Did Tom Holland Just Tease Tobey Maguire's Return As Spider-Man With A Meme?

Ever since Spider-Man: No Way Home was announced there have been strong rumours about the film featuring not one or two but three different versions of Spider-Man.

While Tom Holland will play the Spider-Man from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, there have been several reports claiming that fan-favourite Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man from Sam Raimi’s trilogy as well as Andrew Garfield’s Amazing Spider-Man will also feature in the highly anticipated film.

After the two trailers of the film featured villains from Tobey and Andrew’s Spider-Man films, the rumours about their return gained further momentum. Amidst several leaked stills and marketing materials, Tom Holland has now added fuel to the fire with his latest social media post.

Tom took to Instagram and shared a story that many are construing as a tease about Tobey Maguire’s return as Spider-Man.

He shared a meme featuring Tobey Maguire in a makeshift Spider-Man costume that his character first creates in the Sam Raimi directed 2002 blockbuster Spider-Man.

The meme basically talks about a fan showing up as Spider-Man to watch Spider-Man: No Way Home.

Take a look at the meme shared by Tom Holland below:
