Kangana Ranaut entered the industry when she was very young and made it on her own in Bollywood. The actor has been making headlines every now and then for all controversies she is a part of but, she wasn’t always like this.

She made her debut in the year 2006 with Gangster and Woh Lamhe, the audience absolutely loved her in these films. She wasn’t always like this and she was a different person when she entered Bollywood.
Here check out her old interview-

In this interview, Kangana was only 18 years old and she was extremely humble. You can see her not shying away from giving her opinion and standing up for herself.
The actor spoke about her family and how she has two siblings. She also talked about her younger brother who was studying away from home at that time. She also expressed how she told her brother not to tell his seniors that he is Kangana’s brother or else everyone will mess around with him.
She also expressed how growing up in a valley in Himachal molded her completely. She said, “Honesty is in my blood and I know how to stay grounded.”
She also said that she always added her own edge to her characters and when asked if she had her own ways, she expressed that she wasn’t naïve and knew what she was doing.
Well, now obviously a lot has changed.

Recently, she accused people of stealing oxygen from nature. She took to Twitter and wrote, “How are we compensating for all the oxygen that we are forcefully drawing from the environment? It seems we learned nothing from our mistakes and catastrophes they cause.”
Not only this, now her Twitter handle is suspended permanently. This came after she made comments on the alleged violence that took place in West Bengal after the Assembly Election results.
She wrote, “Hundreds of murders and #Bengalisburning But Modi is Fascist and Mamata is a secular leader. Enough is enough #PresidentRuleinBengal."

One of the most adversely affected groups of overseas players that came to India about a month ago to become a part of the 14th edition of the Indian Premier League are the Australians who were refused the right to travel back to their country after the COVID-19 pandemic surged exponentially here.
Following Adam Zampa and Kane Richardson’s return journey to Melbourne, while using the travel loophole via Doha, the Australian government plugged the travel plans, preventing any Australian citizen who was trying to come back home from India via Doha, Singapore, or Kuala Lumpur.
    Official Announcment:

Adam Zampa & Kane Richardson are returning to Australia for personal reasons and will be unavailable for the remainder of #IPL2021. Royal Challengers Bangalore management respects their decision and offers them complete support.#PlayBold #WeAreChallengers pic.twitter.com/NfzIOW5Pwl
    — Royal Challengers Bangalore (@RCBTweets) April 26, 2021
They even illegalised the process with anyone who tried to violate the travel ban being liable to face up to five years of imprisonment, regardless of the celebrity status of the particular person.
Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison says that this arrangement is temporary and necessary in order to prevent a third wave of the highly contagious virus in their country.
After nine straight days of 300,000+ Covid cases daily, India has now moved 400,00+. The US has banned travel from India; Australia will jail for 5 years if someone arrives from India. Only 7million had gone to Haridwar's Kumbh Mela in Apil to take a dip in the Ganges.
    — Ashok Swain (@ashoswai) May 1, 2021
With the IPL being called off and their rights to go back home taken away from them, the Australian cohort, therefore, finds itself in a rather vulnerable position. Thankfully, the Board of Control for Cricket in India has decided to intervene and ensure the security of the members of the Australian contingent which includes the players, commentators, and coaching staff members.
According to Cricket Australia boss, Nick Hockley, the BCCI has to send the Australians to either Sri Lanka or the Maldives.
Cricket Australia CEO: been working with BCCI/IPL to repatriate plyrs, suppt staff, umpires, commentators "as quickly and safely as possible" out of India.

Range of options: Maldives or Sri Lanka
    — Peter Lalor (@plalor) May 5, 2021
"So what we're working to do and what the BCCI are working to do, and they've been incredibly cooperative, is working to move the entire cohort out of India," Hockley told reporters in Sydney.
"That's now narrowed down to the Maldives and Sri Lanka. The BCCI are working through the final details of that at the moment and we expect that movement will happen in the next two to three days."
Presumably, the idea is to allow the Australians a 14-day quarantine period in any one of the two nations before they are allowed to make a trip back to their homeland, considering the test results come out negative.

If you’re still reeling from the shock of an announcement that Bill & Melinda Gates’ divorce was, then you better brace yourselves.
Some details about their private and public lives are now resurfacing, which may prove to be even more shocking than the sudden announcement of their split.
    © AFP
If the thirst tweets and flirtatious DMs that people all over the world were sending to Bill wasn’t enough of a disaster, some quirky aspects about his private & public life, are again back in focus.
    © AFP
According to an old article that was published in 1997 in Time magazine, the tech magnate had an arrangement with his wife, Melinda, that would allow him to go away on one, weekend-long vacation to meet his ex-girlfriend, Ann Winblad, every year.
    © Reddit/r/TechGurus
As per the report, Bill had this arrangement as of 1997.

