It's a strange world these days.
Thanks to the internet, word spreads real fast everywhere, with possibly real repercussions for a lot of people sitting in different corners of the world.

The recent episode involving football Superstar Cristiano Ronaldo at the Euros, in which the Portuguese forward removed two Coke bottles from the table of the press conference before replacing them with a bottle of water, had a major consequence.Β

Soon, the video of the incident went viral on the internet, and hours later, Coca-Cola's stock prices went down from $242 billion to $238 billion.Β
Now, while Cristiano might have ended up playing a big part in Coca-Cola's fortunes, as things stand, there isn't a bigger (alleged) market manipulator than Elon Musk.

Now, It is a fact that Elon Musk's Twitter account has a huge part to play in what happens these days, and while he has been told to keep a check on his tweets, he is making waves even without actually Tweeting.

On Thursday, the 49-year-old SpaceX founder changed his Twitter name from 'Elon Musk' to 'Elon Musk, The Second', and well, Twitter Went Chaos!

While the revolutionary tech billionaire has an army of fans, taking into notice his close relationship with the crypto market, it wasn't just his supporters who were curious to know what the name change was about.
Many questioned whether the developments meant that DogeCoin was now the second largest in crypto rankings in the world.
One user tweeted, "It means 2nd Rank of DogeCoin in the coin market !! RocketRocket"

After the last year of uncertainty that we have had, many of us have started to take our health much more seriously. While exercising and eating clean, healthy food is the first step towards true holistic well-being, there are many more factors that go into it.
While reducing stress, eating less sugar & processed food, taking multi-vitamins is important, another step that needs to be given attention is our gut health!
Gut health refers to the balance of microorganisms that live in the digestive tract. Looking after the health of the gut and maintaining the right balance of these microorganisms is vital for physical and mental health, immunity, and more.
One cannot maintain good gut health simply by eating clean food! Here are a few ways that can help in achieving optimum gut health:
    1. Take Probiotics And Eat Fermented FoodsTo boost the beneficial bacteria, or probiotics, some people choose to take probiotic supplements in the gut. It has suggested that taking probiotics can support a healthy gut and that it may prevent inflammation and other intestinal problems.
    __ECOMPRODUCT__1805__
Also, Fermented foods are a natural source of probiotics. So, consuming foods like fermented vegetables (achar) kimchi, kombucha, miso, sauerkraut, tempeh etc, can improve your gut health:Β
    2. Reduce stressAre you constantly feeling bloated and constipated? You might want to check your stress level. Managing stress is important for many aspects of health, including gut health. According to studies, a variety of stressors can negatively affect gut health, including psychological stress, environmental stress, such as extreme heat, cold, noise or sleep deprivation.
    __ECOMPRODUCT__1806__
Some stress management techniques include meditation, deep breathing exercises, taking relaxing baths and progressive muscle relaxation. Taking supplements can also help better your quality of sleep and reduce stress.
    3. Eat more dark chocolateThis one is a favourite. Who needs a reason to eat more chocolate? I do. Rich in fibre and plant-based molecules known as polyphenols travel into your intestines where microbes use them for fuel.Β
    __ECOMPRODUCT__1807__
Foods that are rich in polyphenols, such as dark chocolate, red wine, cocoa, artichoke, onions have anti-inflammatory properties, decrease blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
    4. Exercise regularlyRegularly exercising contributes to good heart health and weight loss or weight maintenance.Β  Research has also suggested that it may also improve gut health, which may, in turn, help control obesity.
    __ECOMPRODUCT__1808__
The Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans recommend that adults engage in at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise each week, along with muscle-strengthening activities on 2 or more days each week. So, You better start working out!
    5. Get enough sleepSince the pandemic started, most of us have fallen into an unhealthy sleep schedule. Getting enough good-quality sleep can improve mood, cognition, and gut health.Β
    __ECOMPRODUCT__1809__
Irregular sleep habits and disturbed sleep can have negative outcomes for the gut flora, which may increase the risk of inflammatory conditions. So, stop binge-watching shows on Netflix and get the recommended 7 hrs of sleep!
To Wrap UpThere are many aspects that go into creating a holistic lifestyle. So, instead of just focusing on picking up weights and avoiding fried food, let’s try and create a routine that takes into account all our bodies need!

