People are finding new ways to call on people to remind them about the importance of staying home and social distancing in the second wave of Covid.
Recently, a small beach village in North Goa, Calangute, was seen spreading Covid-19 awareness in a rather unique manner.
While one could see the efforts with public announcements, it was rather laced with some F bombs. The announcement urged people to stay put in their homes with a very catchy jingle.
© Instagram/Goaexplore
In the video, one can hear an announcement being made with a loudspeaker in a vehicle, decked with Covid-related information.
The announcer can be heard singing a unique jingle, saying: “Please help the world get back on track and stay the f**k at home. Stay the f**k at home… Don’t you be a f*****g d**k, stay the f**k at home,”
As soon as this video went live on social media, people couldn't help but react to it.
There were mixed reactions, as some people expressed their excitement, while a few were rather surprised.
One user wrote, “It’s Goa”. Musician Jason Filipe, replied to it and said “The village panchayat of Calangute slapping some sense into people.”
Another social media user wrote “Meanwhile in Goa… The village panchayat (governing body) of Calangute does not mince words. This is how we do it…stay the f#*k at home,”
However, after all this, the official Calangute village panchayat came forward and mentioned that the driver has apologised for such behaviour.
Due to the rising cases, Goa is now under lockdown too to control the spread of Covid-19. Calangute, especially, has gone under self-imposed lockdown, even though the state-wide lockdown concluded on Monday.
Here's how the people are reacting to the jingle:

We have been shut in our houses for over a year now.
More than that, another constant worry has been the weight gain, which we simply succumbed to due to constant binge-watching on Netflix.
The concern is real, not just for us but even for celebrities.
© Instagram/Will Smith
Will Smith recently took to Instagram and posted a shirtless photo, giving a solid reason as to why he is in the 'worst shape of his life'.
View this post on Instagram
He shared another image and was seen joking about his physique a few days ago as well. The recent post though, explains the reason behind his weight gain and we guess we can totally relate to it.
For this new post, he posted a short video, wearing black boxers and captioned it as "This is the body that carried me through an entire pandemic and countless days grazing thru the pantry.
He further wrote, "I love this body, but I wanna FEEL better. No more midnight muffins...this is it! Imma get in the BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE!!!!! Teaming up with @YouTube to get my health & wellness back on track. Hope it works!"
He is Will Smith and if he has mentioned that he would work hard, keeping away from the midnight muffins, he would definitely nail it. That's one inspiring post, we must say.
Just a few days ago, he had also posted another picture wearing a colour-block jacket and boxers. In this image too, he can be seen 'out of shape'.
© Instagram/Will Smith
To be honest, this is quite relatable, since that's exactly what we did a year long. And, given that he has done several roles in the past, that required him to either lose or gain weight, this won't be a huge task for him.
He shared the image, flaunting his dad bod and wrote "I'm gonna be real wit yall - I'm in the worst shape of my life."
© Instagram/Will Smith
The picture received a lot of reactions from his fans globally including some celebs like, Michele Moorer, DJ Steve Aoki, Joel Kinnaman, Ava DuVernay etc.
People came in support, as British singer-songwriter Sonna Rele wrote "You’re Will Smith!! You can be in whatever shape you want,” Even YouTuber Casey Neistat wrote "You’re a real one for this,”
Is this post relatable to you as well? Let us know!

India has been severely hit by the second wave of the novel Coronavirus and this is time that we all need to adhere to the precautionary measures as told by the health care department.
However, sadly, people are failing to understand that mass gatherings can result in nothing but doom right now.
© Reuters
A massive COVID-19 violation was seen in Gujarat's Sanand city on Tuesday. According to reports, thousands of women undertook a religious gathering to offer water at the Baliyadev Temple.
While medical professionals are giving their lives to ensure that people are safe and heal sooner, on the other hand, we have such blatant displays of violation.
The visuals are terrifying and we are wondering how could the concerned authorities let this happen.

Gujarat: Despite COVID restrictions, women in large numbers gathered at Navapura village in Sanand, Ahmedabad district to offer prayers at the Baliyadev temple, yesterday

People are stunned after the visuals started to go viral and asked why did the government not stop this in the very first place?

The mass gathering took place after a local priest claimed that COVID-19 was happening because the 'gods are angry'.
The most disturbing part is that even music was being played by a DJ who was accompanying the women. The protocols of wearing masks and keeping social distancing were brutally breached in the public domain.
However, the police have now taken action against 23 people in Navapura village, including the village sarpanch.

