The worst kinds of problems that I face in life aren't usually the ones that I may have anticipated coming my way, but ones that creep up on me from behind and catch me off guard. Whether it is my boss walking in on me as I binge on dog videos, or an illness knocking at my door without so much as a warning signal, one can never be prepared enough.

And the same goes for men too, who probably don’t see things going south until it's already too late. And one of those things in men is also being greeted by the early signs of developing erectile dysfunction - the psychological disorder that makes it awfully difficult to get an erection during intercourse.

Now, the thing with ED is that it isn’t a problem that arises because of lack of arousal, but because of a lot of other causes, some of which you don’t even realise are contributing to your lack of drive. These are the things you are doing every day that are ultimately and silently leading you in the grips of erectile dysfunction, making it hard for you (pun intended) to perform in bed.
Questionable Lifestyle Choices  © Excel Entertainment
With the pandemic upon us and routine having been thrown out of the window, we’ve all been pushed into a rather laidback and inactive lifestyle, one that has more effect on us than we can measure.

Eating unhealthy with little to no exercise is driving men to become obese which in turn is a driving factor for high blood pressure and cholestrol issues, both of which are prime in leading to ED. So in case your lack of fitness has come up in the recent conversations around health, chances are nothing else will...
    Smoking © T-Series
Contrary to popular belief where smoking only leads to diseases like cancer or TB, the dangerous stress buster is also one such reason that you might be facing issues in your hardware. The use of excessive tobacco has an adverse effect on health, especially since it decreases blood flow in the body, including the vessels in a man’s *****.

It is always good advice to keep an eye out on your performance after getting prescribed a new medication. Chances are, if it does not suit you, the side effects may start having an impact on your *** life and could be a major and concerning reason for ED.

    Bad Mental Health © T-Series
Erectile dysfunction is essentially a psychological disorder one that starts in the head before it starts having a physical impact. If you feel you are overwhelmed with emotions and struggling with mental health issues like anxiety, depression and the likes of it, they could be playing with your subconscious, making it hard for you (or technically, not) to perform well in the bedroom.

It is therefore important to take care of your mental health to refrain from it being a hurdle to your erection.
    Alcohol © Excel Entertainment
By this, I don’t mean having the occasional drink or two with friends is the reason why your soldier is down, but that excessive indulgence in alcohol has proven to tamper with equipment. Drinking heavy is said to have a temporary impact on getting an erection, one that can and perhaps, should be avoided for any awkwardness during the act.

Delhi Belly, one of the most popular and successful indie films to come out in India, recently completed a landmark 10 years of the release and director Abhinay Deo is obviously still aware of the fact that the film still gets talked about a lot for being so different.

    © BCCL
However, Delhi Belly director Abhinay, said while there had been no signings, the selection was really between Ranbir and Imran.

"No, they (Ranbir and Chitrangda) were not signed for the film. Ranbir was approached for the film though. At that point, he had also done just one film, Saawariya. It was a toss-up between Imran and Ranbir as both of them had done one film each, and they did not have much baggage. Chitrangda’s name did come up, but it did not go through and was never finalized." said Abhinay.
Before doing the film, Imran Khan had already become a popular figure in Bollywood due to his performances in his debut film Jaane Tu... Ya Jaane Na, but apart from him, there really weren't a lot of star names.

So, football didn’t get to go home after all. The Italians got the job done. Winning a continental cup after years of heartbreak. The Euro Cup was chock filled with drama, excitement and banter. And while we’re still reeling from last night’s results, let’s take a moment to look back at some of the incredible moments that we’ll be taking with us to the future:
    Danish Heartbreak
The Danes defied expectations with their performances, replacing Turkey as the tournament’s dark horses. They put up a respectable fight against England during their semi final defeat. However, Denmark’s tournament started in an inauspicious manner. Their talisman, Christian Eriksen suffered a life threatening heart attack during their match against Finland, leaving the entire sporting world devastated. This incident, however, got the entire community rallying and praying for his safe recovery. The humanity displayed as well as Eriksen’s subsequent recovery managed to turn this difficult moment into a positive incident in hindsight.

    The French Collapse

Les Bleus boasted one of the strongest lineups and benches. Even their reserve teams had more firepower than most nation’s first teams. However, that wasn’t enough to keep them afloat through the deeper stages as poor tactics, man management and ego tussles (looking at you Mbappe) eventually sank them in the round of 16 against a united Swiss Team. They need to go back to the drawing board and find ways to get the team to play together as a unit instead of relying on individual moments of brilliance.

