White tiger actor Adarsh Gourav has been a star who is in demand lately. He not only bagged a BAFTA nomination for his wonderful work but everyone is recognising his insane talent, which means we get to see him work in some more big projects soonest. The actor took to his social media today and left his fans in some baffled state. He shared a reel which documents his body transformation journey, and boy, that looks like a lot of hard work! He mentioned that this took him over 9 months and the collage of pictures encapsulates his transformation wonderfully.

His caption reads: "And showing up to train 6 days a week." Thanking his trainer Aslam Shah, Adarsh added, "Helped me crack my first muscle up, my first pull over and pushed me everyday to my absolute limits. I had an incredible 8 months with him. The last 1 month, I've been training with Robin Behl and Karan Sawhney and I can swear by their discipline and commitment. Supremely excited for everything we plan on achieving. Long way to go but I also wanted to make and edit my first reel." His comment section is obviously filled with awe and inspiration.

Adarsh will soon be seen in a series titled Extrapolations, which will also star Meryl Streep ,Kit Harington, Tobey Maguire, and David Schwimmer.
