Bollywood superstars Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor Khan starred together in several films including Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, Mujhse Dosti Karoge among others at the beginning of their acting careers. Their last film together was Sooraj Barjatya's Main Prem Ki Deewani Hoon which was released in 2003 and turned out to be a flop at the box office. Since then, the duo is yet to team up for a film.

In 2014, Kareena and Hrithik were supposed to star together in Karan Johar's Shuddhi but the film got shelved after both the actors walked out of it leaving their fans sad. However, here comes some great news for people who are eager to see Hrithik and Kareena together onscreen. As per the latest buzz, the superstars have been offered a film together. Yes, you read that right! Reportedly titled Ulaj, the project is currently at a very initial stage.

Revealing the same, a source informed BollywoodLife, "Hrithik and Kareena both have been approached for a film together by a renowned filmmaker and it will be produced by Junglee Pictures. The title of the film is Ulaj and the film is under a very initial process. In fact, the filmmaker will be meeting Bebo in a few days for a script reading session and will only then finalise everything". 

The source added, "Hrithik is yet to give this nod and it depends on his availability. If these two stars will say 'yes', then only the producer will start the process of budgeting. It is going to be a big-budget film and most of the shooting will happen out of Mumbai. But, nothing is concrete now".

If things work out then the film will mark Hrithik and Kareena's reunion after a long gap of 19 years. Well, we just hope that both of them give their nod to the project. 

On the career front, Kareena will next be seen opposite Aamir Khan in Advait Chandan's Laal Singh Chaddha. The much-hyped film is the official Hindi remake of Tom Hanks' Hollywood classic Forrest Gump. She also has signed Hansal Mehta's upcoming thriller, bankrolled by Ekta Kapoor. 

Hrithik, on the other hand, is currently busy with the Hindi remake of Vikram Vedha. Earlier this month, on the occasion of his birthday, the makers released his first look from the much-awaited film which got a good response from fans. His lineup also includes Siddharth Anand's Fighter co-starring Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor. It is touted to be the country’s first-ever aerial action drama.