A subsequent report also states that Bill had a similar arrangement up until 2001. It is not clear at this point if this arrangement continued after 2001.
People who have followed the life of the tech & business mogul closely will know that while they were dating, Ann had a lot of influence on Bill.
After they broke up, they remained very close friends, and would meet up to discuss technology, computers and business, and would ride dune buggies, hang-glide or simply walk on the beach, at Ann’s North Carolina residence.
    © AFP
Bill sought to keep this arrangement going on during his marriage, and with Melinda’s permission he managed to do so.

It is even said, that Winblad had a major involvement in Bill, finally getting married to Melinda.
Bill actually asked Ann for approval, and she blessed the couple, saying that Melinda would be a good match for Bill, because of her intellectual stamina.
    © Reddit/r/TechGurus
Bill & Winblad broke up in 1987, and in 1994, Bill married Melinda, in a private ceremony in Hawaii.

Apart from a generic sense of schadenfreude, or enjoying seeing someone in misery, one aspect of why people are invested in this divorce is the financial aspect of it.
It is estimated that assets worth $148 Billion, will now be divvied up between Bill Gates & Melinda French.
    © AFP
This is set to be one of the most expensive divorces in history, second only to that of Amazon Mogul Jeff Bezos & MacKenzie Scott.
    © Reuters
More importantly, how would it affect the functioning of their joint philanthropic missions, that were a part of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

The real-life hero, Sonu Sood, who has been arranging oxygen, hospital beds, and medicines for people as the country battles the second wave of coronavirus, also seems to have broken down. He said that every cry for help is a realization that the system has failed to protect its citizens.

He recently spoke to journalist Barkha Dutt at length about how the shortage of oxygen in the capital and lack of hospital beds and non-availability of medicines is killing patients and not the virus.
He said, “My parents are no more, and sometimes I think thank God they are no more because imagine they would have been helpless and I would have been running around for them. You feel like a failed human being if you are not able to get oxygen for your loved ones. You feel what have I achieved in life. I am getting calls from the most well-established people who have big houses in Delhi, and they say, ‘Please get me just one bed.”
    View this post on Instagram
“Imagine how helpless they are. Imagine what will happen to a common person or a poor person who has no resources. Who will take care of them? Nothing can be worse than this. At least, oxygen is my right. A hospital is my right. If we say one lakh people have died, then imagine if we had one lakh more beds, these people would have been saved. The people who have died didn’t deserve to die. They are dying because they are not getting the treatment at the right time. Someone’s oxygen drops from 88 to 60 because he or she didn’t get a bed or oxygen. How are the families of these people going to lead their lives? They will live as failed humans. We all have also failed as humans,” he added.
    View this post on Instagram
Not only this, Sonu Sood and his team of volunteers in Bengaluru provided around 16 oxygen cylinders to a hospital in the city and saved the lives of around 20-22 Covid-19 patients. The Karnataka team of Sonu Sood Charity Foundation received an SOS call from a police official about the urgent need for an oxygen cylinder at ARAK hospital.

Kangana Ranaut’s tweets were daily fodder for many who either agrees with her or bashed her for viewpoints.

Just a couple of days back, she had said that she feels that people using oxygen cylinders and making oxygen plants should ‘return’ their share back to nature.
"Everybody is building more and more oxygen plants, getting tons and tons of oxygen cylinders, and how are we compensating for all the oxygen that we are forcefully drawing from the environment? It seems we learnt nothing from our mistakes and catastrophes they cause #PlantTrees," she wrote on Twitter.
    © Instagram/Karan Patel
We wonder how would she react to this on Instagram as her Twitter account has now been suspended.

Her account was suspended after she made objectionable comments on West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. In her tweet, she had written, "Hundreds of murders and #Bengalisburning But Modi is Fascist and Mamata is a secular leader. Enough is enough #PresidentRuleinBengal."
Twitter also released a statement and revealed why they chose to permanently suspend her account. A spokesperson said, “We’ve been clear that we will take strong enforcement action on behaviour that has the potential to lead to offline harm. The referenced account has been permanently suspended for repeated violations of Twitter Rules specifically our Hateful Conduct policy and Abusive Behaviour policy. We enforce the Twitter Rules judiciously and impartially for everyone on our service."
However, Kangana gave it back by saying that Twitter is a platform for Americans as it wants to enslave 'brown' voices.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) started out with an ambitious goal of carrying out a full-fledged season of the Indian Premier League within the country despite it being a potential hotspot for another wave of the coronavirus pandemic, based on the pattern which was seen in other countries such as the United Kingdom and South Africa.
Yet, the organization had assured the players and fans that all the necessary precautions will be taken and strict bio-bubble security measures will be maintained for the entirety of the season with multiple backup options ready as a fail-safe.