    Italian Renaissance

Gli Azzurri’s victory shows how far they’ve come after having failed to qualify for the World Cup in 2018. Roberto Mancini needs to be given due credit for putting together and managing a team of underrated Italian talents helmed by the seasoned veteran, Georgio Chiellini. The Italian Renaissance was a slow burn, several years in the making. But they got the job done eventually.

    Football's Not Going Home

By virtue of claiming some sort of monopoly of the sport, England have long been ridiculed for not having enough in their cabinet to show for their claims. They did have a well stocked and ridiculously talented team, and Gareth Southgate was versatile and astute enough to adapt tactics depending on the team they were facing. And they’d almost managed to break their hoodoo. Especially when Luke Shaw rifled in a goal in the initial moments of the game. But it all came undone when Bonucci leveled the scores, followed by Gianluigi Donnarumma’s penalty heroics. Kudos to the English team for having put forward impressive performances throughout the tournament. Maybe next time they can take the cup home.

    Teamwork Over Talent

After a long and strange year, where fans had to be kept away from the stadiums due to the pandemic, there finally seemed to be some semblance of normalcy during the Euros. One thing that stood out in particular has to be the way teams not blessed with the deepest pools of talent were able to fight toe to toe with the giants of football. Denmark, Wales, Ukraine and Switzerland deserve special mention for their fighting spirit.
    © Marca
Can’t believe the Euros are already over. But at least the entire tournament was worth it! Guess we’ll have to wait for regular football to resume in order to nurse this sporting hangover.

Suresh Raina got really candid about his thoughts on Virat Kohli’s future as the captain of the Indian cricket team and expressed what he feels should happen with his duty as the leader of the Men in Blue in an interview with News24 Sports.
"I think he has been the No. 1 captain. His record proves that he has achieved a lot. I think he is the No. 1 batsman in the world. You're talking about an ICC trophy but he hasn't even won an IPL yet,” Raina said.
    View this post on Instagram
“I feel that he needs to be given some time. There are 2-3 World Cups taking place one after the other - two T20 World Cups and then the 50-over World Cup. It's not easy to reach the final - sometimes you miss out on a few things," he added.
Ever since the crushing defeat at the hands of Kane Williamson and the New Zealand squad in the semi-final of the ICC World Cup 2019, a rise has been seen in the number of critics who don’t believe in Kohli’s ability as a captain. Although, it has to be addressed that throughout their group stage, India remained the only team to incur one loss and were on top of the points table as well.
1, 1, 1 - the only ODI innings where each of the top three scored just one run.

'A spell of bad cricket', as Virat Kohli put it, saw India exit the 2019 World Cup at the semi-final stage.https://t.co/bjYvheciKu #OnThisDay pic.twitter.com/VEkD6cEfYP
    — ESPNcricinfo (@ESPNcricinfo) July 10, 2020
Talking about the disappointing performance during the one-off match in the World Test Championship Final in England, Raina also addressed how the weather played a massive impact on India’s inability to play at a high level, while also mentioning that the most seasoned batters of the squad should have shoulders the responsibility a lot better than they did.
The WTC final was one such example. People said it was because of the conditions but I feel there was something lacking in batting. The bigger batsmen will have to stitch partnerships and take responsibilities," he added.

We are not chokers: Suresh Raina
"See, we are not chokers, because we already have the 1983 World Cup, 2007 T20 World Cup the then 50-over World Cup in 2011. We need to understand that players are training hard. With three World Cups approaching, I don't think anyone will call them chokers. We need to give them a little more time. They are doing well and Virat has the capability to change the game. We need to respect the new style of this team. But I feel that in the next 12 to 16 months, an ICC trophy is going to come to India," Raina explained.

