There are superheroes like Superman and Thor, who have supernatural and divine origins, and therefore, are legit Gods among humans.
Superheroes like these are blessed with awesome superpowers through which they fight evil.
    © Marvel Studios
But then, there is a league of superheroes who aren’t exactly blessed this way.

They are very normal human beings, who have trained themselves or have used their intelligence to elevate themselves to superhuman levels, and then fight crime.
Superheroes like Batman & Iron Man.
    © Warner Bros. Pictures
We take a look at 9 superhero characters from the Marvel & DC universes, who have no superpowers or divine abilities but have still managed to elevate themselves to superhuman levels:

    1. Iron Man © Marvel Studios
Of course, we begin the list with Iron Man or Tony Stark.

He obviously lacks superpowers and divine abilities, but thanks to his intelligence, his wealth, and his impressive understanding of weapons and engineering, he is, without a doubt, one of the most powerful superheroes out there.
    2. Batman © Warner Bros. Pictures
Bruce Wayne and Tony Stark have similar capabilities, although, Stark is more engineering and scientifically sound.

Bruce, on the other hand, is tenacious and covers up his weaknesses, through sheer training and hard work.
While Tony’s powers come largely from his suit, For Wayne, the Bat Suit and all the other tech, are mere accessories. With that being said, he became a proper superhuman, through sheer will.
Fun Fact: Here’s why we think Batman would beat Iron Man in a fight in the real world.
    3. Robin © Warner Bros. Pictures
We’re sort of pissed that Robin hasn’t had a solo film yet. His story truly has a lot to offer.

We were actually excited when we saw Joseph Gordon-Levitt take up the mantle from Batman in The Dark Knight Rises.
    4. Black Widow © Marvel Studios
Black Widow is another “simpleton” with superhuman abilities.

She has been one of the most savage characters in the MCU, and it will be really interesting to see how her first solo film plays out. Her origin story is something that piques a lot of interest.
    5. Hawkeye / Green Arrow © Marvel Studios
We’re keeping Hawkeye & Green Arrow in the same bracket here because they are the same, ability-wise.

With that being said it is actually astounding to see someone never miss their mark, no matter how difficult the shot is.
    © Warner Bros. Television
Also, it is pretty fun watching someone master the bow & arrow to such a great extent, that they stand out in proper gunfights.

    6. The Punisher © Netflix
The Punisher just had to be on this list. He is the archetypal superhuman and a supersoldier. Technically speaking, he is an anti-hero, rather than a superhero, but we will still add him to this list.

If you know nothing about the Punisher and have been living under a rock all this time, we suggest you watch the TV series on Netflix. Or better yet, read some of the comics.
Without a doubt, he is one of the most brutal human beings in either of the universes.
    7. Bucky Barnes (Winter Soldier) © Marvel Studios
After his “death,” Bucky was actually brainwashed and trained by the Russians to be the ultimate soldier a human being could be.

The only “unnatural” thing about his body and abilities is the prosthetic arm that he uses. Otherwise, all of his powers and abilities come through his training.
As for his ability to not age, he was frozen for decades at a time, in between the clandestine missions for which he would be sent, which meant biologically, he stopped ageing for decades at times.
    8. Deadshot © Warner Bros. Television
Again, there is nothing supernatural or divine about Deadshot’s ability. However, through sheer training, and skill, he is on a different level with guns.

Besides that, his skills include exceptional tracking and espionage capabilities. For sure, he is one of the deadliest people on the list.

Reddit, much like the rest of the Internet, can be quite funny, as well as a brutal place.
However, there have been times when it has shown that it has a gentler, and a much more philanthropic side to it.
    © iStock
Recently a man took to the microblogging site to ask fellow Redditors to help him deal with a rather bizarre situation.

The man says he needs help in dealing with his partner, who wants to have *** with an old friend of theirs, as he is unable to have *** himself due to his anatomy.
Apparently, before they began dating, his partner had promised this old friend that they would have *** someday.
    © iStock
According to the post that he put up, he is unable to have *** with his partner because of a physical anomaly, which has rendered his ***** with a rather steep curve.