Nonetheless, on Tuesday, the BCCI officially announced that IPL 2021 was suspended until further notice.
“The IPL has been suspended for time being. We spoke to everyone from teams, broadcasters and all those who were involved in it. It was decided to defer the IPL especially looking at the sentiment and current situation in the country. For us players health is paramount and BCCI will always keeps safety first. We will meet again soon and decide when we can conclude this edition, we will have to see when is the next window available,” Rajeev Shuka, BCCI Vice President confirmed yesterday.
    OFFICIAL UPDATE pic.twitter.com/6bW8YUYhON
    — Mumbai Indians (@mipaltan) May 4, 2021
In a report by The Times of India, there are five major points that may have led to the sudden surge in the number of positive COVID-19 cases within the IPL players:
    1. Random Hotel BookingsThe TOI report suggests that on more than one occasion, the hotel bookings for the various franchises were made randomly and often far away from the match and practice venue, thereby exposing the players and other staff members to a greater risk of contracting the virus. Once a team even stayed in a hotel which was situated inside a shopping mall where thousands of unverified people would go on a daily basis.
    Official Announcement:

The IPL Governing Council and BCCI in India in an emergency meeting have unanimously decided to postpone IPL 2021 indefinitely, with immediate effect. pic.twitter.com/pl9KKDXhGV
    — Royal Challengers Bangalore (@RCBTweets) May 4, 2021
    2. Ground-Staff Not In Bio-BubbleTraining sessions require a significant number of ground staff members for assistance and proper execution of the regimented workouts for the players. However, the report suggests that these ground staff members in some of the most adversely affected cities such as Mumbai and Delhi were not added to the same bio-bubble as the other BCCI officials. As a result, many of them kept testing positive for over a month.
    3. Lack Of Expertise Back in 2020, when the IPL was executed in the United Arab Emirates and took place without any major hurdles, the BCCI had appointed a UK-based technology and safety company Restrata to establish a central bio-bubble. TOI suggests that this year the Indian cricket board simply set up a hospital and testing laboratory in place. None of the members of the ecosystem were aware of the reason behind this.
Big thanks for all the #Yellove!
    Stay home. Stay safe.

    4. No Quarantine For Hotel StaffThe members of the hotel staff who had the responsibility of looking after the various key individuals of the IPL were not made to practice a mandatory 14-day quarantine before attending the cricketers and their family members. No efforts were made by the BCCI medical staff to ensure quarantine for hotel staff members.
    5. Commercial Flights For Broadcasters A separate bio bubble was set up for the broadcasters, the commentators, and the rest of the crew members and in case they had to fly from one venue to another, they had no option but to fly commercially while exposing themselves to the uncalculated dangers of contracting the virus from practically untraceable sources.

A Chinese rocket the Long March 5B rocket is falling into Earth out of control and will re-enter Earth’s atmosphere this weekend. The Chinese Rocket is currently being tracked by the US Space Command. The rocket launched the Tianhe module last week which will become the living quarter of a future Chinese Space Station. However, the rocket is now to make an unguided re-entry which means it could crash anywhere, including highly populated areas.
    © CCTV
It is currently circling the world every 90 minutes. Since the rocket is out of control, there are fears that it could land on populated areas. Due to the speed of the rocket, scientists are unable to determine where it will likely fall but they do know it is expected to crash before 10th May 2021.

Most space debris tends to go up in flames when re-entering the earth’s atmosphere, however due to the sheer size of the rocket, it will not disintegrate well enough and end up with big chunks of debris. Jonathan McDowell, Astrophysicist at the Astrophysics Center at Harvard University noted in his story for Space News “It’s potentially not good. Last time they launched a Long March 5B rocket they ended up with big long rods of metal flying through the sky and damaging several buildings in the Ivory Coast.”
“Most of it burned up, but there were these enormous pieces of metal that hit the ground. We are very lucky no one was hurt. What’s worse is that it’s really negligent on China’s part. Things more than ten tonnes we don’t let them fall out of the sky uncontrolled deliberately” he added.
    © CCTV
As of now, the current orbit of the rocket has taken it as far as New York, Madrid and Beijing. The rocket also went as far south as Wellington, New Zealand and Southern Chile. As to determine where exactly the rocket will fall, McDowell added, "We expect it to reenter sometime between the 8th and 10th of May. And in that two day period, it goes around the world 30 times. The thing is travelling at like 18,000 miles an hour. And so if you're an hour out at guessing when it comes down, you're 18,000 miles out in saying where.”

"And so you should not believe anyone who tells you, 'Oh yeah, I've heard it's coming down in this particular place,' " McDowell added. "Don't believe them at least a few hours before the reentry because we're just not going to know in advance.”
The safest bet for where the debris will land remains to be the oceans. "If you want to bet on where on Earth something's going to land, you bet on the Pacific, because Pacific is most of the Earth. It's that simple," McDowell said.

