensive things.

Speaking of his outfit, he went for a casual black T-shirt and black pants. We also like the Roc Nation cap and camouflage backpack as they all blended perfectly with his look.

This is hands down Ranbir's best look so far. So take a bow, RK!

With movies shifting their releasing platform to OTT, the option to experiment with a diverse range of topics have only increased with time. Producers and directors have the liberty to spend less money and explore fresh concepts and many actors are finally shedding the makeshift perception around the ‘small’ screen. The trailer of Kriti Sanon and Pankaj Tripathi starrer Mimi released earlier today and needless to say, it is a breath of fresh air.

The movie is actually an unexpected journey of entertainment like the theme. Even though the topic of surrogacy and embracing motherhood is a sensitive one, the makers seemed to have dealt with it intelligently. A lot of underlying humour is involved in a few scenes which is courtesy good storytelling.
Secondly, Pankaj Tripathi is a reason in himself to watch any movie since he has the Midas touch to embrace a role and make it his own. His comic timing and expressions seem to be a big factor for making any movie successful.
    © Netflix
Thirdly, Kriti’s acting nuances look extremely polished and brushed in the trailer. It looks like she will do a fantastic job in carrying the titular role, like she previously did with Bareilly Ki Barfi.

    © Netflix
Last but not the least, the music of the film is courtesy the magic of AR Rahman which needs no explanation basically. The movie is releasing on Netflix on the 30th of this month.

“Why’re you stressing out? Just relax!”

If we had a penny for every time someone said that to us, we would all be millionaires.
While all of us would love to relax and not ‘stress out’, we know that it’s not easy, especially if you’re facing difficult challenges in your life.
None of us are immune to the uncomfortable feelings of stress and anxiety. However, we can reduce its effects on our physical as well as mental health.
How, you may ask? By simply adding some foods that reduce stress in your diet, in moderate quantities.
These foods may not solve your problems and remove stress altogether, but they will definitely minimise the levels of cortisol (stress hormone) in your body.

Before going any further with how to reduce stress and anxiety, it’s important to explore how stress affects your physical health.

The mind-body connection is a concept that has been well researched and describes the link  between one’s thoughts, behaviours and emotions with physical health.
From weaker immune systems and digestive problems to hormonal imbalances and heart health, there are many studies out there which prove how and why understanding the mind-body connection is important.

On Tuesday, media reports suggested that the former Indian cricket team captain and the current president of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), Sourav Ganguly has given a final nod to a biopic being made on his life.
“Yes, I have agreed to the biopic. It will be in Hindi but it is not possible to say the name of the director now. It will take a few more days for arranging everything," Ganguly told News18 before getting into the details and how far has the process already been.
    View this post on Instagram
According to the report, it is believed that the movie will revolve around all the major events of Ganguly’s life and the phenomenal international cricketing career that he’s had, and everything that led up to the moment he assumed the position of BCCI president.
At the moment, the script is being written and there is no news of the film’s potential release date.
Who Will Play Sourav Ganguly’s Role In The Biopic?Ganguly mentioned the name of actor Ranbir Kapoor as the front-runner for the part. However, reports suggest that there are two other actors who are in contention to play the role of the ‘Prince of Kolkata’.
This choice has left the fans of the Indian cricket team divided as suggestions for other big names of Bollywood began to flood in as recommendations:
Ranbir Kapoor is doing aggressive roles in Animal & Shamshera, and he is a brilliant actor. He can surely portray Sourav Ganguly really well imo.

    — Ajeet Singh Parihar (@AjeetParihar239) July 13, 2021However, back in 2020, Ganguly had expressed his wish to see Krrish star Hrithik Roshan play his role in the biopic.

As far as the Indian cricketers are concerned, there have been a couple of players who have had biopics made on them.
M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story in which former Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s role was played by late actor Sushant Singh Rajput turned out to be a massive success, while the biopic Azhar, which was based on Mohammad Azharuddin with Emraan Hashmi playing the role of the cricketer also achieved moderate success. Another film, 83 is also in the works, which revolves around Team India’s 1983 World Cup victory with Ranveer Singh playing the role of skipper Kapil Dev.
Rumours of Ganguly’s biopic have been in the air for a while now, but Dada had been shooting those down one after another until today.

You’re belting your heart out to your favourite song. Your teammates are cheering you on, while the opposing half waits with bated breath for you to finish, waiting for the last few words so that they can launch their rebuttal in tune. Welcome to the classic Indian family game of Antakshari. Whether you’re family, friend or foe, you will be pitted against each other to see who comes out on top.
Antakshari was the definitive glue that brought families together on picnics, get togethers and other special occasions. What better way to take a trip down memory lane than with the evergreen Bollywood classics that we’d sing?
    1. Wah Wah Ramji Hum Aapke Hain Koun was a film that was universally adored by family members, and topped everyone’s personal playlist during Antakshari. So it’s no wonder that songs from this movie still remain iconic.

    2. My Name Is Lakhan Your opponents will have you reminded that the song doesn’t begin with 1-2-ka-four but the rhythmic “Rum pum pum rum pum pum” instead. That’s when you know winning’s going to be all the more fun.

    3. Pehla Nasha “Chahe Tum Kuch Na Kaho, Maine Sunn Liya.” Pehla Nasha oozes nostalgia and romance, so there’s always the chance that the newly married couple would be the center of attention during this one.

    4. It’s The Time To Disco A relatively recent entrant to the pantheon of evergreen classics, It’s The Time To Disco is guaranteed to have all youngsters doing the dance steps to the music video.