Online gaming has seen rapid growth in India during the COVID-19 lockdown both in terms of consumption and revenue.Β
India saw some of the highest game downloads in the casual mobile gaming space in 2020Β  which contributed to 17 percent of the global mobile downloads.Β
    Β© Team Vitality India
Now, a new report by KPMG tries to decode the casual gaming market in India and revealed that the overall potential of online gaming in India could be worth Rs 169 billion by 2025.Β

Currently, the Indian online gaming market stands at a size of INR 60 billion which is expected to grow.Β
β€œGamers across demographics took to online gaming as a means to connect with family and friends, with the supply side also playing its part, in terms of multiple titles getting multiplayer features, with a social layer to them, to encourage group consumption. With India experiencing a second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic currently, it is envisaged that the consumption of online casual gaming is likely to continue being robust, helped by the robust digital infrastructure that India has, and the continued investments by Indian and global developers and publishers in making world-class games available to the Indian gamer,” the report said.Β
    Β© Unsplash/onur-binay
KPMG says that India saw a growth in the online gaming space for a variety of reasons. It mainly attributes the growth due to increasing smartphone penetration, internet penetration, young population and adoption of digital payments adoption.Β

Many games also saw an increase in world-class titles that hosted localised content. Games with multiplayer modes and social elements saw an increase in investor interest as well.Β
However, India faces a unique problem that involved average user spending.Β
The report said that β€œthe ARPPU of online casual gaming in India is ~USD 2 (FY21), which is amongst the lowest in the world, given that India has the second-largest base of online casual gamers in the world,” KPMG said this is due to lower penetration of consoles in India as it requires an additional cost of paying for games.Β
    Β© Unsplash/onur-binay
KPMG says that India will continue to see gaming platforms supported by Ad revenue and β€œis not likely to go away in the near to medium term as free to play games dominate consumption in India.”

The report also adds cloud gaming has the potential to change the gaming landscape in India as India has a limited capacity to invest in hardware. eSports in India is also expected to grow rapidly over the next five years due to increased interest from brands for sponsorships. β€œThe India esports sub-segment is expected to grow by CAGR 27% over FY21-25 to reach a size of Rs 5.7 billion,” the report said.Β
Girish Menon, Partner and Head, Media and Entertainment, KPMG in India added,Β  β€œThe online casual gaming sub-segment in India has emerged as the largest in terms of consumption amongst overall online gaming, with close to 420 million gamers engaging in online casual gaming in FY21.”
β€œWe envisage the online gaming segment to be amongst the largest segments of the M&E industry in India in the years to come, garnering a share of both the time and the wallet of the Indian digital billion” he added.Β

Cristiano Ronaldo’s global influence was put on display when after the UEFA EURO group stage match against Hungary on Tuesday, the Portuguese decided to take matters into his own hands and removed two bottles of Coca-Cola out of the video screen, before endorsing agua or water on live television.
As a result, the world-renowned beverage brand lost over $4 billion in market value over-night, stirring not only the entire football world but also bringing in a lot of free publicity, which can never be bad for a company as big as them. "Everyone is entitled to their drink preferences," said Coca-Cola in a short statement, adding that each individual has different "tastes and needs".

    β€” Gio CR7 (@ArobaseGiovanny) June 14, 2021
However, yet another famous beverage company tried to make the most out of this situation and congratulated Ronaldo on achieving a massive feat of becoming the top-scorer in the history of the European Championship, reaching 11 goals to go past Michel Platini's record of nine, while also acknowledging his preference of water over *wink wink* any other drink.
Heineken’s timely tweet was considered to be a win by social media marketers from all over the world while acknowledging a little bit of banter between big brands is always healthy and at the very least, entertaining for the fans and consumers.
Little did they know that Paul Pogba, France’s midfielder, would go on to do the exact same thing to them later in the evening, creating a hilariously ironic situation, which would make Heineken delete their tweet and resort to a fetal position to endure the shame.
    First Ronaldo with the Coca-Cola...

Now Paul Pogba wasn't happy with the Heineken in front of him at his press conference ❌ pic.twitter.com/SU1ifQPGOP
    β€” Goal (@goal) June 16, 2021
According to reports, the bottle of Heineken kept in front of the French footballer did not contain alcohol in it. However, Pogba, without knowing what was in it, decided to pick up the bottle and not just remove it from the frame but also placed it under the table, where no cameras would reach.
You know what they say about karma, right? So the next time you decide to take on a big-time multi-billion dollar company in social media warfare, ensure that you may not end up in a similar scenario because the online trolls are as unforgiving and ruthless as they come.

Sunil GroverΒ gave us all tummy aches back in the day with his iconic characters 'Gutthi' and 'Dr Mashoor Gulati' during Comedy Nights, and we still miss having that semblance of normalcy in our lives that we took for granted during the pre-COVID era.

    via GIPHY
Even though comedy has been his forte, he has impressed us all with his performance on the web series 'Sunflower' that is available on Zee 5. It indeed is heartening to see real talent getting avenues to prove their versatility.