Meanwhile, in the last 24 hours, India reported over 3.82 lakh new cases of the novel coronavirus taking the total tally of cases in the country to over 2.06 crores which is a scary number.
It’s sad that these people didn’t take any lessons after many devotees who returned from Kumbh Mela were tested positive. About 2,600 devotees tested positive out of the nearly two lakh tests conducted by medical personnel during the mela.
MensXP urges everyone to stay home and stay safe because it’s a luxury that many can’t afford.

There are a few colour combinations that are best avoided for a number of reasons. For example, unless it is a uniform, it is best if one avoids wearing white on white.
© Viral Bhayani
Unless of course, you’re Govinda and in that case, the rules really don’t apply to you, for you have made a space for yourself that warrants that.
You think Ranveer & Aparshkati push the sartorial envelope? Well, you clearly don’t know Govinda.
© Viral Bhayani
Recently, the actor was spotted at the Mumbai Airport, in an outfit that only Govind can pull off with style.
Govinda was seen dressed in a white dress shirt, a pair of white sneakers, and surprisingly, a pair of white joggers. Yup, he wore a pair of white coloured joggers, with his 'suit'.
© Viral Bhayani
But more on that later. First, let’s have a look at the rest of his outfit.
Govinda’s all-white outfit was paired with a dope looking blazer, which made the outfit pop and stand distinctly apart.
We also like the fact that Govinda used a brown leather belt as an accessory. It goes rather well with the rest of his outfit and manages to stand out on its own.
© Viral Bhayani
Then, there are the chunky-looking sunglasses that he’s wearing.
They look straight out of a film from the 1980s and have a very cool, retro vibe to them. If you come to think of it, the entire outfit has somewhat of a 1980s vibe to it.
© Viral Bhayani
Except for the fitting of the pants, and those sneakers.
Look closely at the hem of the trousers, and you’ll realise, these are actually joggers. They have tiny zippers near the ankle. One can even see the closed portions of the zippers.
© Viral Bhayani
And then, there are the coke white sneakers that Govinda’s wearing. They, again, are very cool and are in a league of their own. They actually complement the rest of the outfit in a very aesthetic, and dope-looking manner.
© Viral Bhayani
All in all, this is actually quite a gangster-move by Govinda, style-wise speaking. We for sure, are loving it. Is it any wonder, that he still is one of the most revered style icons in India, even today?

Kangana Ranaut is kind of like the Arnab Goswami of the Bollywood industry right now. You can love her or hate her but you just can’t ignore her.
She had around three million followers at the time her Twitter account was permanently suspended on grounds of violating rules and creating disharmony between communities by spreading hate.

Kangana had sparked a major controversy after she called upon Prime Minister Narendra Modi to use his “Viraat roop” from the early 2000s to “tame” Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.
Kangana’s remarks sparked an outrage among social media users and people started to ask the social media platform to suspend her account for good.
Here are the tweets that created havoc on social media:

“We’ve been clear that we will take strong enforcement action on behaviour that has the potential to lead to offline harm. The referenced account has been permanently suspended for repeated violations of Twitter Rules specifically our Hateful Conduct policy and Abusive Behaviour policy. We enforce the Twitter Rules judiciously and impartially for everyone on our service,” a statement was released by Twitter.
However, a day after the suspension of her account, her fans started to support her and also started to demand that she should return to the platform.

However, those who can't stand the Manikarnika star and her vitriol are maintaining that her suspension was totally called for and that she does not deserve to come back on Twitter.

This is a social media war going on right now and we’re wondering if this will ever end. What do you think of the entire fiasco? Let us know in the comments section below.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Kangana has completed her ambitious biopic, Thalaivi.
Based on the life of former Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa, the film was slated for a theatrical release this month. However, it had to be postponed in wake of the recent surge in coronavirus cases.
She also has two action films - Tejas and Dhaakad in the pipeline.