He says, “One of the most distressing issues is the fact that my ***** is so curved that it’s functionally impossible for ***. And they want to have *** with this friend. Which I'm not OK with. And there's the threat of break-up if I continue disliking it.”
He further adds that he feels sexually handicapped. He says - "I can't stomach watching porn and realising I'm sexually handicapped for life.”
    © iStock
Another aspect of distress that he has was concerning his progeny. He wrote in the post, “I’ll never be able to have that. I'll never be able to go through the process of making a child together properly.”

He also wrote about the prospects of having to watch his partner get intimate with another person, right in front of his eyes(that’s how his partner wants it, the post said), is a daunting thing, and that he doesn’t have the stomach to accept this.

At a time when men’s virility and their sexual prowess is one of the major ways that toxic masculinity hurts men, Reddit, for a surprise, took kindly to the man’s plight, and largely came out in support of him, offering him some sound advice.

One Redditor said, "Go to a doctor. There may be surgeries that can correct this condition. I assume you are fairly young and you should not have to go through life like this."
Another one chimed in saying, "Just end it and focus on yourself because you don't need this negativity and stress in your life. It's not worth it, it's not healthy and you deserve better.”
    © iStock
Another Redditor commented, saying “Your partner is not obligated to have *** with her friend. Nobody is ever obligated to have ***. Not even after a promise.”

This person also added “There is nothing forcing your partner to do this. She wants to have *** with her friend. The past promise doesn't matter. It is just an excuse."
Truly, The Internet can be a beautiful place...on rare occasions. Has something like this ever happened to you where the Internet solved your woes? Let us know in the comment section below.

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve heard about Tom Clancy’s Without Remorse that has taken the internet by storm.
It is one of those action thrillers that don’t solely ride on action – but pack a solid storyline, adrenaline-pumping plot twists and impeccable performances. In a nutshell, this film will keep you hooked even if you aren’t an action junkie.

Here are 5 reasons why you should watch Tom Clancy’s Without Remorse, like now!
    1) Plausible Plot Amazon Prime Video
Without Remorse is the story of Elite Navy SEAL John Kelly (Michael B Jordan) – the most dangerous (& the most valuable) on the field.

When a squad of Russian soldiers kill his pregnant wife in retaliation for his role in a top-secret operation, Senior Chief John Kelly (Michael B. Jordan) pursues the assassins at all costs. He joins forces with fellow Navy SEAL (played by Jodie Turner Smith) and a CIA agent (played by Jamie Bell) to exact revenge on the assassins of this heinous act. However, this breakneck mission accidentally exposes a covert plot that threatens to engulf the U.S. and Russia in an all-out war.
    2) It’s Based On Tom Clancy’s Novel  Amazon Prime Video
When it comes to action-pumped spy fiction, nothing comes close to Tom Clancy. Period. He gave birth to the Jack Ryan Universe – which was later adapted into films, video games and even a TV show.

That’s why when we heard that his novel Without Remorse is becoming a major motion picture – we knew we had seamless action sequences, Cold War fodder and spine-chilling plot twists coming our way!
    3) High Octane Action Sets  Amazon Prime Video
The film scores a perfect 10 on the action front – well choreographed action sequences that look so real, we had our hearts in our mouths. These high-octane action sets lend the perfect amount of thrill and adventure to the film.

    4) Michael ‘Bae’ Jordan  Amazon Prime Video
Voted as ‘PEOPLE’s 2020 Sexiest Man Alive’, Michael B Jordan plays his character to the T! After wowing us with his action avatars in one film after another, it won’t be wrong to say that high impact action roles have become his calling card.

    5) The GENIUS Ending Amazon Prime Video
As for me, the highlight of the film was the classic Tom Clancy ending – the perfect blend of a jump-scare and a plot twist. Simply brilliant.

Don’t miss out on this impressive adaptation of a best-selling novel. To start streaming Without Remorse on Amazon Prime Video, click here.