    View this post on Instagram
However, in between all of this, the fact that Mr Grover is also a seasoned fashionista with an accessory game that can give most hypebeasts a run for their money, somehow got overshadowed. His recent appearance at the airport reminded us of that very fact.Β

He is carrying a Gucci suitcase with aluminium finish, with black accent and gold detailing on top. The suitcase, which is a rare statement piece, is similar to the one and only Rimowa suitcase in terms of its design and structure. Gucci suitcases usually retail anywhere between 2000 to 4000 Dollars, depending on the model. This particular model is off stock right now, and it won't be surprising if it costs upwards of 2.5 to 3 lakhs INR.Β

In less than 24 hours, the Indian players, led by their charismatic leader Virat Kohli, will embark on the biggest quest of their Test careers, hoping to be crowned the World Test Champions. Overcoming stringent tests over the last two years, made worse by the coronavirus pandemic, the players have made their way to the grand finale.
Kohli and the team management have named a 15-member squad of which only 11 will get the opportunity to play in the summit clash against New Zealand. While 15 are still in contention for making the final playing XI, there were several players who were unlucky to miss out on the chance to take part in the final hurdle.
Here are the five hits and misses from India's 15-member squad for the WTC final:
Shardul Thakur’s Divine Absence - Miss! Β© Instagram Shardul Thakur
In the absence of Hardik Pandya, Shardul ThakurΒ was one player who could have provided India the stability which it otherwise lacks. β€˜Lord Thakur’ -- a nickname given by his fans for his all-round abilities, shows how much fans love him.

As Thakur is more than handy with the bat, including him in the squad would have allowed India the luxury of going with four-fast bowlers and still not compromise with their batting line-up. Thakur would have made for the perfect replacement for someone like Hardik Pandya, and deliver with both bat and ball.
Mohammed Siraj Continues To Rise - Hit! Β© Instagram Mohammed Siraj
From making his debut a few months back to now with a possibility of playing the WTC final, the story of Mohammed Siraj is as good a script as you get for a blockbuster movie. In competitive sport, most people tell you that it’s only hard work which helps you succeed at the top level but not Siraj.

He lost his father while bowling in the nets in Australia and had the option of leaving but he stayed on and as luck would have it, he ended up not just making his Test debut but also leading India’s pace attack on the tour and emerged as one of the finds of the series. Since then, his inclusion has been based purely on merit and despite his relative inexperience, he thoroughly deserved a place in the final squad.
Mayank Agarwal - Miss! Β© Instagram Mayank Agarwal
For the majority of India's WTC campaign, Mayank was the designated opener but the emergence of Shubhman Gill has led to his departure from his team. The Karnataka batsman had a memorable Test debut in front of a huge MCG crowd in 2018 and dominated the home season in 2019, which included a double century against South Africa.

Mayank has been one of the key contributors to India’s success in the WTC, scoring 857 runs in 12 matches at a healthy average of 42.85. Knowing that you were the fourth-highest scorer, only second to Ajinkya Rahane, Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli, during this whole campaign, it becomes an even more bitter pill to swallow.Β
KL Rahul Overlooked - Miss! Β© Instagram KL Rahul
Coming back from a surgery is never easy but KL Rahul recovered fast and boarded the flight to England. Rahul is a specialist batsman who can also keep wickets, if need be, and many expected that he would be preferred to Wriddhiman Saha, whose Test record has been abysmal to say the least. Rahul and Saha both have played almost the same number of matches but Rahul boasts a far superior record.

Hanuma Vihari Back After Sydney Heroics - Hit! Β© Instagram Hanuma Vihari
Battling extreme pain, Hanuma Vihari played a knock that entered Indian cricket's folklore for eternity as it helped the injury-laden side eke out a remarkable draw, literally from the jaws of defeat.

The hamstring injury he suffered during that innings ruled him out of the final Test against Australia and the whole home Test series against England but his return to the side made fans excited. His resilience could prove to be a great asset in hostile English conditions.

    β€œThanda matlab Coca Cola!”
This phrase automatically takes us back to the iconic TVC commercial featuring Aamir Khan that we all watched on our small screen television in the 90s.Β
We also later imitated his way of drinking straight from the bottle when our dads brought the aerated drink (which was not that often, sadly).Β

Although Aamir Khan endorsed the brand for almost a decade, a lot of Indian celebrities took his place in the years to come.Β

Recently when fans dug up an old video of Cristiano Ronaldo’s Coca Cola commercial after he snubbed it for water at a press conference, we got to thinking about all the old Coca Cola ads that featured the biggest Indian celebs too.Β

. Diljit DosanjhΒ Yes, the Punjabi singer also featured in the iconic Coca Cola ad right after he made his debut in Bollywood with Udta Punjab.Β

This ad had the same plot of a fan meeting a superstar in a lift, which previously featured Deepika Padukone.