Xiaomi has been shy of launching expensive flagship smartphones in India ever since it started operating in the country. But it seems like the company is looking to step up its game by launching the Mi 11 Ultra in India that commands an asking price of Rs 69,999. It is the most expensive smartphone Xiaomi has ever launched in India and it puts the question in customers’ mind whether it's worth it or not. I’ve been using the smartphone for over two weeks and in my opinion, it’s worth the price tag, and here’s why:
Design and DisplaysThe Mi 11 Ultra is by far the most unique looking smartphone launched in 2021. In fact, it is the boldest design I’ve ever seen and kind of grown fond of as well. It’s got a camera bump that is the size of a spaceship with massive camera sensors and a secondary tiny OLED display. The Mi 11 Ultra is also particularly heavy due to its ceramic body. The device weighs around 234 g and can get even heavier if you plan to use it with a protective case.
© MensXP/Akshay Bhalla
The highlight of the device is its secondary display that is used for a variety of purposes. It can be used to display the time, battery levels, date and notifications. The information is customisable where you can even choose the colour of the text that glows each time you tap on the tiny display. The secondary display can also be used as a viewfinder if you want to take selfie images with the main sensor. Using the secondary display as a viewfinder felt natural and not gimmicky as some might assume.
Additionally, the Mi 11 Ultra is also IP68 dust/water resistant (up to 1.5m for 30 mins) and comes with stereo speakers that have been tuned by Harman Kardon. The stereo speakers are a dream to use for watching videos and can get particularly loud without compromising the sound quality. Other salient features include 67W fast charging, fast wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging for accessories.
© MensXP/Akshay Bhalla
In the display department, the main AMOLED screen has a resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels, a 20:9 aspect ratio and a 120Hz refresh rate panel. The display is also rated for HDR10+, Dolby Vision content and has a brightness level of 900 nits. In real-world usage, the Mi 11 Ultra’s display is a dream to use for watching video content. The colours are very accurate with great saturation levels. The smartphone’s display offers very vivid image quality that in my opinion is leagues ahead of the OnePlus 9 Pro.
The 120Hz refresh rate also makes the overall experience buttery smooth when it comes to scrolling and playing games. The device uses an adaptive refresh rate feature where it automatically adjusts the tick rate according to what you are doing. The display is capable of going as low as 30Hz which results in conserving battery life. The 120Hz mode works across all resolutions however on WQHD+ mode you can expect to sacrifice battery life for obvious reasons.
The Mi 11 Ultra also has the ability to boost the visual experience where it can upscale HD content to WQHD+ natively. Lower resolution videos across apps and local storage do get a visible improvement.
The 1.1-inch secondary display is a great addition to have if you don’t want to keep picking your smartphone to check the time or notifications. Having said that, since the display isn’t too bright with a brightness level of 450 nits, it does get a bit cumbersome to use it under direct sunlight. It’s still usable but I found it most useful while in bed, next to me on a nightstand.
Camera The camera on the Mi 11 Ultra is the main highlight in terms of both specifications and the overall design. The massive camera module houses a 50MP custom Samsung GN2 sensor, a 48MP ultra-wide sensor (128-degree field of view) and a 48MP telephoto sensor. The telephoto lens is capable of doing 5x optical zoom, 10x using hybrid zoom and up to 120x digital zoom. The ultra-wide camera’s higher fold of view is a dream to use for shooting images of landscapes and larger scenes. You can also use the same sensor for taking macro shots which wasn’t particularly great to use.
© MensXP/Akshay Bhalla
The main camera on the other hand does a great job at capturing images most of the time. Images are extremely sharp, clear and crisp. There is little to no noise in the images, however I did notice one big problem with colour representation. The main camera’s white balance is off by a huge margin where it isn’t capable of representing warmer colours with any accuracy. This might be fixed in a future update or could be an isolated problem for my review unit.
The Mi 11 Ultra also does a great job at capturing portrait images where it accurately blurs out the edges on subjects. The edge detection works particularly well on objects that most smartphones tend not to do even in 2021.
Low-light photography on the Mi 11 Ultra is at par with other flagships most of the time, however there were instances where I ended up with mixed results. Even though the Mi 11 Ultra has one of the largest sensors on a smartphone, I would like to see clearer low-light images as it is capable of letting in more light.
Night mode is also great to use and the Mi 11 Ultra automatically switches to this mode whenever needed. Still, some low-light images have a bit of grain that could be improved. Also, at times, some results were softer for my liking.
If you would like to see the camera samples from the Mi 11 Ultra, have a look below:
Performance The Mi 11 Ultra is powered by all the latest hardware you would find on a flagship Android smartphone. The smartphone uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 888 chipset and Adreno 660
GPU. The unit I was testing had 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage which is the only variant available in India right now. In my usage, I did not notice any over-heating, bugs or app crashes on MIUI. The smartphone managed to run almost an entire day with extreme usage and quite a bit of gaming.
© MensXP/Akshay Bhalla
In my testing, games like Genshin Impact ran ultra-smooth with little to no frame rate drops even when the screen was populated with a lot of enemies. The 120Hz refresh rate is also a dream to use when I tested it with Mojang’s Minecraft. There was also little to no throttling which means it didn’t heat up more than usual.
If you are wondering about benchmark scores, the Mi 11 Ultra scored 3194 (multi-core) on Geekbench 5, 69FPS on GFXBench, and 688720 on Antutu. These scores are at par if not better than 2021 flagship phones which put the Mi 11 Ultra in the category of one of the fastest and most powerful smartphones of the year.
The Mi 11 Ultra’s 5,000 mAh battery also lasts longer than any other device I’ve used this year. It lasted from the morning till bedtime on a single charge even when turning up the refresh rate and the resolution. Of course, if you want it to last longer, you can always use the device in full HD and 60Hz mode.
The Final Say The Mi 11 Ultra is by far the most premium Android device you can buy in 2021. It offers the most unique looking design and incredible performance that matches with other flagships of the year. There are some features that still need improvement, however the Mi 11 Ultra is still worth the asking price considering what you get in return.