Farhan Akhtar has recently announced that the release of his upcoming film, Toofan has been delayed keeping the current scenario in mind as India is dealing with the second wave of Coronavirus.
The actor said in a statement, “The situation in India is truly heart-breaking, and we at Excel Entertainment and ROMP Pictures send our thoughts and prayers to everyone affected by the pandemic. In light of the severity of the situation, our focus is completely on the pandemic and on supporting our employees, their families, and helping the wider community. Therefore, we have taken the decision to postpone the release of our film ‘Toofaan’ until the situation improves. We will issue an update regarding the new release date in due course of time.”
He also requested fans to take care of all the precautionary measures.
"Please continue to observe Covid Appropriate Behaviour. Also. please register and get vaccinated when it’s your turn. On behalf of the entire team of Toofaan, we urge you to Stay Home, Stay Safe and Stay United. Jai Hind,” added Farhan.

However, people are apparently bashing him as they think the delay is more of a marketing stunt and they are also blaming him for having 'double standards'.
Some even went ahead to say that this decision is driven by the idea of scoring in low box office numbers because of the situation in the country.

Toofan, in which Farhan plays a national-level boxing player, was originally supposed to release in October 2020 but was delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

It marks the second collaboration between Rakeysh and Farhan. They earlier collaborated for Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, a biopic based on the life of athlete Milkha Singh.

“Toofan is a story that will motivate and inspire all of us to get out of our comfort zones and fight towards achieving our dreams. We cannot wait to present our film to viewers across the globe,” Rakeysh had earlier told ANI.

Toofan also stars Mrunal Thakur, Paresh Rawal, Supriya Pathak Kapur, and Hussain Dalal in crucial roles. The film has been jointly produced by Ritesh Sidhwani, Mehra, and Akhtar.

The audience’s reaction to Salman Khan’s remake of Seeti Mar, hasn’t been that great.
Sure, his core fan group loved it and are listening to it on end, but even they will have to agree, that as far as the choreography and dance routine is concerned, it leaves a lot to be desired.

Funnily though, this isn’t the only bad dance routine from Salman. Sure, it would be wrong to compare Salman with someone like Hrithik or Shahid.
Having said that there were a couple of dance numbers where he actually danced his heart out.
    (1)
However, there have been instances where his dance routines were just as bad as Seeti Mar, and sometimes, they were actually hilariously bad:
    1. Bodyguard’s Title Song
Amid all the twitching muscles, and that Hulk-like stance while walking, we get to see some really bizarre dance moves by Salman.
The portions involving Katrina Kaif had some good choreography, otherwise, the only saving grace for the song was how it was shot.
    2. Jeene Ke Hain Chaar Din
Before you scream out blasphemy, hear us out. There’s no doubt that the song is iconic in every sense of the word, and moreover, it is highly entertaining.
However, it was just that one step that etched this song into our memory. Still, we will agree, that this is the best of the worst.
    3. Yaar Naa Miley
In spite of being a key song in the film, Salman was conspicuously missing for a major chunk of the song.
And in the parts that he was there, he’s standing still in one place, trying to emote, while Nargis Fakhri dances around him.
Again, in the instances where he’s actually dancing, the choreography is rather choppy, and very blah.
    4. Humka Peeni Hai
Salman’s dance moves in this song were just bizarre. This was more of a “comedy routine” than a dance routine.
Furthermore, there are several aspects to this song that are problematic, including the fact how Sonakshi’s character is being ogled at by Salman Khan.
But because he’s the hero, it should be fine, at least that’s what the filmmakers are trying to say.
    5.  Baby Ko Bass Pasand Hai
Like all dance numbers featuring Salman Khan, this too, resembles a choreographed comic piece more than anything else.
Having said that we have to agree that watching Salman’s version of twerking is actually quite funny. Not a proper dance routine, but a great, fun piece to watch.
    6. Hud Hud or Dabangg 3’s Title Track
This was more a style and cool moments reel for Salman Khan rather than anything else. We again get glimpses of a Hulk-like walking stance.
Unfortunately, this one wasn’t even funny. It is songs like these that make it hard to believe that at one point in time, Salman was actually a good dancer.
The Bottom Line…There was no point in comparing Allu Arjun’s Seeti Mar with Salman’s remake.
Allu Arjun is one of the best dancers we have in Indian Cinema. Salman’s version of Seeti Mar is bizarre in a way that only Salman Khan can pull off.
With that being said, it isn’t the most hilariously bad one, not by a mile.