Sunday was a day for championship finals, massive uproars and eventually disappointment in England as the Wimbledon final and the UEFA Euro 2020 final, both took place back-to-back and less than 20 kilometres away from each other.
For the Indian sports fans, however, a different conversation was taking place online in which former Indian skipper and Team India head coach Ravi Shastri and Hollywood actor Tom Cruise were being compared to each other.
    Going to be an unreal experience courtside. Let’s play @DjokerNole v @MattBerrettini #Wimbledon pic.twitter.com/QGDbEzYNB1
    — Ravi Shastri (@RaviShastriOfc) July 11, 2021
Both Shastri and Cruise were spotted sitting in the stands of the Centre Court as Novak Djokovic created history by winning his sixth Wimbledon title, while equaling Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal’s 20-grand slam titles record in glorious fashion.
The Shastri-Cruise comparison was to do with how they looked for their age. The two stars of their respective industries were both 37 days apart from each other and currently 59 years old. However, if the two stood next to each other, it is evident that Cruise looks comparatively younger than the retired Indian cricketer.
Tom Cruise looks half the age of Ravi Shastri, while both are 59. Sights at #Wimbledon
    — Aman Sharma (@AmanKayamHai_) July 11, 2021
This comparison has left the Indian audience debating for the two sides, with most defending Shastri for being an athlete who spent hours under the sun while not caring so much about his skin, as opposed to a film star for whom it is a prerequisite to “look good”.
For those not in the know, cricket is largely played outdoors on sunny days. More so during Shastri's playing years. Harsh sunlight does mess up with your skin somewhat.
    — Vishwajeet (@Vishfulthinking) July 11, 2021
To be fair to him Shastri looks lot better than your average 59 year olds in this country. We can cut him some slack
    — Amogh Talpallikar (@mogverse) July 11, 2021
    This comparison really worth???
    — RV (@rverma31march) July 11, 2021
Some even speculated Cruise undergoing plastic surgery and Botox injections in order to continue to look young:
Yeah, he has gone under the knife few times..
    — V.R.Hari (@VRHarrry) July 12, 2021
BOTOX HAI TOM KI KHOOBSURATI KA RAAZ.....
    RAVI BHAI NATURAL BEAUTY HAI
    — Aryan (@Aryan91517546) July 11, 2021
However, Cruise has almost maintained that he has never gone under the knife and will never resort to artificial means to change or maintain the way he looks.
According to the National Enquirer, he's lying. "Insiders say the gifted star remains desperate to maintain his boyish good looks and stay atop of the heap as he approaches his sixties — with the help of plastic surgery!"
Anybody else think Tom Cruise looks different than say two years ago? #PlasticSurgery pic.twitter.com/f2Uz8gVMam
    — hermetically sealed heritage (@girlfreddy) July 11, 2021
Doctor Yoel Shahar, one of the top plastic surgeons in New York City, was interviewed by the publication and said, "There has been significant improvement made to Tom’s neck. The wrinkles in the neck, they are now vertical, and the skin is tighter. They did some kind of pull behind the ear." On Cruise’s seemingly more defined jawline, Dr. Shahar said, "The skin is tighter than it had been in recent years."

They say women are complicated. But the truth is women don’t understand men either.
I have never seen a man introduce himself to another guy. How on earth do you guys ever know each other’s name? Maybe that’s why ‘dude’ and ‘bro’ were invented. Also, a friend’s birthday isn’t a big deal for guys and you only express love for your ‘bhai’ when you are wasted.
    © Viacom18 Motion Pictures
If I had to sum up male friendships, I’d say it’s a chill relationship with no drama involved. I mean, all it takes for two men to bond is a bottle of beer or sports and the next thing you know they are bros for life.
    © Vinod Chopra Films
Women definitely don’t get male friendships and how they work. And, someone with the similar sentiment asked men on Reddit the same. Here is what the guys had to say when a user asked  “What's an unspoken rule between men that women to this day have trouble understanding?”
    © Eros International
Here are some of the best responses that rules important in bromance that most women don’t get:

    1. You can chat shit to your mates to their face but you have their back when they're not around.
    2. Dudes can be best of buddies for decades and have like 2 photos of them together total lol.
    3. When your friend wants to do something meathead stupid, you talk to him about why it’s stupid, you both agree it’s stupid, and then when he decides to do it anyway you’re like “okay what do you need me to do to make this happen.”
    4. Unless it is a pretty significant purchase, men don't pay each other back. "You pay for the hotel?"
    © Eros International
"Great, I'll get the golf and dinner. Does that square us up?"

    " Yeah."
    5. There's something so rock solid about knowing that the next time you see Dudeguy you get to pick right back up where you were 4 years ago and neither of you even has to question it. Even if you weren't the same person as back then, you get to mentally go back to that space and so does he. It's like an anchor point for your personality.
    6. Guys talk about crushes, girls they're working on dating, and relationship troubles all the time. *** talk on the other hand is pretty limited. Either you banged or you didn't.
    © Dharma Productions
    7. That once you have finished a heated argument you leave it as a moment in time and move on. They are perfectly healthy part of a man's life. You don't bring it up days later or everytime that person annoys you or hold a grudge till you can get back at them.

    8. We can sit together on the porch for hours and not speak. Its okay. We enjoy it.
    9. 9/10 phone calls should take 60 seconds or less.
10.The stronger the friendship the harsher the insults.
    © Eros International
So, does every guy just know these rules and follow them?