With the rising cases of COVID in India, people have become more vulnerable and helpless as the country’s health care infrastructure and the medical system seems to have completely collapsed at the moment.
Many celebs have been infected with the virus and the latest star to contract it is Deepika Padukone.
Padukone's family members including her mother Ujjala, father Prakash Padukone, and sister Anisha have also tested positive for the Coronavirus.
Padukone is currently staying in her home town, Bengaluru.
Although there is no official confirmation from Deepika, the news has been doing the rounds on social media.
Popular Indian paparazzi Viral Bhayani, took to Instagram to share that the actor has also been tested positive.
View this post on InstagramHowever, in a bizarre turn of events, people were quick to pass their judgments and mocked her because she is 'privileged'.
They went on to say that she will be treated properly as she has the money for it and it’s only the less privileged ones who are not getting proper treatment.
One of the users even slammed her for not helping people who are in need.

Is it fair to mock her this way?
Meanwhile, Prakash Padukone's close friend Vimal Kumar spoke to PTI and said, "Around 10 days back, Prakash, his wife (Ujjala) and second daughter (Anisha), they developed symptoms and got themselves tested and the results came out to be positive."
He also added, "They got themselves isolated but after a week Prakash's fever didn't come down, so last Saturday, he was admitted to a hospital here in Bengaluru. He is okay now. All his parameters are fine, his wife and daughter are at home and he too will be hopefully discharged in 2-3 days."
Speaking about Deepika Padukone’s professional front, she will be next seen in 83 that explores the story behind the Indian Cricket Team's historic 1983 World Cup victory.

There are several people who become an overnight internet sensation.
Take Yashraj Mukhate for example, who impressed the audience with his 'Rasode Me Kaun Tha?' video or Dhinchak Pooja, who entertained us with her cringey songs.
These people made some viral videos, which we won't forget in a long time.
© Instagram/Nivine Jay
© Instagram/Ben Affleck
The same happened very recently with a woman named Nivine Jay on TikTok.
Her video has now gone viral, where she said Ben Affleck sent her a DM, and asked her why she unmatched him on a dating app.
Nivine mentioned that Ben Affleck and she had matched on Raya, a dating app, designed for celebrity users.
View this post on Instagram
Jay is a model and an actress, who recorded a video and added text to it, which read as "Thinking of the time I matched with Ben Affleck on Raya and thought it was fake so I unmatched him, and he sent me a video on Instagram."

The video then moves onto the next clip in which Ben can be heard saying "Nivine, why did you unmatch me? It's me."
This video was first posted on TikTok, and then on Twitter, after which it went viral.
As of Tuesday morning, this video was viewed at least a million times on TikTok and it now has around 525,000 likes.

People left several comments on the video. One user wrote, "The way he said 'it's me,' my soul would have left my body," Jay also responded to it saying "confirmed my soul did leave my body."
Some people also misinterpreted the situation and were seen criticising Affleck and branding him a creep.
Nivine then cleared the air and said that she never wanted Affleck to come off poorly. She mentioned in a statement “I’m seeing a lot of comments calling him a creep and l don’t think that’s fair. l wasn’t making fun of him in the video,” She further mentioned, “l was making fun of myself for thinking he was a catfish and it was just supposed to be funny.”
Back in 2019, it was reported that Affleck was on Raya after his divorce from his wife Jennifer Garner in 2018. While he has been under the radar about his dating life, his relationship with Ana De Armas, couldn't be hidden. The couple recently parted ways.
There are also rumours circling that Ben has now started hanging out with his ex-fiancé, Jennifer Lopez.
What do you think about this whole video? Do you believe it is true? Let us know in the comments section below.