In case you were wondering just how bizarre people on social media can be, a man claiming to be from the future has “predicted” when will the next world war take place and why it would be fought.
    © Paramount Pictures
Be warned though that the man usually communicates using TikTok. Make of that what you will, but do take his ‘predictions’ with a pinch of salt.

The Time Traveller who goes by the username “@timetraveler2582” (because he’s from the year 2582, he says) claims that the next World War will start in 2048.
The man put up a video on TikTok and a few other social media platforms, claiming that a lot of his followers have asked when will the next world war be fought.
Putting an end to all speculations, he responded by putting up a video.
    © TikTok/timetraveler2582
He started by saying that, unlike the previous two World Wars which were ‘total wars,’ the third one will be a ‘precision war.’
    © TikTok/timetraveler2582
He continues, saying, “WW3 will start in 2048 but the world war is generally said to have begun on Thanksgiving day, 2051.”
    © TikTok/timetraveler2582
Giving more details, they went on: "The cause of this war will be with the attack on the US orbital defence network and subsequent declarations of war.”

He even names countries like Poland, Turkey, and Japan and the USA being involved in a major conflict.
    © TikTok/timetraveler2582
People, surprisingly, commented on his video, stating that they were going to move away from where they lived while others revealed they would be building a shelter.

A viewer of his asked, "Question and please answer, will Canada be okay? Do we find a way to survive?" Another added: "POLAND? A’ight I'm moving out."
Make what you will of these predictions and everything, but one cannot deny, there is a guilty pleasure of sorts in entertaining thoughts such as these.
That is why, no matter how ludicrous such “predictions” may seem to be, people listen to the story with a very keen interest, even though they are more likely to dismiss such stories off.
The traveller’s Instagram bio has quite a few ominous-sounding predictions.
One line says that “Humans open-mindedness will soon change forever.” Another one, reads just a date from November, later this year.
    © Instagram/timetraveler2582
Make of all this what you will, but one thing is clear for sure. People have very vivid imaginations, and that they have a lot of time on their hands.

Kangana Ranaut’s Twitter account has been suspended for 'spreading hate and creating disharmony between communities'.

Ranaut had said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi should go back to his “virat roop" (giant form) from the 2000s, apparently, referencing the 2002 riots in Gujarat, and asked the PM to “tame" TMC chief Mamata Banerjee.
    © Instagram_Kangana Ranaut
Obviously, this sparked controversy on Twitter following which her account was promptly suspended for good.

A Twitter spokesperson said, "We’ve been clear that we will take strong enforcement action on behaviour that has the potential to lead to offline harm. The referenced account has been permanently suspended for repeated violations of Twitter Rules specifically our Hateful Conduct policy and Abusive Behaviour policy. We enforce the Twitter Rules judiciously and impartially for everyone on our service."
Kangana is known to give it back and she didn’t mince her words in this case too.

Following her suspension, the Queen star issued a statement saying, “Twitter has only proved my point they're Americans & by birth, a white person feels entitled to enslave a brown person, they want to tell you what to think, speak or do. I have many platforms I can use to raise my voice, including my own art in the form of cinema.”

She went on to add, “But my heart goes out to the people of this nation who have been tortured, enslaved, and censored for thousands of years, and still, there is no end to the suffering.”

People have reacted to her statement and said that she needs to stop making racist and communal remarks.
Following her suspension, people have been flooding Twitter with comments saying that they are happy that she won’t be spreading hate on the platform anymore.
Some even went on to add that they won’t watch her movies anymore.

Violence erupted in West Bengal after the election polls were announced, marking TMC's victory.

Kangana did raise her voice on the matter but not in a responsible manner. She should have toned down her remarks and made her point using her influence to advocate for calm and peace.
Meanwhile, on the work front, she has completed her ambitious biopic, Thalaivi. Based on the life of former Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa, the film was slated for a theatrical release this month.
However, it had to be postponed in wake of the recent surge in coronavirus cases.
She also has two action films - Tejas and Dhaakad in the pipeline.