    5. Aati Kya Khandala The bonafide bad boy’s pick. Everyone wanted to be Amir Khan’s Siddharth. They’d even get into character and fake the whole matchstick on the tongue move as well, much to the elder’s chagrin.

    6. Ek Pal Ka Jeena This song made Hrithik Roshan every desi household’s personal Greek God. And while you’re at it, don’t forget to do the moves. Antakshari is not just about singing, it’s about getting into character and performing to your audience.

    7. Didi Tera Dewar Deewana No surprises here, another classic from Hum Aapke Hain Koun. It wasn’t until I grew up that I realised how cheeky the lyrics were.

No list can be truly exhaustive of all the songs that made Antakshari a household affair, and that's part of what makes it so special. Tell us in the comments about your favourites.

People these days have hacks for everything. From uncomplicated things to intricate things, the internet has a way out for everything. Now, we all know that traveling by air has its own pros and cons and the baggage policies only make it difficult.

Sneaking in an extra bag isn’t something that one can easily do. Also rules for all airlines are different. Cheap flights usually charge a lot of money for carrying an extra bag.
Most people follow rules; however, some people find a way around it. And one such hack has been going viral on the internet.
The video shows a TikTok user Ashlin faking a pregnancy just to carry an extra bag into a flight that costs only $44. This flight only allowed one backpack and she came up with a genius idea to sneak in a bag.
The video was also shared on YouTube.
Check out the full video here-

In the video, you can see that she came up with the idea of making a fake baby bump with the help of a white and pink drawstring bag. She hung it on her stomach which made it looked like a realistic paunch that could pass her off as pregnant.
Then she covered the bag with a hoodie that she was wearing.  This hack not only worked but she was also allowed to enter the flight before everyone else.
This hack has now gone viral on TikTok and has over 30 million views. Now, this is definitely a clever idea.
However, breaking rules can get you in trouble. What do you think? Let us know in the comments section below!

The two communities, Kashmiri Muslims and Kashmiri Pandits, have often proved that communal harmony can still exist despite a bloody past.

Recently, people from both communities shared yet another excellent example of brotherhood as they helped perform the last rites of two Kashmiri Pandit women.
This event took place in South Kashmir in the Kulgam district.
    © News 18
As soon as everyone heard the news of the demise of two women, Chand Rani, 80, (wife of BardriNath) and Kaushali Devi, 83, (wife of JankiNath), the Muslim community, within no time, offered help to the families in doing the last rites.

    © News 18
Ghulam Mohhudin Shah, a part of the Muslim community, helped with most things, including setting up the cremation pyre and assisted with carrying the earthen pot to the cremation ground. At the same time, other Muslim locals helped with further minute details.

Ramesh Kumar, a Kashmiri Pandit, mentioned that both these communities are two different faces of the same coin. He also said that their bond is eternal. He said, “The brotherhood and communal harmony is everlasting and these gatherings are one such example of it.”
    © News 18
Even though it was the families who did the last rites, it was the local Muslim community who helped with everything else.

This is not the only time when both the communities shared examples of brotherhood. Earlier, Kashmiri Muslims and Pandits both performed the last rites of a woman at Tahram village as well. They carried out all the formalities in line with Kashmiri Pandits for the deceased lady.
    © News 18
A similar incident took place in December 2020 when Muslims in the Wussan area helped perform the last rites of Naath Ji. In fact, the community gave shoulders to the deceased Pandit's coffin and arranged everything for the funeral.

Both Kashmiri Pandits and Kashmiri Muslims have time and again set such heartwarming examples. It's truly a lesson for everyone to live peacefully with no wars based on religions.

Whether it was Anushka Sharma being blamed for Team India's loss, Rhea Chakraborty for allegedly being involved in actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death or Bollywood films being blamed for promoting ‘rape culture’ in the country, seems like one thing that the people are mighty great at, is blaming just about anybody for anything wrong that happens in the country.
And we say this after yet another instance where a political leader has decided to point fingers at actor Aamir Khan and his personal choice to separate from his wife, as the reason for 'population imbalance' in India.
    Apparently, the two are connected...
"Left two wives, and kids, is wandering in search of a third wife."

BJP MP blames Aamir Khan for 'population imbalance.'@vrept reports.https://t.co/bZUoPGKED3
    — News18.com (@news18dotcom) July 12, 2021
This statement came from BJP MP Sudhir Gupta from Mandsaur who went ahead to blame ‘people like Aamir Khan’ for the disparity in the growing population of our country.
He was quoted saying, “Talking in Indian perspective, it is Aamir Khan, whose first wife Reena with two kids and second wife Kiran Rao with one kid, has been left to wander around by him who is unbothered and has started the search for the third wife.”
He went on to question, “Is this India's message to the world?” As he said, “It’s unfortunate that people like Aamir Khan have a role to play behind population imbalance in the country.”
    © Twitter
Once again, it is baffling to see just how conveniently the very leaders of our country are willing to play the blame-game, by not just promoting stereotypes but also looking down upon people who choose to live life on their own terms. Especially celebrities who are often in the limelight and have to bear the brunt of being accused of things they didn’t do.

The BJP MP's comments have come in after the announcement of the Population Control Bill in UP by CM Yogi Adityanath who plans on controlling the growth rate of population in the state.
Meanwhile, here is how the netizens are reacting to Sudhir Gupta’s comments on Twitter -
BJP MP and side actor Ravi Kishan can have 4 children but, how dare Aamir khan has 4 children? Doesn't Aamir know that, this is New India 2.0?🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️