There must be something seriously wrong with you if you don’t like Chris Hemsworth. Apart from being a proper style icon, he is also a gem of a human being and an extremely talented actor.
    © Instagram/chrishemsworth
Heck, one can actually argue, that among all Marvel superheroes, he stood head and shoulders above the rest.

He actually had some of the coolest entrances in the entire Avengers line-up. The man legit made Thor stand out among all other Avengers. Do you have any idea how difficult, that can be?
    © Marvel Studios
Recently, the actor signed a deal with the German luxury fashion house, Hugo Boss, according to which, he was selected as the first global brand ambassador for the brand.

That means for all of Hugo Boss’ campaigns, Chris would be at the centre.

Anyway, the fans of Inter Milan were seen joyously celebrating their first Serie A title in 10 years, i.e. since 2010. They held a procession, as one would expect when going away from the stadium.

Someone took a photograph of the procession and a picture of a billboard that was recently unveiled.

The actor, then made a self-deprecating joke, of how the fans weren’t actually celebrating their clubs win, but that of his the unveiling of his billboard.

    But that’s not all.
If you read the comments on the post, you’ll realise, that Hemsworth, had actually made quite a major gaffe with his post.
As per the comments, Hemsworth had mistakenly ID’d the Inter Milan fans, as AC Milan fans. People who follow football, and especially Serie A, will tell you, they are one of the fiercest rivals in European football.
Several of Hemsworth’s fans pointed this out and suggested that he edit his post immediately, which he did.

Say what you will, but the man clearly knows how to take a joke on himself. This is what makes him so much more loveable.

Kangana Ranaut has left no stone unturned in taking continuous jibes at A-listers, politicians and pretty much anyone on her list in the last couple of years.

The Queen actress has often tweeted some rather strong and personal opinions that left people incensed and outraged.
From the time she compared the state govt of Maharashtra to the Taliban to talking about incorrect usage of oxygen plants, Kangana has revolted on almost every topic.
    © Instagram/Kangana Ranaut
After so many of her controversial posts, Kangana's Twitter account was finally suspended yesterday after her take on the recent West Bengal Poll results.

    © Instagram/Kangana Ranaut
A Twitter spokesperson said, "We've been clear that we will take strong enforcement action on behaviour that has the potential to lead to offline harm. The referenced account has been permanently suspended for repeated violations of Twitter Rules specifically our Hateful Conduct policy and Abusive Behaviour policy,"

He further added, "As explained in our abusive behaviour policy, you may not engage in the targeted harassment of someone, or incite other people to do so. We consider abusive behaviour an attempt to harass, intimidate, or silence someone else's voice."
After this development, many celebrities from the Bollywood industry came forward, including Richa Chadha, Hansal Mehta, Swara Bhasker and Gulshan Devaiah, to react to the Twitter ban on Kangana.

    — TheRichaChadha (@RichaChadha) May 4, 2021
Richa, without adding anyone's name, posted a meme that read "Be Yourself. Somewhere Else." Users were quick with their response and instantly reverted to the same.
One user wrote, "Kangna's suspended account is first wave, she will be back with new strain in second wave."

    — Swara Bhasker (@ReallySwara) May 4, 2021
Even Swara couldn't contain her happiness as a fashion house decided to cut ties with Kangana.
On that, Swara tweeted saying, "Pleasantly surprised to see this! Kudos to you @AnandBhushan & #RimzimDadu for calling out hate speech and incitement to genocide in a direct manner! Stand tall you guys!"

Coming to Gulshan, he tweeted, "Her majesty shot herself in the foot while plucking her eyebrows. Poor Virat, his name was dragged into this unnecessarily."
In a tweet in response to the violence following recent assembly poll results in West Bengal, Kangana had mentioned Modi's "virat roop" from the 2000s.
Whereas Hansal replied to a tweet, calling Kangana 'Full Nautanki'.
The tweet read, "Let her Koo all her toxic violent communal tweets somewhere else now. Thank you @Twitter @jack Update: Now she is crying on Instagram that “deshadrohi” desh chala rahe hain. The pain of getting suspended from Twitter is real."
    Amen!
I was in a mental state of tripping her with my left foot if I ever met her.
    But, this is way better.
    I hope a permanent relief.

    — Kubbra Sait (@KubbraSait) May 4, 2021
Other actors including Kubbra Sait tweeted saying that it's a permanent relief for her whereas Bidita Bag requested to suspend Kangana's Instagram account as well.
More and more actors are coming forward and reacting to this whole situation. But since Kangana won't suppress her opinion, she wrote in a statement "Twitter has only proved my point they are Americans and by birth, a white person feels entitled to enslave a brown person, they want to tell you what to think, speak or do. Fortunately, I have many platforms I can use to raise my voice including my own art in the form of cinema but my heart goes out to the people of this nation who have been tortured, enslaved and censored for thousands of years and still there is no end to the suffering,"
