Telugu stars Nani, Krithi Shetty and Sai Pallavi are busy promoting their much-hyped film Shyam Singha Roy these days. The makers released the trailer recently which has created quite a stir among fans, who are now looking forward to the film's release. The lead stars are giving interviews continuously so that their film reaches a wider audience. During the promotions recently, Sai Pallavi slammed a journalist who asked about Nani and Krithi's kissing scene in the film and made them uncomfortable during the interview. 

Talking to Nani and Krithi, the journalist had reportedly asked if they were comfortable while performing the romantic scenes shown in the trailer. The scene in question sees Kriti and Nani kissing each other. 

Sai jumped in quickly to express her views and said, "In the film, we play respective characters. There is a certain setup and mood-setting that go into the making of such scenes. On screen, we are actors. Now (off-screen), we are just typical individuals. We don’t feel uncomfortable while filming such scenes. We feel uncomfortable while you ask questions like these".

In continuation, the interviewer asked Krithi to share her views on the romantic scenes in Shyam Singha Roy adding that her debut film Upenna too had the sizzling Jala Jala Patham song. 

Responding to the question again, Sai said, "Asking a teenage actress if she felt comfortable while acting in romantic scenes is as stupid as it can get. Actors are bound to act in certain scenes if the script demands," reported mirchi9.com.

For the unversed, Shyam Singha Roy is a period reincarnation drama and is set in Hyderabad and Kolkata. Nani will be seen playing a dual role opposite Krithi and Sai Pallavi. Directed by Rahul Sankrityan, the film also features Madonna Sebastian and other south actors in pivotal roles. Shyam Singha Roy is scheduled to hit the big screens on December 24.
